"The beeping sound from the electrical equipment in the top-floor room was extremely disruptive. I called the front desk for someone to handle it, and every time someone came up, the sound stopped. As soon as they left, the sound started again. The second time, the manager brought a technician, and again, the sound stopped when they arrived. The technician suggested it might be a current noise from the electrical room. After the manager and technician inspected the room, it was quiet for about an hour and a half, but the sound returned around 11 PM, almost midnight. I called the front desk again, and they said they would send someone to check. Since I didn't want anyone entering the room and disturbing my sleeping family and children, I only asked if the front desk could find someone to check the electrical room. This was because each time they sent someone to check the room, it would be quiet for a while, so I believed they could find a way to control it, but ultimately, they didn't. As a late sleeper, I listened to the beeping sound all night, which severely affected my sleep quality."

The Venetian Macao is an incredible, immersive hotel experience. 350 world-class shopping choices line a masterfully reconstructed Grand Canal, bridges spanning each bank, just as they do in Venice. An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.

"This time, I stayed at The Venetian Macao with my kids, and the hotel service was truly exceptional and thoughtful. Even before we checked in, a hotel staff member named Valentina contacted me to provide directions. Since there was a typhoon approaching, she patiently answered my questions about whether it would affect transportation in the days leading up to our arrival. The Venetian is huge, and with a concert going on, it was very crowded, and our room was quite a distance from the front desk. Upon arrival, Neon, another hotel staff member, helped us with our luggage to the room. Ms. Rosie guided us all the way to our room and, seeing that we had children, thoughtfully sent up two extra sets of toiletries, along with a surprise welcome snack and fruit. The night before we left, she specially contacted me to help calculate the total time needed to get to the port for the high-speed rail and recommended a departure time for the next day. On the day we left, Ms. Irene and a male staff member were waiting for us outside, helped us with our luggage, checked us out, and even escorted us to our car. They also gave my child a teddy bear as a souvenir. I truly loved the hotel's warm and attentive service, and I'll definitely choose to stay at The Venetian again next time!"

"🌟 Our perfect Macau trip started with this impeccable hotel! Choosing this hotel was definitely the best decision for our trip to Macau. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of ultimate luxury and warmth. * **Impeccable Service:** Check-in was incredibly efficient, and the front desk staff were all smiles, warm, and courteous. Throughout our stay, whether we asked for directions to attractions or needed extra toiletries, the staff responded promptly and thoughtfully, making us feel completely at home. * **Extremely Comfortable Rooms:** The room was very spacious, with a modern yet elegant design. The most delightful surprise was the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows; we could see everything from the vibrant city lights at night to the charming Cotai Strip. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable, neither too soft nor too firm, and the soundproofing was perfect, allowing us to sleep soundly until morning. * **Convenient Location:** The hotel's location is superb. Downstairs, there are free shuttle buses (發財車 - 'fortune' buses) directly to various border gates, making getting around extremely convenient. Many popular attractions and shopping centers are within walking distance, and there's an overwhelming array of dining options nearby. * **First-Class Facilities:** The hotel's pool and gym are very well-maintained, clean, and uncrowded, providing an excellent experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety, with both Chinese and Western options, fresh ingredients, and an impeccable taste. **Summary:** This was a truly perfect stay. Both the hardware facilities and the soft services completely lived up to the hotel's reputation. Next time I'm in Macau, this will absolutely still be my first choice! I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Macau! 💯"

Guest can also take light rail and get off at the Jockey Club Station then leave from Exit B (YOHO Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel), it takes about five minutes to reach YOHO Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel.

"Came to Macau and stayed at the Yoho Roosevelt this time. The location is a bit out of the way; **taxis are scarce, and you have to transfer twice. It's not ideal if you have luggage, but since we didn't, it wasn't an issue for us.** **Environment & Amenities** ✅ Because it's remote, it's very quiet, and the hotel is new. ✅ Offers sea views and stadium views. Waking up to an unobstructed 180-degree view in the morning is incredibly comfortable. ✅ The TV can swivel, making it convenient to watch from the bed or living room. It has TVB and Phoenix TV, which was enjoyable. ⭕️ If you have luggage, transportation isn't very friendly; **taxis are few and you need to transfer.** **Design & Service** ✅ At 400 MOP, the value for money is really high. ⭕️ The room layout is quite strange... there's a long corridor with a small table, which is fine for working but otherwise unnecessary. ⭕️ The bathroom is even weirder; the bathtub is inside the shower area, first time I've seen that! It's okay for bathing (comes with a disposable tub liner), but showering is really inconvenient. **Summary:** Suitable for those without luggage, who seek quiet views, and aren't particular about room layout. For 400 MOP in Macau, what more could you ask for? A pure sea-view room would probably be even more comfortable."

Hotel Central, nestled in the vibrant heart of Macau's historic city along Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro, is ideally situated near iconic landmarks such as St. Paul's Ruins and the Senado Square. Following a meticulous HK$2 billion acquisition and revitalization project, this century-old treasure was gloriously reborn in 2024. This singular century-old boutique hotel ingeniously merges a nostalgic retro aesthetic with advanced technology and eco-friendly principles, resulting in an ambiance that is both evocative of the past and refreshingly contemporary.

"I just stayed at the Macao New Central Hotel the day before yesterday, and my experience was absolutely fantastic! I sincerely recommend this historic, vintage-style hotel to anyone visiting Macau. The hotel is located right in the heart of Senado Square, and right downstairs you'll find souvenir shops and specialty snack stalls. It's just a three to five-minute walk to Senado Square and the Ruins of St. Paul's, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and finding food. The entire building has a retro Republican-era vibe, and both the lobby and guest rooms are exquisitely designed with a charming atmosphere – every corner is perfect for photos. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom facilities were high-quality, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were kind and gentle, and the check-in process was efficient, quick, clear, and hassle-free. With its excellent location, vintage ambiance, and great value for money, it's perfect whether you're staying for a short stopover or exploring the old town in depth. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Macau."

The pool area and mini water park are also fantastic; not too crowded, only guests are allowed. The rooms are nice and clean, and housekeeping comes daily. We requested amenities for our baby, and they brought everything promptly. The quality of the toiletries is excellent. We'd love to come back to this hotel again!"

"Arriving Sofitel with excitement, my family was treated with cold indifference and a lack of basic courtesy. This is a shame as the hotel itself is great in all other aspects like the location and the seaview. We arrived at the hotel at about noon and we're instructed to return after 2:30 pm as the rooms need cleaning - something we perfectly understood. We followed this, had a walk nearby in the heat, only to return at about 2:35 pm, wet and exhausted, ready to check in. A staff member called Ana responded dismissively and told us to wait till 3 pm. Her comment ”you can see the check-in time here” was unhelpful and completely inappropriate for a 5-star establishment. The most upsetting part was not the timing itself, but the way we were spoken to. We traveled with family, endured uncomfortable conditions in the heat, and expected a 5-star hotel to prioritize guest comfort and dignity. What we experienced fell far short of that standard. Our experience reflected 1. No empathy despite arriving early due to the hotel's guidance, 2. No assistance despite clear discomfort (wet, tired, family present), 3. Unprofessional communication that ignored guest service, and 4. No accountability for how earlier instructions led to this situation. It's so very disappointing that a single staff member's unprofessional attitude ruined what should have been a great experience!"
