Romantic Hotels in Wuxi

Highly recommended for the Wuxi Marathon! I felt right at home here. The attention to detail was exceptional. Breakfast started early and was very generous. They even prepared ice packs and ginger tea for the marathon runners. I'll definitely be staying here again for next year's marathon!

Because we had children, we were given a free upgrade to suites for both rooms. The hotel was exceptional in every way, including free breakfast and a hot spring bath. The staff were incredibly welcoming, especially the front desk lady, Ms. Shen, who even gave us a small gift before leaving. There's a river trekking area not far from the hotel entrance, so afterward, we could return to the hotel and continue our trip with the kids to the hot springs, swim, and more. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was delicious and reasonably priced. A perfect choice for summer water activities with kids.

Stayed at Holiday Inn Express Taihu with friends, and it was a great choice! The location is fantastic, very convenient for getting around, right next to MixC shopping mall and the subway. The room was clean, and the breakfast was plentiful. Big shout out to the front desk staff for their excellent service. Highly recommend!

This was my first time visiting Nianhua Bay, and I'm so glad I chose the right hotel. Although it's a bit older, it's very well-maintained, and the service and facilities are excellent. I especially want to thank our butler, Shen Ge. My elder family member had an injury and is temporarily unable to walk without a wheelchair. This was their first long trip in several months, and I was a bit nervous about it. Luckily, we met this incredibly warm and responsible hotel butler. She was so thoughtful and meticulous, informing us of the route and the park's activity schedule in advance. She also gave us very practical sightseeing suggestions, taking our family's special circumstances into account. She anticipated so many of our needs and arranged everything perfectly. My elder family member and the kids were all very happy. Thank you!

Perfect stay experience beyond expectation, highly recommended! This stay at Yixing New Century Grand Hotel is perfect, impressive from details to service! Environment and facilities: The hotel is elegantly designed, the lobby is full of art, the rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, and the supplies are complete. I especially like the floor-to-ceiling windows, which allow you to take in the beautiful city. The air conditioner is silent, and you can sleep well without being disturbed. Service quality: The front desk staff is enthusiastic and professional. They quickly checked in and upgraded the room type. The room response speed is very fast, and an extra set of towels is delivered within 5 minutes. The snacks for the night bed service every day are even more surprising!

The old Hyatt, soon to be rebranded as a JW, was in a transition period, so I didn't have high expectations for the hardware or software. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of service, especially from Front Desk staffer Xiao Yang, who deserves special praise. The room was standard, but the executive lounge was surprisingly huge, comparable to the Ritz-Carlton Xi'an, though it felt a bit empty with so few guests. For a trip to Wuxi, staying here is incredibly convenient for visiting both Nanchan Street and Huishan Ancient Town. I'm looking forward to seeing how it improves after the rebranding and renovation.

The butler service was incredibly attentive and thorough. From pre-arrival communication to check-out, the butler responded very promptly, and their attitude was kind and professional. Any requests, such as needing extra towels or drinking water, were met with quick responses and properly handled by both the butler and housekeeping staff. The overall room environment was very comfortable, and the room's hygiene was excellent! The floors, tabletops, and bathroom were spotless. The window let in a lot of natural light, making the entire room bright and airy with an expansive view, which really boosted my mood. Front desk check-in was efficient, and they even provided a complimentary room upgrade to a higher floor with a more beautiful view. Overall, the hotel service was great, and I had a very pleasant stay!

Pleasantly nice place but expensive place to stay. Did not quite fully enjoy the facilities within as didn't do enough research on the place. The focus was to go Lingshan Buddhist Scenic spot when I intent to visit the place. Did not realize that the place is a resort with a town within itself thst comes with other facilities, eg good restaurants but no discount for resort stay, costumes to wear for photo taking within the town, different performances at different part of the resort at different timing. Hence recommend to stay after visiting lingshan or better to stay for either 2 night, or at least cater more time to roam around before checking out.

A well-run inn, with a large area and super nice public spaces, very delicate and beautiful! The rooms are a little old because they were renovated a little longer, but overall the price/performance ratio is very high. The dogs and cats in the store are so cute that the children can't put them down. I really like the services of this store. It's worth staying for a few days to relax and live a slow life.

This time the boss upgraded me to the second phase, and I and my friend's family enjoyed a villa and private bath. The boss is really nice. The environment is beautiful and clean. The room is also clean. The bath water is large and the temperature is comfortable. The air conditioning in the room is powerful. In addition to the private bath, there is a bathtub on the first floor for bathing. Overall, it is very comfortable and cozy. The private bath came on time at 7 o'clock to waterproof. I soaked in the drizzle for almost an hour. Dinner is also worth recommending. It was very delicious and I had two meals. The sauerkraut and pork intestines and lotus root dumplings were surprising. They were at the level of a big chef and a big hotel. It is not easy for the kitchen of a homestay to have this level. There is no pre-prepared food to fool people. The ingredients are real. 👍 Finally, there is the festive atmosphere. Many guests brought their dogs, and we set off fireworks together at night. It was a very unforgettable trip~
