Conveniently located right next to Wuxi East Railway Station, the hotel boasts a great environment and is very clean. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff, especially the ladies, were super friendly and enthusiastic. Laundry facilities were also very convenient.

The boss was very nice and helped upgrade the room to a twin. The room was very large and even had a sofa and a large desk. It was very well decorated and clean. The shower button was very difficult to turn, especially with shower gel on my hands. It was even more slippery and difficult to turn. I ended up wrapping a towel around the button to open it. 🤣 The room door has a police app password lock, which is very secure. It has an anti-theft lock but no anti-theft chain. An anti-theft chain would have been much better. I forgot to take a photo, but it is exactly the same as the boss's picture.

The Atour X Hotel (Wuxi Nanchang Street Taihu Avenue) boasts an excellent location, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Nanchang Street, shopping, and enjoying delicious food. The room maintained Atour's consistently high standards – it was clean, tidy, and the bedding was super comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's rest. The staff were all very friendly and provided attentive service. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Wuxi; I'll definitely be back!

Nothing to complain about the hotel. The facilities are really good and the breakfast really worth it.

I checked in at 8 PM on the day of arrival, and the hotel reception had called beforehand to confirm my check-in time and even upgraded my room type. The room was spacious, the bedding quality was excellent, and the soundproofing was great, ensuring a very comfortable sleep. The breakfast was bountiful, featuring local delicacies like wonton noodle soup, as well as Western options. The hotel also thoughtfully provided complimentary laundry service. When I needed to print some documents, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and efficient, printing everything for me free of charge. Upon check-out, which happened to be the Dragon Boat Festival, the hotel presented a thoughtful gift. Overall, the stay was excellent, and I highly recommend it for business travelers and families with children!

Was given an upgrade when checking in, and given a king sized bed on the top most floor. Room size was adequate and cozy, though it kinda differed from what I had seen and booked online. The superior queen room A that I had booked somehow seemed larger, and had separate shower and bathtub facilities, whilst my room only had a tub and shower combo. Anyway, the room seemed newly renovated and well maintained and clean, so no complaints there. It is conveniently located, with a subway station just right in front of the hotel, and walking distance to 2 malls with supermarkets. Staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was decent, though a better variety of food offered would have been preferred. All in all, a pleasant stay and experience, and this hotel will definitely be in serious consideration when I next visit Wuxi again.

The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. Housekeeping was attentive. The hotel facilities were complete, including a laundry room and gym. Breakfast was quite varied, and they even offered late-night congee.

This week, we traveled around Taihu Lake to Wuxi and stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton. Overall, our stay was quite good. The room was spacious and bright, and we could watch the sunrise right from our window. Whether it was the breakfast or set meals on the first floor, or the à la carte dishes at the Suiyuan Restaurant on the second floor, everything was delicious. We also had ice packs and medicine that needed to be frozen and refrigerated separately, and the front desk was very helpful in storing them for us, which was super convenient.

The room is clean and tidy, and the front desk service is patient. It’s really nice to live in an apartment like this during the Spring Festival. The most important thing is that there is Phoenix TV to watch. I will stay here again next time I come to Wuxi.
