"The breakfast was very rich I would like to especially praise the waiter in the restaurant. When he saw the child serving milk, he took the initiative to ask the child if he needed help. I have stayed in many parent-child and five-star hotels, but it is still rare to see people who take the initiative to care for children. I was too lazy to go out for food during the Spring Festival, so I went to have a set meal at noon, and the portion was still very sufficient."

They went out of their way to assist me, even after I had checked out. Their level of service and responsiveness truly exceeded my expectations. As a parent with a crawling baby, cleanliness is of utmost importance, and I was impressed by how well-maintained and spotless the hotel was. The rooms were tidy, and the hotel provided all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, hair dryers, toothpaste, and soap. I particularly loved the fact that our room had a balcony. It was a perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. I appreciated the option to close the curtains and enjoy the balcony while our daughter slept peacefully inside. The hotel's location was convenient, with two nearby stations providing easy access to Shanghai. The staff even provided helpful directions and recommendations, such as the address of a nearby supermarket when we needed to buy supplies. Despite being a smaller hotel, the quality of service surpassed my expectations. The staff's ability to communicate in English was a definite advantage for us as foreigners, making our stay even more comfortable. In terms of dining, the food at the hotel was satisfactory, offering a regular Chinese menu. I particularly enjoyed their noodles, and the friendly service with a smile made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and helpful staff made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, and friendly place to stay."

"This was my second stay at the Hyatt, and once again, they didn’t disappoint! I accidentally booked the wrong date and had to cancel, but the staff were so understanding and even upgraded our room. Really appreciated their flexibility and great service. The late check-out option was a nice bonus — my nephew and I took our time and enjoyed a relaxing morning. The hotel is in a super convenient location, with plenty of great restaurants and malls nearby. Looking forward to coming back again!"

"I felt very good staying at the Yaduo Hotel on Changjiang North Road in Wuxi New District. The front desk staff was nice and kind. They helped us check in quickly and helped us solve problems. The staff also contacted us in time for things we forgot, saving unnecessary time and trouble. The hotel is clean and spacious. It is also very convenient to go to where we are going."

"Check in counter service can be improved, but the concierge has been very helpful. This hotel has a boat ferry to and fro YuanTouZhu park where the famous cherry blossom bloom occurs late Mar-April. The hotel is also next to Li Yuan (famous for peach blossom) but it's a pity there seems to be no direct access - we had to walk out to the main road to enter Li Yuan . I suspect the hotel boat ferry can make a stop at Li Yuan's pier. View from our balcony attached."

"Extremely convenient location with fantastic view that is directly linked to the subway. Do note that reception is not on first floor, and this is closer to serviced apartment than hotel. I personally love the combi washer and dryer (additional clothes detergent can be purchased at the mom and pop store across the road), and large spacious rooms. Hotel provides WeChat room service that is very personable and helpful. Lifts can be a bit slow during peak hours. Shower had some issues with regulating warm water and one soap dispenser was faulty, but overall the experience was good. Would definitely come back here on my next trip to Wuxi!"

"I had a wonderful stay at Atour! The hotel is beautifully designed, with the lobby located on the 36th floor offering stunning panoramic views. The service was top-notch—every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and attentive. My room was spotless and very comfortable. The hotel also offers several patio areas that are perfect for casual business meetings or just relaxing with a view. One of the thoughtful touches I really appreciated was the complimentary night snack—guests can enjoy porridge or dumplings in the evening, which adds a cozy, homely feel to the stay. Plus, all the snacks in the minibar are free, which was a pleasant surprise. While the gym is a bit small, it’s well-equipped and more than adequate for a good workout. The location is extremely convenient—just a short walk from the subway and directly connected to a mall with plenty of eateries and shops nearby. If I had to mention one minor downside, it would be the occasional low hum from the elevator, but it was subtle and didn’t affect my sleep or overall experience. Overall, Atour exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to both business and leisure travelers!"

"This hotel is for staying with mother and baby. The play area on the first floor is really my daughter's favorite. She doesn't even want to go out to play. The room is also very clean, the service is very good, and the breakfast is very rich. I am very satisfied with this stay. The location is very good. I also walked to Chong'an Temple in the evening. It is very close. I will recommend it to friends who go to Wuxi."
