The rooms are spacious and bright, well laid out with separate wet and dry areas, and fully equipped with amenities like central air conditioning, large-screen TVs, a mini-fridge, a small humidifier, and a smart toilet. The service quality is top-notch; staff are friendly and attentive to details. A major highlight is the eight complimentary bottles of mineral water provided in the room, which addresses guests' hydration needs perfectly and is truly commendable. The restaurant is clean and offers a great environment with a wide selection of high-quality dishes, including salads, stir-fries, pastries, fried rice, milk, soy milk, coffee, fruits, and yogurt—everything you could ask for. Additionally, the hotel provides both ground-level and underground parking. Ground-level spots are limited and about 10 meters from the hotel, while the underground parking is about 100 meters away, making it slightly less convenient. Overall, the hotel left a great impression. Five-star rating!

NNanguajiangExtremely satisfied! They provided a lot of help with our pre-trip inquiries for our road trip and also assisted with booking a chartered car for airport/station transfers. On our last day, we checked out very early and they even packed us breakfast, heating up the milk for us – truly amazing! The room was also very clean. Next time I come to Jiuzhaigou, I'll definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserThis is my second stay here. My first visit was in 2023, and even then, the service, cleanliness, and overall environment left a great impression. This time was no different. Our high-speed train was scheduled late, and we wanted to freshen up before heading out, but ride-sharing options were scarce at that hour. The staff (a lovely young lady) actively helped us find a car, and in the morning, they even arranged a taxi to take us to the attractions. The hotel's restaurant is also fantastic! The lady who makes the butter tea there was incredibly kind. On our first day, we were too full to finish the butter tea and asked if we could take it to go the next day when we checked out. She readily agreed. Honestly, my experience at this hotel was exceptional and incredibly heartwarming. When issues arise, the staff genuinely considers your needs and goes above and beyond to resolve them. Plus, the rooms are clean, bright, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend considering this place if you're planning a trip!

GGuest UserI chose this hotel for my trip to Jiuzhaigou. Don't let the small entrance fool you; inside, it's incredibly clean, tidy, and cozy. Many of the amenities are voice-controlled, which is a nice touch. My sister, who is usually very picky, checked it out and decided to stay here. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area entrance, and the location is also great. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and you can even take a stroll after dinner. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, and the price is really attractive. The front desk staff were lovely and kind, and their service was very warm and welcoming – I really liked them!

RRubyT.nzsgFlowers Hotel was awesome. The room was spacious and beautiful and we enjoyed using the tub. The bed was especially comfortable - we had the best night's sleep. It was difficult getting out in the morning 😂. The location was also quiet. The owner of the hotel was a standout - she was incredibly helpful with information and even helped us to book bus tickets out of the place, paying with her own money first (and we paid her back of course!). She was very sweet and looked after us really well. The hotel is a 15-min leisurely walk from the park entrance and has lots of restaurants and shops around. If I ever came back to Jiuzhaigou I will 100% be back in this hotel.

GGuest UserA truly delightful stay! **Cleanliness:** Impeccable. **Service:** The staff were friendly and enthusiastic. **Facilities:** The whole room is smart-enabled, even the toilet seats are heated. Plus, the huge TV with screen mirroring was fantastic for watching shows. There were so many thoughtful little amenities provided that were a pleasant surprise. **Location:** This deserves a special shout-out! We got off the bus at Zangwang Yanwu, and it was a two-minute walk to the hotel. Right across from the hotel is Zangwang Plaza with lots of food options. The next day, we checked out and stored our luggage, then walked about ten minutes to the attraction's entrance. After leaving the scenic area, we returned to the hotel to pick up our bags and then went back to the original bus stop for our return journey. So convenient!

GGuest UserStayed here during the Chinese New Year, which is the off-season for Jiuzhaigou, but the rooms were still quite popular. The room itself was very unique. The location is excellent, less than a 10-minute walk to the National Grand Hotel parking lot and about 15 minutes to the scenic area's main entrance, which is super convenient. Breakfast was good, and they even provided complimentary welcome fruit. We booked a twin room for our family of three, and the front desk staff thoughtfully gave us an extra breakfast, which we really appreciated.

The original plan was to head straight back to Chengdu after visiting Jiuzhaigou, but I was worried about my parents getting tired and I really enjoyed the weather in Jiuzhaigou, so we decided to stay another night and chose this hotel. It's about a fifteen-minute walk from the main entrance of the scenic area, and directly across the road is Zangwang Plaza, which is also a stop for the direct shuttle bus from the scenic area to the high-speed rail station – super convenient! As for the room, it was very spacious, with a small slide and a tent, which the kids absolutely loved.

GGuest UserWe booked this hotel after leaving Jiuzhaigou, as many closer hotels were already fully booked. We had to keep searching further away from Zangwang Square and the scenic area until we found this one. We checked out the room before booking. It was a lovely family room with two beds; one was a bunk bed. The top bunk was designed like a small wooden playhouse, and the bottom was for sleeping. Our child was so excited they didn't want to leave. There are a couple of drawbacks, depending on what you're looking for. Since the rooms are built close together, some don't have windows. Our particular room did have a window with some plants outside, but it mainly looked out onto a wall and greenery. We visited during New Year's Day, and it was quite cold. This room didn't seem to have central heating. It took a long time to warm up the room using the air conditioner. This wouldn't be an issue in other seasons, but I hope there's a quicker way to heat the room when it's cold.

Just FYI: The night before I had stayed at another place, closer to the entrance park, only 100 kuai more expensive, and it was much better. 汀泉清居 has very kind, efficient and nice staff, but the situation of the hotel isn’t good. First, the room I stayed in had windows facing the main road, so it was very noisy. Second,the corridor with the rooms is on the same floor as the entrance, so the guests who arrived (in groups quite often) would make a big mess. Third, they have a ******* show at an open area just beside the hotel, making it even noisier. If you expect to relax after a full day of Jiuzhaigou, forget it! You’ll have to wait until after 21:30. After that, earplugs can help cancelling the noise of the road and the guests. Lastly, the shower definitely needs maintenance. It’s not the worst place; but, overall, it’s not a place to stay after spending the day at the amazing jiuzhai; I’d recommend you spend a few kuai more and book somewhere else.
