"This was my first business trip to Huaqiangbei, and I chose this business hotel. My entire stay was absolutely perfect, with no complaints whatsoever. The hotel's location is a huge plus, right in the heart of the Huaqiangbei Electronic Market business district and next to the subway. This made it incredibly convenient for sourcing goods, dining, and shopping – truly a one-stop solution. The public areas and corridors were clean and well-maintained, giving a grand impression. The front desk service was professional and attentive. Both check-in and check-out processes were simple and efficient. The staff were all very friendly, and when I asked for directions, they explained everything patiently and in detail. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, completely blocking out street noise, which resulted in fantastic sleep quality. The hygiene standards were very high; daily housekeeping was thorough and meticulous. Desks, bathrooms, and bedding were all tidied and refreshed, and the room was well-ventilated without any stuffiness. The in-room amenities were complete and worked perfectly. The air conditioning was very powerful, and the faucets and shower provided a steady, uninterrupted flow of water with instant hot water. There were plenty of power outlets, and the internet connection was smooth and reliable for work. Two convenient amenities really stood out: the 24-hour gym was great for working out and de-stressing anytime, and the self-service washer-dryer combo solved all my laundry needs during my business trip. The hotel even offered to help with laundry service. The smart robot delivery service saved a lot of time and hassle, eliminating the need to go down to the lobby. The night-time perks were incredibly thoughtful: a wide variety of complimentary late-night snacks, and warm milk before bed to aid sleep. The location, service, and facilities were all top-notch. The overall value for money far exceeded other hotels in the same category nearby. I highly recommend it to business travelers who frequently visit Huaqiangbei!"

"The room is fairly small and no-frills, but is clean and perfectly adequate for a one night stay for a solo traveller. Well located next to the metro and with plenty of amenities nearby, it is an excellent, cost effective choice for short stays. Large luggage storage may be an issue, and it may be cramped with two people staying. It would also be good to have a more substantial table or working space."

"I cannot rave enough about the hotel! It has such a perfect location in the heart of Shenzhen’s CBD area, with the entrance to Gangxia subway station located right at the hotel’s doorstep. Hotel newly opened in 2026, but there is no renovation smell in the room at all. Room was in tip top condition, and I loved the bed and pillows. My body has never felt so well supported! I also really appreciated the hotel’s free self-service laundry room. Both washing machines and dryers were extremely straight-forward to operate, and I got my clothes nice and clean within an hour! The hotel breakfast spread had a good variety and I’m very satisfied with the options."

"The facilities are all brand new, clean, and cozy. Double buffet supper: I've been here twice but slept through it both times, so I didn't get to try it. Next time, I'm definitely staying just for the supper! Overall, I really like it. It will be my top choice for future business trips. Overall, they were polite and showed empathy, far from offering mechanical or perfunctory service. This level of detail and patience alone significantly enhanced my impression of the stay. "The room was spacious and clean, feeling a bit larger than I expected. All the facilities were new, and the staff's service was incredibly warm and welcoming. A special shout-out to Manager Zhu and Xiao Ding at the front desk, who went above and beyond to accommodate some of our more personalized requests – we're very grateful! 😍 The friendly guy who greeted us at the hotel entrance and the cleaning lady also made a wonderful first impression. I'm confident I'll be booking this hotel again next time."

This place truly has a warm touch, from the moment we checked in until we checked out, the entire experience was perfect. The staff are sincere and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located with plenty of dining options downstairs and near to shopping areas. The rooms are clean and hassle-free stay, outperforming similar-priced properties, ideal for short stays or long stays. I would like to comment that hotel staff, Xiaoting provided excellent service during our stay. I will definitely be back again when I visit Shenzhen again."
