"Good location, close to the train station and Ameyoko Market. Fully equipped according to standards. Cleanliness should be improved. No housekeeper came to clean. The table in the room was dusty. The staff were slow and did not provide much service when leaving luggage."

"The location of the hotel is great very close to the Metro station, JR and plenty of shops and restaurant around. This hotel offers an onsen facility as well.  Easy access for all the attractions in Tokyo. Inside the room they maintained the tatami status. No shoes allowed. There are locker for baggage and keep your shoes and your belongings."

"The hotel is literally 2 minutes walking from the metro station and very easy to get to, even if you have heavy luggage. The ladies who work at the reception are very nice and helpful. The toilet and shower room were always very clean and had a very good smell."

"Great for solo travellers. Separate lift access for males and females, felt very safe as a solo female travelling. The capsule is spacious, though it would be great if there were hooks to hang things up. a little cumbersome to go up and down using the 1 lift. Sleeping pods are on 3, 6, 9 levels, showers are on the 1st floor, lockers are on the 3rd floor (alternate levels for males). Good view of Tokyo Tower at night + great location."

"**Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommend!** This hostel exceeded my expectations! The staff were friendly, professional, and kept the place spotless. The living room was cozy and inviting, with free coffee/tea options, a TV, and laundry facilities—perfect for relaxing. The capsule bunk was spacious, with ample storage and an extra privacy blind for comfort. The mattress was high quality, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated the daily towel changes—a nice touch! Location was ideal: within walking distance to Senso-ji Temple, train stations, Lawson, FamilyMart, and a grocery store. Overall, an impressive stay—I’d definitely come back!"

"I had a wonderful stay! On my last day, I met some amazing people, which made the experience even more special. Everything was spotlessly clean. On the top floor, there’s a cozy café area with unlimited tea and coffee, open to both hostel guests and café visitors. The space offers a stunning panoramic view of the city from both sides. The showers were excellent — you can choose from a variety of shampoos and conditioners, and there are plenty of hairdryers available. Lockers are located outside the sleeping area, so you don’t have to worry about making noise and disturbing others. I also found the elevator system quite unique: there were three elevators — one that served only the women’s floors (capsules, lockers, and bathrooms), another for the men’s floors, and just one that reached the ground level for entering or exiting the hostel. Overall, I would absolutely recommend staying here, and I’m sure I’ll choose it again for my next trip to Tokyo!"

"The room and hotel were nice enough for what it was: a short one-night stay close to Ueno station so that I could have a direct train line the next morning out to the airport. Clean, nice staff, good location close to a lot of restaurants, activities, Ueno park, shopping, etc."

"Very convenient located, just 7 minutes walking from Shinjuku station. Small and cozy as Japanese hotels usually are. Super friendly stuff. Clean rooms. Not noisy from the street. Plenty of restaurants and shops around. The coffee shop next door serves the breakfast, if not including in the room charge, than it cost 1,800 ¥ extra."

"Exceeds expectations. Very clean place, every day there is a thorough cleaning (for someone it can be a problem because there is no access to capsules from 10 to 14). Included breakfast is a sandwich and a drink in a nearby coffee (it’s okay but mind the price of included breakfast, maybe you can find something better). Inside the sleeping space it’s cool and quiet - just all you need for a good nap)"

"The location of the hotel is OK, very close to Sensoji Temple, about five minutes to the subway station, there are many restaurants around, drugstores, Don Quixote, Uniqlo, and direct subway to Ginza and Shibuya. The only drawback is that it is a bit small, but Japanese hotels should be like this. You have to stand in the bathtub to take a shower, and it is easy to accumulate water. The sanitation is not very clean. When I first entered on the first day, there were other people's nails cut on the bed... Overall, the price-performance ratio is OK"
