The location is superb. Only a few minutes walk to Dongdalu subway station that can easily connect to Chengdu East railway station, Chunxilu station, and other attractions. The room is clean and spacious exactly as shown in the pictures. The staff is very nice, helpful, and answer to every question very quickly. :)

We only stayed for one night because we discovered there were rats in the apartment - they came out in the night and went through our left over food, we discovered rat droppings in the cupboard under the sink and on the kitchen counter next to the kettle.
The front desk staff are really friendly and helpful - they offered to change us to a different room but we refused and asked for a refund for the rest of the stay.

Because I had to catch a flight the next morning, I chose a hotel that was close to the airport. This hotel provided airport pick-up and drop-off. When I checked in, I was asked about the flight time and the airport pick-up was rescheduled. The special room I booked was very affordable. The beautiful lady at the front desk also changed me to a very clean room because the special room was facing the street, provided that there was a room available. There was a small flaw, that is, the facilities were a little old, but the overall flaws outweighed the merits. It was a good stay.

The room had an amazing view of the city. The room was very clean, and had both a microwave and stove top.
The bed was firm and comfortable. The sofa was perfectly located. Housekeeping was very sweet, helpful, and respectful of not wanting to disturb me.
And the location is perfect! Lots of shops and easy to get to nearby attractions like the Qingyang Palace Temple. I will definitely stay here when I come back to Chengdu.

酒店在市中心天府廣場地鐵出來走一個路口就到。真的非常方便去哪裡都很近。出來就是四川科技館和成都博物館。可以兩館連逛。房型是公寓家庭式的，雖然傢俱設施略微陳舊，但是用起來沒什麼問題，床單被罩也很乾凈沒有異味睡得很舒適，中央空調很足。如果是親子家庭出來性價比真的很高！洗澡熱水很充足但是下水有點慢店家可以改善下。電梯的話從酒店側門進入上四樓換乘內部電梯就很方便，如果從正門進電梯就比較難等。我們本來定了兩晚，因為地理位置優越房子也還可以所以又續住了兩晚，白天基本上都在外面玩兒，晚上很晚回來所以對我們來説蠻不錯的。酒店照片沒有拍基本就跟圖片一致。火鍋老闆推薦了旁邊商場8樓的矮板凳味道不錯，周邊到處都是火鍋店盲選也差不到哪裡去。成都是一個很安逸的城市人都蠻實在。我們玩兒的很開心還會二刷！

First of all, the location of the hotel apartment is very good, very close to the subway station. It takes a few minutes to get off the subway. The traffic is very convenient. The room is also warm, and every day we go out to play, we have an aunt to help clean it. The room is also large, the facilities are complete, and overall the accommodation experience is good. GGuest UserCame with high expectations, but felt a little disappointed after staying.
First of all, the location is very inconvenient. It is on a separate hillside. The slope is very steep. It takes ten minutes to go down the mountain. It will probably take more than twenty minutes to climb up and I will be exhausted. The car cannot drive up the mountain. There is a small B&B. There is a shuttle bus, but it will only take the initiative to pick up and drop off once you check in and check out. The rest of the time you have to leave the courtyard by walking. It is very troublesome to go out to play in the back mountains or go to eat.
The second is insect prevention. There are many bugs that cannot be avoided when staying in a B&B in the mountains. I was mentally prepared for this from the beginning, but I don’t know if the owner is afraid of damaging the ecology. There are almost no insect prevention measures in the B&B. I was bitten outside the courtyard. Not to mention the large and small bags, we kill an average of more than 7 bugs in the room every day with our bare hands, of different varieties and colors, and some even crawled onto the bed. There are no insect repellent facilities in the house, and there is only a bottle of shared toilet water in the common area.
We closed the door almost immediately when we entered and exited, and we never opened the window screen. There was no possibility that we let the mosquitoes in ourselves.
Then there are the facilities, which provide disposable bath towels, face towels and disposable slippers. They are very friendly to the germophobe. Thumbs up. The bedding is very clean and comfortable. Thumbs up. The yard looks nice for taking pictures. Thumbs up, but the curtains do not block the light at all. , I could hardly sleep for a whole night without wearing an eye mask, and when I pulled it off, it was full of dust, which made me choke and sneeze. The cloth chairs in the public area were also very dirty, with serious stains. When we booked the room, we went to the terrace outside the room. , I thought I could drink tea and chat up there, but I didn’t expect that it was full of ants and fallen leaves. Maybe this is the original ecology.
Then there is the service. The pricing of the B&B should be considered above average among the B&Bs in Houshan, but I really didn’t feel the corresponding service. The breakfast was very simple, with no variety to choose from, and not everyone offered coffee. The shuttle bus was very dirty. I have never been in such a dirty bus. It felt like it had never been washed. I couldn’t order takeout. I asked several companies but they were not willing to deliver it. I could only eat food from the farmhouse that cooperated with the B&B. The choices were very limited. .
In general, you do need to pay for the sentiment when staying in a famous hotel, but the feeling of our stay is not worth it. The supporting measures have not kept up at all, and the experience is really not good. I hope the boss can improve it!

YYenThe building just about 200m from People's Park Metro station and opposite the road of KuanZhai Alley. Plenty of eateries nearby. Reception is at 26 level. Check in very convenient & the room is keyless security. The unit has 2 rooms, 1 washroom and kitchen. Bed is comfortable, both king size. Both bed rooms have projector, but only can watch old movies for free. Moderate size of fridge can store drinks and food. Kitchen cannot cook, no utensils. Toilet & bathroom kinda limited space to move about, movement have to quite polite. Hahahaas. Corridor a bit dark, the light sensor not too sensitive. Recommended to stay here again. Thanks for accepting international tourists.

Bbebou around the worldWe arrived at 2am and could still check-in as reception is open 24/7. The cleanliness of the room was amazing during the entirety of the stay. Everyday, the housekeepers would come and empty the bins, refill water, and bring more toilet paper and cups. They also made the bed everyday and replaced the towels. They did a great job. The reception staff was also very nice, always greeting us and very nice when we complained about breakfast (as the restaurant is under renovation, there is no buffet, which we were not aware of and was a big let down for us). They offer a Chinese breakfast which was a bit complicated for us so we ended up buying things in the convenience stores nearby. As there are lots of renovations going on (not only the restaurant, but the second floor as well) there was some noise in the morning, but if you're an early bird, it shouldn't be a problem, just know that you might not be able to rest in the afternoon.
The room was cosy, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. It has all the necessary amenities (kettle, cups, shower gel, shampoo, etc). The AC was working well and was really needed as it got hot, even at night. We also had a view on the tower at night. They offer a laundry service for free, which is really appreciated (just make sure to check it as some things were still quite humid when we got it back, and a sock was lost) and it's fast. The location is ideal, as the subway is right next to the hotel, the line is not busy so you always have space. Food might be an issue at night as everything closed early, but we managed.
It's a good hotel for a good price if you come to Chengdu.

CCatherine HumeThe reception girls are very polite, friendly and helpful. The room is clean and big, the bed is very comfortable. Chinese style breakfast is free and balanced diet, suitable for anyone who likes Chinese food! Free cherry tomatoes are fresh and sweet. Self-serve laundry service - washing machine is free to use on the 4th floor. The room has a slight smell of mold, but the manager have promised to solve the problem with the cleaning company. All in all, the hotel is value for money, I am very happy with the stay and I will recommend it to my friends and the family.

GGuest UserThe apartment is in a good location and the staff is very polite. The whole building is managed by Poly Property Management, which has a good service attitude and good quality. It is safe to live in and quiet at night. The room is equipped with a washing machine and a refrigerator, which solves the big problem of washing clothes during travel. The room is also very clean. The auntie cleans the room every day. I recommend staying here when you come to Chengdu.

The biggest asset of the hotel is the English speaking staff, who is incredibly helpful, creates a warm and friendly atmosphere. HHana moriThe hotel name is rather deceiving. When I booked, I thought it was IHG's Holiday Inn, but it's actually not. The location is somewhere in the middle of a village near the airport, but luckily they provided free airport pick up service (For international tourists, it's best to get a local number to call the hotel). Due to construction works nearby, the distance to the airport took longer than expected. But, overall the stay is okay as the room is nice and comfy.

SSolo Male - Long Term TravelStayed 4 nights in 2 person dorm
Expectation/Reality: you have to manage your expectations when you pay about 40RMB a night for a place. Compared to the photos, they are generally consistent, other than the bathrooms. The air conditioner worked for the first 2 nights and broke the last 2 nights.
Security: very secure, it’s on the 4th floor with 24/7 person at the desk, the room has a lock and there are good quality lockers in the bunks.
Hygiene: this is where the cracks are. Hygiene is very low in the public places. The bathrooms are like a frat house and the garbage around the shared spaces might get cleaned once a day. In the morning there was a dirty cup on the dining room table and when I got back in the evening it was still there. The toilets get clogged and over flow with no one fixing it for a long time, the showers need to be bleached. The private bunk area I was in was perfectly fine and clean.
Hospitality: the folks at the desk are very young, maybe early 20’s. I asked for a bowl to eat my cereal in the morning and the kid offered me a used plastic bowl and said I had to clean it myself, so I took a glass cup. When I asked to extend my stay, the kid was playing video games while talking to me and told me to do it myself online. There was one guy who was helpful, but it generally seems like the attendants are just too young to be very professional.
Social Atmosphere: quite good, there’s usually plenty of folks lounging around and there is a lot of public places, so lots of opportunity to meet and chat with people.
Overall: if you’re on a budget and can tolerate camping level hygiene in the showers and toilets, then this place is adequate. It’s very close to the main subway lines and there’s lots of activities and food options very close by. The public areas are social and it has everything a traveler really needs, certainly no frills. If the bathrooms were cleaned more frequently and the public areas cleaned more frequently this place would be excellent.

AAnonymous UserFlight arrived around midnight and the free airport pickup was still available. They do not have a WeChat number to call. I do not have a local number so I asked a customer service desk in TFU airport to help me to call the hotel pickup and get the vehicle number. The one that picked me up was 川A DM7885. Great to have this service available from the hotel. They also pick up other passengers from other hotels before dropping us off.
Location is good, plenty of food options available until 2am (can choose either right beside the hotel or walk 10 minutes for even more food choices). It used to be a small farming town that got transformed into many hotels to cater to the TFU airport transit passengers.
Service staff at night was friendly and helpful, even helping me to plan my transport for the next day. However dealing with the morning shift staff was somewhat unpleasant, since they asked me to cancel my hotel booking in Chengdu because they were trying to persuade me to sign up to their vacation package. Not a good way to do business.
The room was basic. Hot water shower in my room was inconsistent, had to wait a long time to get warm water (not hot). The water kettle was leaking a bit when boiling water, which I hope they've already replaced. The corridor lights are sensor operated, and it looks dark until you start walking. The courtyard is nice but also not as fancy as the photos.
Overall ok for just 1 night stay.
