I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is beautiful, right by Lihu Lake, with Liyuan Garden just a short walk away. The lake views are absolutely lovely. Unfortunately, Typhoon Dolphin arrived during my stay, with very heavy rain, so I couldn’t enjoy Wuxi as much as I had planned and left after one night. Still, the hotel has everything you need even in bad weather, including two restaurants. I tried the Chinese restaurant and the fish was excellent! If I come back to Wuxi, I would definitely stay here again. I just wish I had better weather to enjoy it for longer!

I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was incredibly spacious, and the bedding was clean, hygienic, and comfortable. The hotel breakfast was also very good, and the room was spotless. It was also very convenient for getting to tourist attractions. Overall, a great stay. I would definitely stay here again next time.

Fantastic! A truly great experience. This established five-star hotel definitely lives up to its reputation. Everything from the service to the cleanliness and ambiance was impeccable. The front desk staff, especially the lady who helped us, was not only beautiful but also incredibly kind; she even upgraded our room because we had a child. The swimming pool is also beautiful. My son already said that next time we visit, we absolutely have to stay here again!

The hotel is conveniently located next to Vientiane City Shopping Mall, making dining and shopping very easy. It's also less than 10 kilometers from popular attractions like Lihu Lake, Yuantouzhu Park, Nanchan Temple Ancient Street, and Huishan Ancient Town. The room was spacious, clean, and bright, and the service was attentive and friendly. Free parking was a big plus. The breakfast spread was excellent, and I'd especially like to thank the breakfast restaurant manager (a lady) for thoughtfully providing slippers for my child. That was a really sweet touch!

My family and I have a wonderful stay and received excellent hospitality during our recent stay at the Grand Kingtown Hotel. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The view was absolutely great and made the entire experience even more enjoyable and relaxing. The hotel's decor style is great, the room was clean and tidy, no strange smells, and fully equipped, which was a relief. The front desk service was warm and welcoming, they proactively helped with arrangements, were always accommodating, and even gave me a quiet room on a higher floor. Five-star perfect review! My stay at the Holiday Inn Express Wuxi Fuli far exceeded my expectations this time around. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wuxi for leisure or business. The location is incredibly convenient. It's just a short walk to Nanhu Jiayuan Metro Station, making it easy to get to Yuantouzhu, Nanchang Street, and Sunac Land. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores downstairs, and ample free parking if you're driving. The smart room design is a huge plus – keyless entry via facial recognition, XiaoDu voice control for lights, curtains, and air conditioning, and a robot delivering meals which is both private and convenient. The 75-inch large-screen TV for streaming shows was a comfortable bonus. The King Koil mattress was just the right firmness, the bedding was clean and soft, and the room was spotless. The bathroom was dry and odor-free, and the fresh air system kept the air quality excellent. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were incredibly efficient. The staff were friendly and patient, and they provided detailed explanations for luggage storage and tour route inquiries. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, with delicious hot dishes, pastries, and wontons. The 24-hour gym and self-service laundry room with dryers are especially convenient for longer trips. The value for money is outstanding among smart hotels in the same area. Overall, there are virtually no downsides. I will definitely choose this hotel first on my next visit to Wuxi!

The room was clean and tidy, and the living environment was quiet and not noisy. The hotel is very close to Vientiane Hui and the subway entrance. It is super convenient to travel and shopping. There is also an exclusive parking space for self-driving, parking is worry-free. The two young ladies at the front desk have a warm and gentle service, a very good attitude, and the overall stay experience is great!
