MMiray ÖzI had a wonderful stay! On my last day, I met some amazing people, which made the experience even more special. Everything was spotlessly clean. On the top floor, there’s a cozy café area with unlimited tea and coffee, open to both hostel guests and café visitors. The space offers a stunning panoramic view of the city from both sides. The showers were excellent — you can choose from a variety of shampoos and conditioners, and there are plenty of hairdryers available. Lockers are located outside the sleeping area, so you don’t have to worry about making noise and disturbing others. I also found the elevator system quite unique: there were three elevators — one that served only the women’s floors (capsules, lockers, and bathrooms), another for the men’s floors, and just one that reached the ground level for entering or exiting the hostel. Overall, I would absolutely recommend staying here, and I’m sure I’ll choose it again for my next trip to Tokyo!

GGuest UserI had a pleasant stay at the 9h nine hours Akasaka. The pods were comfortable and clean and the location was very convenient. However, the common space for eating was really small. The locker space was very crammed. They also won’t store your luggage after you check out so if you’re planning to do something on between the check-out and your flight/train you need to take your luggage outside.

LLIN JIA HIAThe staff were very friendly and polite, and the room was exceptionally clean. They provide a convenient luggage storage area on the ground floor for large bags, so you only need to bring them up to your room when you need them. There's a small area where you can organize your belongings, and the sleeping space itself was also spotless. Just a note for guests using the upper bunk or loft bed: please be a little careful when climbing.

PPICHEWA_I had planned to go to the SEVENTEEN concert at Tokyo Dome, so I was searching for a convenient place to stay. This hotel, located just one station away and a short walk from the station, was the perfect find. The area is well-served with convenience stores, restaurants, and vending machines. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I checked in before my concert and left my luggage in the room, so I didn't have much time to take detailed photos. The room itself was quite compact, measuring only 6 square meters (approximately 2x3 meters). However, it was perfectly adequate for a solo traveler and I was able to fit my 28-inch suitcase on the floor. The bed was a fold-out and wasn't the most comfortable, but it was good enough for a one-night stay. The room wasn't as stuffy as I expected, and the air conditioning worked well. A small desk and chair were positioned near the window, and the curtains could be opened for natural light while getting ready. The desk wasn't huge, but it was quite long and could hold plenty of belongings. A TV was mounted on the wall next to the window, but I didn't have a chance to check it out. The room also featured a large mirror, clothes hangers, and a double-sided clothes rack. If you had a lot of luggage, you could store items on the upper shelf. The shared shower and bathroom facilities were clean and well-maintained, with two of each on each floor. There were also double sinks. Basic toiletries like soap and shampoo were provided. You can purchase a Metro Tokyo pass directly from the staff at the lobby. The hotel also offers various activities and services; feel free to inquire with the staff for more details.

WWeiHooI have tried a few capsule hotels, this is by far the worst. My capsule was on the fifth floor, but the lockers are located on the fourth floor which is very inconvenient since the shower is on the eighth floor. There is a sitting area outside the capsule room which is an unsightly mess as shown in the pictures. The mattress is hard and uncomfortable. What bothered me the most is the door that supposed to shun off the noise from outside, made a loud noise when it closes. I wonder if they are not aware of it or no one complains to them. Imagine how many people comes in and out the entire night and the cranky noise disturbed my sleep. I hope the management will be made known of this default. I will never come back again.

AAnonymous User- 10/10 - clean capsule bed / towel / shower room. - 8/10 - locker area has not quite have much space for re-packing the big luggage, so if you need to re-pack or re-arrange your luggage then you have to make it quick. Cause only have some space nearby your loker area. —-Note: In your locker can fit in with lugguge size 24. - 10/10 - great location in the Shinjuku area. - 10/10 - the hotel has provided the daily amenity bag for towel (big towel, small one, and rug), pijamas, and toothpaste set. - 8/10 - the capsule sleep area will be closed during 11.00 am - 3 pm for cleaning, so would not recommend for some one that might need some nap. - 7/10 - in the capsule does not allow electronics charging, so you have to go to 9th floor, the common area for the devices charging.

GGuest UserOverall the building is brand new but tiny entrances with strps up to the lift level before it takes you to your floor. Very inconvenient to carry anything heavy up and down (strollers and luggages alike). What we really didnt like is that one of the days we realised a stranger (definitely not the guests in our next door unit) was able to enter into our floor and our gate (card access only to each floor) which is very unsafe! Make sure to lock your room door promptly everytime after opening. Our room for 4 was in another building away about 3mins walk from the main building where reception is. Reception service differs depend on which lady is on duty. The lady with fluent English is helpful, patient and friendly compred to the other who was impatient with us when we notified that housekeeping did not top up our in room amenities (green tea and coffee) for a couple days then. Our mini apartment of 2 single + 1 double beds comes with a mini kitchen + dining area which is great as there are many cooking appliances included. However windows of all 3 days open up to the next door buildings, cant really open all the way without peiple looking in. There is supposed to be housekeeping but we finally made a request to vacuum our floor after 3 days as all the snacks left behind by oyr kids were just left on the floor, in pieces or crushed powder format or swept under the beds... apparently cleaners only magic sweep the floor everyday. Also, if you need your beds made, need to put in special request too. Kids like the area which is where we are.familiar with, Shinjuku Gyoemae, nearby the garden. Not nearest to amenities but there is a 7-Eleven within steps away from our building. We will definitely.come back again for the right price.

SSunfower88PROS : - Great location on the main street near the junction - Only 2-3 mins walk from Daimon subway station Exit A4 / to walk to Hamanatsucho JR and Monorail stations to the airport about 7-15 mins - Elevator and shoe boxes with keys on the ground floor - Female only capsules are on the 3rd floor - Provide Yukata and small towel for lending to use - Free luggage storage ( limited time only ) - Free umbrella to use temporarily - Clean, safe and convenient - TV and radio in capsules CONS : - Check-in a little late at 5 pm / check-out 10 am - The lobby common area is small and not allowed to sit between 10 am - 5 pm. - Only 1 shower room and 2 toilets on the 3rd floor But it's Tokyo where the spaces are limited.

HHappyLoveThe condition is better than I expected, it's easy to get to Asakusa, and you can walk to the subway in less than 5 minutes. There are many restaurants nearby and convenience stores such as Lawson, Family Mart, and 7-Eleven are located within 5 minutes. First of all, the private bathroom is not in the room. It's outside. We used the second floor and were in rooms 201 and 202. If there are two rooms, there are two toilets and two bathrooms outside, which are used exclusively for the room. I don't have any pictures, so I'll just post a picture of the bathroom. It was nice that each item was separate. There aren't any downsides, but the owner was a bit harsh but not unfriendly. Still, I had a good stay. For 3 nights and 4 days And one thing is that the door is locked after 12 o'clock!!! Please note this! Have a nice trip to Japan everyone😆
