Five-star perfect review! My stay at the Holiday Inn Express Wuxi Fuli far exceeded my expectations this time around. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wuxi for leisure or business. The location is incredibly convenient. It's just a short walk to Nanhu Jiayuan Metro Station, making it easy to get to Yuantouzhu, Nanchang Street, and Sunac Land. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores downstairs, and ample free parking if you're driving. The smart room design is a huge plus – keyless entry via facial recognition, XiaoDu voice control for lights, curtains, and air conditioning, and a robot delivering meals which is both private and convenient. The 75-inch large-screen TV for streaming shows was a comfortable bonus. The King Koil mattress was just the right firmness, the bedding was clean and soft, and the room was spotless. The bathroom was dry and odor-free, and the fresh air system kept the air quality excellent. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were incredibly efficient. The staff were friendly and patient, and they provided detailed explanations for luggage storage and tour route inquiries. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, with delicious hot dishes, pastries, and wontons. The 24-hour gym and self-service laundry room with dryers are especially convenient for longer trips. The value for money is outstanding among smart hotels in the same area. Overall, there are virtually no downsides. I will definitely choose this hotel first on my next visit to Wuxi!

However, it's quite far from the city center, making it ideal for exhibitions and business trips. While it's directly accessible by subway, making transportation fairly convenient, dining options nearby are limited. Although the rooms show some age, they are spotlessly clean and tidy, meeting international chain hotel standards. The breakfast, in particular, is outstanding, with a rich variety of options, including plenty of hot dishes like noodles and wontons, leaving me very satisfied. Overall, it offers good value for money for business stays.

The 1.35m single bed was not only generously sized but also incredibly comfortable – for the first time ever, I didn't wake up with a sore back after staying in a hotel. Right in front of the hotel is a large lawn, and the surrounding area is a wetland park, offering an excellent ecological environment. At night, it was simply 'quiet.' The hotel hallways were also very wide, and the staff were all incredibly enthusiastic and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. The subway station is conveniently located near the hotel, making getting around super easy. Bonus: There's a complimentary shuttle service to Jinkui Park for cherry blossom viewing if you book in advance! 🌸

① They offer bed rails, and you can choose whether or not to have them installed. ② The service across the board was excellent, very proactive and attentive. ③ I had average expectations for breakfast based on other reviews, but it was actually a pleasant surprise and very good. ④ The ancient town has nice scenery, but the river water quality is only so-so, which slightly detracts from the overall experience. ⑤ Since the hotel itself is a scenic spot, rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy during the day, while rooms by the river are very quiet. ⑥ The mini-bar is automatically refilled and complimentary for repeat stays. Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay!

The Line 4 subway station is a five-minute walk away, and there are restaurants directly opposite the hotel. A shopping mall is also just a kilometer away, making transportation very convenient.
