__WeChat221063****The hotel lobby is very tastefully decorated, and the room facilities are of high quality and very clean. I initially thought staying closer to the park entrance would be more convenient, but then I saw that this Manxin hotel offers free shuttle service to the scenic area, has a better environment, and provides excellent value for money. I especially want to commend the hotel staff for their exceptional service. They called us in advance to confirm our high-speed train pickup time, and upon check-in, they arranged our shuttle to the scenic area for the next day. When we were running late during breakfast and worried about missing the shuttle, they reassured us to take our time eating and arranged another car for us. It was incredibly thoughtful and kind. Plus, the distance wasn't as far as I'd imagined; we left at 8:10 AM and arrived at the park entrance in just 10 minutes. They even gave us a souvenir upon check-out. Both the service and facilities were impeccable.

GGuest UserI stayed here for two nights during my trip. There aren't many dining options nearby, so you'll need to take a taxi to other areas. If you're booking this hotel, I'd recommend getting the breakfast package. A taxi ride to popular restaurants from here is only about 7-8 yuan. The complimentary pick-up service from the station was a nice touch. The hotel environment is also very good, and the breakfast spread is quite extensive.

The family room was spacious and suitable for families. There were also some cats and dogs around the homestay, which the kids absolutely loved and enjoyed as companions. The environment was quiet and relaxing. The location was convenient with eating places and mini marts right in front. Our stay also includes breakfast which was warming in the cold weather. Overall, it was a good experience and we enjoyed our stay here in Jiuzhaigou.

GGuest UserThe hotel is not far from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, and there's a bus stop nearby, which is very convenient. The hotel environment is elegant, and there are many dining options nearby. The front desk staff was very nice; on the day we arrived, we were experiencing some altitude sickness after coming down from Huanglong, and she explained many precautions to us. The hot spring is on the fourth floor, and the hotel will notify you via WeChat when it's ready.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly felt it was a great choice. The hotel provided excellent service throughout our visit, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
A special mention to staff member H, who was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Their warm hospitality really made a difference in our experience.
The hotel facilities were well-maintained and of good quality, and all staff members we encountered were polite, attentive, and provided excellent service.
Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and we would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

The room was clean and well-maintained, with complete facilities. There's a parking lot and EV charging stations available. Supermarkets, restaurants, and pharmacies are all conveniently located nearby. It was quiet at night, the aromatherapy scent was pleasant, and breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserWe had an excellent stay at this cozy, family-owned bed and breakfast. Everyone was so friendly. They gave us rides to the national park and other places. The yak hot pot was spectacular as was their Sichuan-style sausage, and the daily Chinese breakfast buffet. The beds were extremely comfortable. We will definitely be back.

SShufu@jiaThe room was very clean and soundproofed well. The front desk service was attentive, and breakfast was decent. The food vendors outside the hotel offer much better value for money than the restaurants near the Jiuzhai Romance Park – definitely recommend checking them out. There's still a noticeable temperature difference between morning and evening. It's the dry season in the scenic area, so the landscape isn't as vibrant as in summer. This is my second visit to Jiuzhai, and the area has developed rapidly. The hotel staff were very enthusiastic, and overall, it was a great experience.

CChooBTThis is a 5 star hotel catering to big tour groups . I am a minority of travellers who stays here.i wanted a nice quiet setting which it is . As it is outside the main town centres , every trip out if here I need to get my own transport as the hotel do not provide shuttle service . This very inconvenient I found out .
The room and service are excellent . They help me to get transport out of jiuzhaigou . I have lost faith in trip ,
com booking of transport as they did not even to bother to pick me up to Huanglong trip even after I paid for it. I told trip.com about it did not even bother to complain I just write off trip .com transport service forever ! They may lose a traveller customer too. I paid a hefty sum to get to Huanglong myself .
The breakfast are excellent . Unless you dine in the hotel , restaurant down town is few km away . This hotel is situable for someone who drives or part of tour group. The rates as that of a five star hotels are not cheap.

GGuest UserCame with the family, it's not far from Jiuzhaigou and much more comfortable than staying right by the park. The environment is great! After exploring the park, it's nice to come back for a bath. If you're driving, I'd definitely recommend staying here. The hotel also has a lot of activities, which is a bonus.
