The room was incredibly comfortable, and the staff, especially the young lady, was super enthusiastic. She not only upgraded our room but also brought us some delicious, sweet fruit. The room itself was clean and tidy. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip. The young lady was incredibly thoughtful; when my friend wasn't feeling well, she helped us arrange a late check-out. Our four-day stay was absolutely fantastic.

The facilities are complete and comfortable, very clean and hygienic. The staff are very attentive and responsible. I arrived at the hotel just as it was raining heavily, and my shoes and socks were all wet. The staff helped me find a solution, which was a great experience. They even gave me a souvenir, thank you!

The hotel has a wonderfully cozy atmosphere, and they pay great attention to detail. My room had excellent natural light, was spotlessly clean, and had no strange odors. For business trip, it wasn't bad. Room was clean and the breakfast was amazing. But the thing is there is no one who can speak English. If you cannot speak chinese, you gotta know.

The first room on the 8th floor had a noisy water heater right above it, constantly buzzing. We switched to a second room, but the bedroom light couldn't be turned off with the smart assistant or the switch unless we pulled out the key card. The third room we got had a window that wouldn't close properly, and the main door couldn't be double-locked. Also, the shower water wasn't consistently hot; it would suddenly get a bit cold. Breakfast selection was limited, typical of a budget hotel. Overall, a poor experience. I wouldn't recommend it.

An excellent choice for business trips. The X Hotel is clean and conveniently located near my workplace, with great transportation access. The room's soundproofing was decent, and the WiFi was fast and stable, allowing me to work overtime without any disturbances.

Friendly front desk staffs, ordered delivery and was sent to my room via a robot, when I fell asleep, they took good care of my belongings and passed it to me. Front desk would also give a simple greeting whenever you walk across the lobby. Convenient location, delicious food and near the shopping mall. Hot water was instantaneous and does not require any waiting time, overall a very good experience.
