The hotel service is as good as always. The front desk staff is enthusiastic and will take the initiative to say hello. They are very considerate. The breakfast buffet is great. Because it is the first time to stay, the front desk sales Beibei also took the initiative to help with the upgrade. When checking out, the front desk Chen Yingying also enthusiastically reminded and helped to carry the kettle and pour water. The service awareness is great. The takeaway is delivered by a robot. There are laundry rooms and ironing machines. It is very convenient. If you come to Wuxi again, this hotel is still the first choice!

Excellent location! Beautiful view!! If you come here, you must live in a lake view room. The view of the lake from the high floor is awesome, overlooking the Li Lake and Li Garden below. Most of all, the service of Xiaolu (卢颖)housekeeper is super, she is thoughtful and meticulous, and the room arrangement is perfect. Every time we come to Wuxi, we would choose Hubin Hotel. Especially the bed, with moderate softness and hardness, which allowed me to sleep until dawn. The front desk employee Xiao Chen is warm and thoughtful, making me feel like I'm at home. The hotel breakfast recommended by Xiao Chen is rich in variety and delicious, making me look forward to the morning. The underground garage is very large and has many municipal charging spaces, making it very convenient for drivers who drive trams to charge. In general, Wuxi Ruiting Xijiao Hotel is a very recommended hotel. It is a good choice whether it is a business trip or a family vacation. The room cleanliness is good. Mattress is comfortable and not too soft. Only need to travel a distance from car park then access to the floor 36 which is the lobby.

Everything is good , clean, and well maintained. I really enjoyed staying there. Hotel staff was so polite to me.

From Hangzhou, Suzhou to Wuxi, I have stayed in many hotels, but I can honestly say that Manxin Hotel is very good. Not only is the location excellent, it is right next to Nanchang Street and a few steps away from Qingming Bridge. What is even more commendable is that the hotel rooms are very spacious and bright. There are towering green trees outside the French windows, and white pigeons can be seen in the sky, which is very beautiful. The hotel service is also very good, and the response service is very fast!

It faces west and east, facing the Qili Scenic Dike and the vast Taihu Lake to the west, with beautiful scenery. The hotel is integrated with the resort, and the scale is large. The utilization rate may not be high. A large number of venues are neglected and the maintenance is not enough. The environment in the park looks depressed and dilapidated. 🍂Facilities: Because it was built earlier, the guest room facilities are outdated, such as small and old TV screens, lack of intelligent guest control systems, and low bedside sockets. 🍀Service: The hotel may be the largest hotel near Nianhua Bay and Lingshan Buddha, but after all, there is still a distance. For guests who do not drive, it would be more attractive if a scheduled shuttle bus can be provided. 🌺On the whole, it is found that the hotel’s occupancy rate is currently high only on weekends, and it is significantly reduced on weekdays. It does not reflect and play the hotel’s holiday function. There are still many articles to do, such as more abundant catering, entertainment activities, health care projects, and convenient transportation.

I booked a suite which was exactly like the pictures. Spacious, comfortable bed and nice bath. However I arrived at 4pm and the room wasn’t ready, I couldn’t check in until 6pm. My friends had also booked a suite but they didn’t get one and were told there was nothing the hotel could do. Overall I was happy with my experience however the rooms my friends got were nowhere near as good as mine and spoiled the holiday a bit.

Hotel is really beautiful! Food is great! I’m so surprised that they offer miso soup at breakfast! They told me that they the miso was made in house. Restaurant on the top floor has splendid views, two persons dinner is excellent! Will stay here again next time when I visit Wuxi.

I never like to write various reviews, but today I must praise the owner and his family. First of all, the room is clean and tidy, and non-woven disposable towels and bath towels are provided. It is very close to the scenic spot and you can walk there. Even so, due to the hot weather, the owner still enthusiastically drove us to and from school. I went out at 6:30 in the morning and the owner had already prepared breakfast. The side dishes, buns, etc. are all homemade and very delicious. All in all, it is the best homestay I have ever stayed in, and I will definitely choose it next time I come. I was in a hurry and forgot to take pictures.
