Wuxi Hotels with Pools

Upon arrival, we have very joyful pleasurable welcome by the hotel service personnel. In view of our room is city view, we request to look into if lake view room, how much is require to pay. Mr. Xu, who attended to us provided us with free upgrade, we feel touch and impress. The Breakfast is good and there are full of variety of choices. For dinner, the hotel food is delicious and the service of the waitress is pleasant and friendly. We have a Wonderful stay at the hotel.

Very suitable for holiday and leisure hotel, the room layout is good, the hotel has its own back garden, especially suitable for morning exercise and after-meal walks, there are also 🎆 performances on weekends. The buffet is also very good, especially the desserts are delicious!

This hotel is ideal for the business trips and tourism. The location is nearby with the Li Hu lake, a lot of parks and walking areas. If you are a business man inside the hotel there is a special floor Deep Sleeping with some special devices and accessories, massage, it is really helpful after hard meetings. Also I am really appreciate for manager Mr Yang from this hotel for his support, he saved my bicycle and helped with the booking, and when I had a problem with my room immediately solved my problem. My best wishes, your hotel is my number 1 in Wuxi because of your staff, every time they are ready to help.

That was the second time I had stayed at this hotel purely due to its magnificence. I booked a deluxe room and it was perfectly furnished with wood that gave it a scent of retro style unlike many modern and hi-tech hotels. And the lobby of the hotel is another thing worth coming for, it is a pure pleasure and lustre, everything is made down to the smallest detail. The only thing that I was disappointed in was a lack of decent sauna and hammam. There was a sauna but it was tiny - just around 1 by 1 square meters and you had to turn it on and wait for it to warm up, and the hammam, which was just as tiny, didn't work at all. The swimming pool was normal, but there was no jacuzzi section (there was a small separate pool that was supposed to be with warm water, but in fact it was quite cool. Other than that, the breakfast food range was excellent (although not much Western food). I would definitely recommend this hotel for a one or two day stay.

We loved the look and location of the hotel and the views of here breathtaking, the only negative comment I have is that it did not have air con, have never been in a 5 star hotel without aircon and it was so hot during the night. Otherwise I can not stop praising this hotel and recommend it to anyone that want to be close to a good mall the subway and the park.

Wuxi is a city that we Shanghai people like. We often come and go. This time, we stayed at Xizhou Garden Hotel, which left a deep impression on us. The hotel lobby is tall and grand, the environment is beautiful and magnificent, the front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, and they answer all questions. The rooms are clean and tidy, without odors. The room service is polite and smiling, which makes us feel at home! We will visit your hotel again in the future! And we will recommend your hotel to friends! In addition, we have to say that we admire the management concept and service spirit of the hotel's general manager Wang (Ms. Wang Lingli). General Manager Wang treats guests like relatives, considers guests in every detail, provides convenience, and introduces Wuxi's tourism resources, which makes our trip to Wuxi even more icing on the cake. I would like to express my deep gratitude here! We often say that ”details determine success or failure, and ambition determines everything”. The hotel's many five-star praises are inseparable from General Manager Wang. She made us feel that although we only stayed in the hotel for two days, we would feel nostalgic when we left, and we would come again in the future! This feeling has never been felt in other hotels!

This hotel exceeded our expectations! We got there late at night and they were very fast with the check-in. The room was lovely and very clean. It got better in the morning as we were able to explore the hotel with sunlight and the gardens and pool are beautiful!! 😍 After an amazing breakfast with a lot of food variety, we enjoyed the haifu experience included in the package. The staff allowed us to borrow two costumes and it was fun! A special mention to Song Hao. He was very nice and helpful. When we checked-out they drove us to the Giant Buddha. Everything in this hotel was 10/10! Hopefully we will come back one day!

Hotel is really beautiful! Food is great! I’m so surprised that they offer miso soup at breakfast! They told me that they the miso was made in house. Restaurant on the top floor has splendid views, two persons dinner is excellent! Will stay here again next time when I visit Wuxi.

The hotel environment is particularly good, with a Jiangnan-style courtyard. When you open the window, you can see the artistic conception of small bridges, flowing water and people's homes. You can take pictures anywhere and they will turn out well. The service is in place, the shuttle bus picks up and drops off on time, the breakfast is rich, and the toiletries are all from L'Occitane. The only thing is that the hygiene can be improved. There is still dust under the big bed and in some dead corners in the hotel. I will stay here again next time I come to Wuxi, and I will also recommend it to my friends.

The hotel is located halfway up the mountain, on the edge of Taihu Lake. The environment is very quiet. The hotel has complete facilities, including a swimming pool and a gym. But the transportation is not very convenient, so driving yourself is a good choice!
