Find 2-Star Hotels in Wuxi

It's quite good. It's surrounded by snack streets and shopping malls. There are hot pot, crayfish, barbecue, and draft beer. Parking is also convenient. The bed in the room is very comfortable and clean. The front desk lady is very beautiful and the guy is very handsome. I will stay here again next time.

The room was quite spacious with a well-thought-out layout. The wet and dry areas were separate, and the air conditioning was powerful and cool. The lighting in the room was also good. The hotel staff were very friendly and responsive to any issues I had. Parking was free, and food deliveries were brought up to the room by a robot, so I didn't have to go downstairs myself, which was very convenient.

Great for the price you pay! The check-in desk address is on the same floor as several different hotels operating similar services. As an American, I couldn’t find one that matched the booking, so for those who also don’t speak or read Chinese, it is “Dawn Apartments”. An employee who worked for a different hotel was kind enough to help me call the right owner/customer service. From there, once I was able to add them on WeChat, everything went smoothly. Bathroom is not what I’m accustomed to, but I bought shower shoes in the market downstairs, which is among a lot of convenient restaurants and across the street from the metro - excellent location. They provided complimentary shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, and a toilet seat cover. Stayed for 3 nights and was comfortable. 4 stars instead of 5 because the bathroom and countertops were not very clean when I arrived and the check-in confusion. Thank you for a nice first stay in Wuxi. Overall would recommend.

The room is great, renovated from a high-end apartment The service staff were also great. Manager Dai at the front desk also recommended us an itinerary in Wuxi and introduced some particularly delicious farm dishes. The Dongpo pork was amazing. Both adults and children enjoyed several bowls of rice. There is a problem with the use of the elevator. Since only one elevator was opened during the renovation, the cleaning staff had to share the passenger elevator with guests to carry trash cans. I heard several batches of different customers complain about this, after all, it is a four-star price

The location is super convenient, right next to Wuxi Station. The environment is also great, very Zen-like, and there's a public area where you can practice calligraphy or enjoy tea. The facilities are excellent too, with air conditioning and a projector! Highly recommend!

Cleanliness: Decent. The floor still felt a little dusty and dirty. The bed sheet has afew strands of hair. Otherwise, the room is relatively clean Location: It’s is two metro stops from the Wuxi railway station and a few stops from afew famous places in Wuxi. The location is great. However, if you are carrying a large luggage, do not follow blindly the map app. Exit 14 from 三阳广场 (Sanyang plaza) metro is the closest. However, there will be a flight of stairs to climb if the escalator is not working. However, it is only 1/3 of the flight of stairs to climb compared to exit 19B. If you do not want to climb stairs, I recommend going through exit 20A and come out of Suning Plaza Mall and cross diagonally to 锡上MoMo mall where the hotel is. The escalator at exit 20A is usually working. Service: We arrived earlier than the check in timing. Our original room wasn’t ready so they upgraded us to the one on a higher level from level 24 to 54. They kindly told us where the amenities are. They even helped to bring our luggage from our room to their office to help us store as we were going to visit another street during the checkout time before coming back. Amenities: The bed was too hard and the pillow is too soft, making it difficult for both of us to sleep. The TV was quite big and there is vip subscription for some Chinese streaming apps which allows my friend to watch her favourite drama series. There is a washing machine which has a dryer function that allows us to wash and dry our clothes within a day. The room is a smart room however it takes a while to get used to the control. Once you are used to it, it makes things more convenient. Overall, I generally enjoyed my stay with my friend even though it was only for a night. If the bed and cleanliness could be improved, I think it would be perfect.

First of all, the hotel was very clean, with a simple and bright overall design, and it was also not far from the South Chang Street scenic area, making it very cost-effective. I'm borrowing a picture from before of the hotel; it's exactly the same as the one I stayed in this time. Thank you so much for the warm welcome from the customer service!

This hotel was a very cheap price which is why I stayed here. 24 US Dollars!! For the price I wasn't expecting much and really can't complain. I had an okay stay. The bed was pleasant and clean, shower was okay enough, TV was fine. Floor was quiet enough. Some kids were being a bit crazy and making a lot of noise but was all good. A drinking party perhaps but they did not bother me. I woke up late and did not try the breakfast so I cannot speak to that. All in all I had a pleasant enough stay and really enjoyed my day in the area. The fantastic Wanda mall is walking distance away and has tons of great shops and a huge IMAX theater. Lots of good food, coffee, ice cream etc. If you are looking for somewhere cheap to crash in Wuxi I can recommend it. The manager was very sweet and even stopped me to give me a couple cans of Pepsi on the way out as a gift haha. Would stay again if I needed to be in this area.

Got downgraded and the downgrade was justified as an ”upgrade” ,I suggest the property clearly states that they do not accept black people on their property to avoid such interactions! . I booked a room on the 4th floor but the lady at the reception gave me a room on the second floor. I went downstairs again to confirm she gave me the wrong room providing pictures of the room I booked but she kept insisting that there are no such rooms on the property, she insisted they do not exist on the property and rooms on the 4th floor don't look nice. I insisted she put me on the 4th floor like my booking. All to find out she was lying. The rooms were much nicer! Spacious and with a beautiful view. I don't understand such behavior. Very disappointed!

I always choose to stay here whenever I'm in Wuxi, and it's consistently a fantastic experience. The front desk service is excellent and attentive, the rooms are spotlessly clean, and the facilities are well-equipped. This is my absolute go-to for accommodation in Wuxi! Highly recommend!
