We booked two separate nights, fearing our child might have a last-minute class. Fortunately, they didn't, so we spent the two nights at Chunshan without worrying about the crowds. We mostly stayed at the hotel, eating, drinking, and exploring. The hotel's food was excellent, and the free snacks in the refrigerator were delicious, especially the white pepper cookies. They were so good I couldn't resist searching on Taobao and immediately ordered dozens of them. The front desk and restaurant staff were very welcoming, and the housekeeping was responsive. The turndown service was excellent and attentive, including eye masks and earplugs. After checking out, we sat in the tea room for a while, and the waiter asked us where we had put the two afternoon tea spoons in the room. They said they had lost them when housekeeping was done. We were a little confused, as they should have been on the plates. The child said they'd peeled an orange after eating the cake, so perhaps the peel had covered them? A little later, the waiter confirmed they'd found the two spoons in the room. The room attendant could have done a thorough search instead of asking the guest first, which seemed rather abrupt. So, a little more attention to detail would have been even better. However, the flaws outweigh the merits, and overall, I really liked Spring Hill. My two children rated it slightly worse than the Ritz-Carlton Hideaway, but about on par with Aman, which is a very high rating.

I'm giving this hotel five stars primarily because of its incredibly convenient location. It's right next to the high-speed train station, making transportation a breeze with a subway and bus station nearby. Plus, there are plenty of dining options and shopping is super easy. The hotel's service quality is excellent, with staff who are polite and friendly. The entire hotel is clean, well-maintained, and has a positive vibe. They also have great fitness facilities, including an indoor heated pool. The breakfast spread at the restaurant offers a good variety and tastes quite delicious.

The overall environment and facilities are pretty good, definitely commendable. The staff provided quality service even during the Spring Festival, which is great. The only minor drawback is that the hotel's hardware is a bit old; the air conditioning unit is quite bulky, and when the bathroom's ceiling and wall lights are on at the same time, there's a noticeable and jarring electrical buzzing sound. I hope they can improve this in the future. The kids' play area is fantastic. Overall, it's worth recommending.

The room was spacious and comfortable. A big thanks to the front desk lady who went above and beyond to find me a lake-view room of the same price, but with the widest view possible. Breakfast was good, and all the services were excellent. They even offered a free hour of KTV, and the laundry room was very convenient. The only downside is that the hotel is quite large, and when there aren't many people around, some areas are dimly lit, making them a bit spooky.

A special thanks to Anna at the hotel for her warm, thoughtful, and patient service during my stay. She was incredibly helpful in coordinating all my requests and responded promptly. The room was clean and comfortable, well-equipped, and offered great value for money. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I'll be staying here again!

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The bathroom had a great wet-dry separation, felt very roomy, and the smart toilet was a really thoughtful touch. The 1.35m single bed was not only generously sized but also incredibly comfortable – for the first time ever, I didn't wake up with a sore back after staying in a hotel. Right in front of the hotel is a large lawn, and the surrounding area is a wetland park, offering an excellent ecological environment. At night, it was simply 'quiet.' The hotel hallways were also very wide, and the staff were all incredibly enthusiastic and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. The subway station is conveniently located near the hotel, making getting around super easy. Bonus: There's a complimentary shuttle service to Jinkui Park for cherry blossom viewing if you book in advance! 🌸

A special thank you to Yu Canping, whose warm welcome and impeccable service made us feel like VIPs from the very first minute. Her hospitality truly set the tone for a perfect stay. The buffet dinner and breakfast were superb—without a doubt the best we’ve ever had at any hotel. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We also loved every moment of the night performance—it was magical! Strolling through the streets, browsing local crafts, and picking up unique gifts added so much charm to the experience. And the scenery? Absolutely breathtaking. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious escape with top-tier service. We can’t wait to return!

The location is fantastic, right in the city center at Sanyang Plaza. It's incredibly convenient with a metro station and commercial hub just downstairs. The room was spacious and the air conditioning was excellent. The views were expansive and the city lights were beautiful. The front desk staff were all very friendly and the cleaning ladies always greeted us warmly. Breakfast was delicious and high quality, offering both international standards and local flavors. Overall, it was an extremely good value for money experience. My only minor complaint is that the duvet was a bit thin, especially since the air conditioning worked so well!

This hotel was the best one we stayed at during our trip to Wuxi. It's one of Accor's better properties. The rooms are very spacious, and while some are conversions of old residences, the renovation is exceptionally new. During the May Day holiday, there was a buy-one-get-one-free offer for the buffet, and the food was incredibly exquisite. I even saw the F&B manager discussing the ideal temperature for the smoked fish with the chef, which showed great dedication. The marinated dishes were particularly authentic. Plus, the hotel is right in the ancient town, with several direct access points to the scenic area.

This is my second time staying at the Lokas Hotel Wuxi. I first came when it just opened, and the room types are fantastic. The two-bedroom suite is spacious and comes with an induction hob, microwave, fridge, and a washing machine with a dryer, perfect for a longer stay. The location is great, not far from Nanchang Street and Nanchansi Temple. If it's too hot during the day, you can swim in the hotel's pool, which has good water quality and isn't crowded. Xiao Zhang (who seemed like a manager) handled my check-in with a great attitude. He also told me where breakfast was and the quicker way to get to the serviced apartments. When I checked out, he even gave me a lovely fridge magnet. Although the breakfast selection isn't huge, everything tastes delicious. I finally tried the famous fried fish noodles, and there's a small sesame ball that's also very tasty with lots of sesame filling. The juice isn't watered down either, and the waitstaff clear tables very efficiently. All the staff I encountered had excellent attitudes, and the cleaning ladies would greet you too. I'll definitely stay at Lokas again when I come to Wuxi!
