GGuest UserIt's quite good. It's surrounded by snack streets and shopping malls. There are hot pot, crayfish, barbecue, and draft beer. Parking is also convenient. The bed in the room is very comfortable and clean. The front desk lady is very beautiful and the guy is very handsome. I will stay here again next time.

GGuest UserThe location is easy to find, directly accessible by subway. Check-in was also very convenient. Customer service was always online. It was my first time in Wuxi, and the guesthouse owner gave me very detailed travel advice. I would definitely stay here again next time I have the chance to visit.

GGuest UserGiving it five stars again! After Chinese New Year and up until the Lantern Festival, I found myself back in Wuxi for another culinary adventure. And once again, I stayed at Yuanhe. The front desk service was excellent, and the kind young lady (with the small eyes) gave me room 09 again – thank you! The room offers great value for money, with good air conditioning and reliable hot and cold water. From my window, watching the road below, I was really impressed by Wuxi's traffic police. I saw a car parked on the crosswalk, and it didn't get ticketed. Last time, I saw a car parked on the main road for ages, causing all the other vehicles, including buses, to go around it against traffic for several hours. No one seemed to mind, and I didn't hear any complaints – it was unbelievable! And I saw it again this time.

MM22788****The environment is clean. ✅ The toilet is a smart toilet (heated seat). ✏️ Let me tell you, in winter, a heated toilet seat is an absolute lifesaver for your backside! ✏️ I chose a twin room, and the one at the very end had an extra corner, making it feel more spacious. ✅ The service was also excellent. ✏️ I was worried about being cold at night, so I asked the front desk for two extra blankets. ✏️ When I was looking at the rooms, a security guard even showed me around the different room types. ✅ Safety is also guaranteed. ✏️ Your key card only allows access to your own floor.

MMochizbunnyzCleanliness: Decent. The floor still felt a little dusty and dirty. The bed sheet has afew strands of hair. Otherwise, the room is relatively clean Location: It’s is two metro stops from the Wuxi railway station and a few stops from afew famous places in Wuxi. The location is great. However, if you are carrying a large luggage, do not follow blindly the map app. Exit 14 from 三阳广场 (Sanyang plaza) metro is the closest. However, there will be a flight of stairs to climb if the escalator is not working. However, it is only 1/3 of the flight of stairs to climb compared to exit 19B. If you do not want to climb stairs, I recommend going through exit 20A and come out of Suning Plaza Mall and cross diagonally to 锡上MoMo mall where the hotel is. The escalator at exit 20A is usually working. Service: We arrived earlier than the check in timing. Our original room wasn’t ready so they upgraded us to the one on a higher level from level 24 to 54. They kindly told us where the amenities are. They even helped to bring our luggage from our room to their office to help us store as we were going to visit another street during the checkout time before coming back. Amenities: The bed was too hard and the pillow is too soft, making it difficult for both of us to sleep. The TV was quite big and there is vip subscription for some Chinese streaming apps which allows my friend to watch her favourite drama series. There is a washing machine which has a dryer function that allows us to wash and dry our clothes within a day. The room is a smart room however it takes a while to get used to the control. Once you are used to it, it makes things more convenient. Overall, I generally enjoyed my stay with my friend even though it was only for a night. If the bed and cleanliness could be improved, I think it would be perfect.

Although there is no breakfast, it is convenient to take a taxi and there are many breakfast shops nearby. It is recommended to add some things to the minibar in the future.

GGuest UserThis hotel was a very cheap price which is why I stayed here. 24 US Dollars!! For the price I wasn't expecting much and really can't complain. I had an okay stay. The bed was pleasant and clean, shower was okay enough, TV was fine. Floor was quiet enough. Some kids were being a bit crazy and making a lot of noise but was all good. A drinking party perhaps but they did not bother me. I woke up late and did not try the breakfast so I cannot speak to that. All in all I had a pleasant enough stay and really enjoyed my day in the area. The fantastic Wanda mall is walking distance away and has tons of great shops and a huge IMAX theater. Lots of good food, coffee, ice cream etc. If you are looking for somewhere cheap to crash in Wuxi I can recommend it. The manager was very sweet and even stopped me to give me a couple cans of Pepsi on the way out as a gift haha. Would stay again if I needed to be in this area.

GGuest UserVery satisfied, it is very easy to find on the roadside, free parking at the door, and plenty of parking spaces. The rest is good value for money, and it is convenient to eat and shop around. After the hotel comes out, turn left and there is a community convenience canteen on the small road. It is clean, hygienic, cheap and delicious. There are many types of special cost-effective. The room size is moderate, the bedding is also very clean, praise!
