This hotel is conveniently located and offers excellent service. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The breakfast spread is diverse and delicious. It offers great value for money, making it suitable for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience, and I highly recommend staying here.

An experience that exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of the city's commercial district, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, shopping, and finding food. Renmin Hospital is directly across the street, and Nanchang Street is just 3 kilometers away. The room's soundproofing is excellent, the bedding is soft and gentle on the skin, and the facilities are comprehensive. There's a laundry room, a takeout delivery table, a snack bar, a restaurant (with a microwave for complimentary use), and a refrigerator in the linen room on the third floor – truly everything you could need to meet diverse demands. The staff are always smiling and provide attentive service, making guests feel incredibly welcome. Definitely a five-star rating!

Less than 5mins the expo (via Didi) or to the wuxi coastal mall (plenty of food options there) Rooms Large, with washing machine , dishwasher, fridge and a nice view . Air con needs abit of a play - takes awhile to work , sometimes it doesn't work 🤷 Cleanliness They have missed removing rubbish from 2 drawers (see photos), but still giving in 5/5. Gym Suggest that they provide a few exercise/yoga mat. Large space with limited machines and options. Breakfast Basic breakfast . At the egg station, they seem to only do sunny side ups. Cook said he doesn't do omelette or scrambled eggs.

I specifically came to Wuxi Taihu Lake for a vacation and was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's service, which exceeded my expectations. Kenny at the front desk was consistently gentle and professional throughout. As soon as we arrived in the lobby, a doorman proactively came forward to help with our luggage, and check-in was incredibly efficient with no long waits. Coincidentally, it was my friend's birthday the next day, and Kenny thoughtfully arranged a beautiful cake and room decorations for the occasion, which was a wonderful surprise. When my room key stopped working later, I returned to the front desk, and the staff immediately reissued a new card. They even kindly accompanied me back to the room to ensure the lock was working correctly. They answered all my questions, explaining everything clearly and understandably, from parking and charging to scenic spot tickets and executive lounge benefits, without any perfunctory responses. From the moment we walked in until check-in, every interaction helped us shed our travel fatigue. The gentle and meticulous front desk service was the biggest highlight of this Wuxi trip. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

This hotel is amazing! The receptionists were incredibly friendly and efficient. The environment was warm and comfortable, the breakfast was plentiful, the food was clean and neatly arranged, and the facilities were complete; the air conditioning and bathroom fixtures worked perfectly. The hotel's location is quite unique: it's incredibly close to the Taihu International Expo Center, within walking distance, which is very convenient for business events. However, it's quite far from the city center, making it ideal for exhibitions and business trips. While it's directly accessible by subway, making transportation fairly convenient, dining options nearby are limited. Although the rooms show some age, they are spotlessly clean and tidy, meeting international chain hotel standards. The breakfast, in particular, is outstanding, with a rich variety of options, including plenty of hot dishes like noodles and wontons, leaving me very satisfied. Overall, it offers good value for money for business stays.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and highly recommend it! The location is superb, just a few steps from the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, catching trains, and sightseeing. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Due to my personal schedule, they kindly extended my check-out by two hours for free, which was a truly heartwarming gesture of humanized service. The room was clean and comfortable with relatively new facilities. Although not large, it was well-equipped with everything, including a fridge and a washing machine. Overall, my stay was a perfect 10, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Wuxi! Five stars, no doubt!

The carpet was not that clean and check out was before 2pm but we can’t access our room at 1:15 to get our things after lunch. The SPA experienced was very good. Suggestion to put also 1 staff who can understand English language so if we call for some information on the phone we can understand each other. Great location. Thank you

I booked this hotel for a marathon, and it was right at the finish line, so I could head straight to my room to shower and rest after the race. They even started breakfast early at 4:30 AM and offered a shuttle service to the starting line, which was incredibly convenient. If the race is held here again next year, I'd definitely book this hotel again. Sia at the front desk also provided great service.
