All the ladies at the front desk stood up to greet me, offered bottled water, and even escorted me to my room after check-in. This service truly puts five-star hotels to shame! The moment I opened the room door, I was genuinely surprised! The room was super spacious, the bedding was pristine and soft – lying on it felt like being enveloped by clouds. The hundred-inch screen with a projector and membership for streaming shows was amazing; I bought some fruits and wine to fill the fridge, and Shenzhen's summer heat instantly became manageable. The balcony even had a washing machine and detergent. Lounging there in the evening, enjoying the breeze and the street view, was so relaxing I didn't want to leave. And the transportation is absolutely fantastic! Downstairs are Metro Lines 1 and 10, making it super convenient to get to Futian Port and Futian High-Speed Rail Station. Across the street is Excellence Centre, and just a short walk or two metro stops away are Huangting Plaza and Shopping Park. All your dining, shopping, and entertainment needs are covered in one place – no need for an itinerary! What touched me the most was when my takeout order didn't come with utensils, and the restaurant staff were incredibly rude, making me so angry I wanted to throw my phone. I asked the concierge, and without a word, they immediately brought a set to my room, gently reminding me to reach out anytime I needed anything. In that moment, I was truly warmed by their kindness! Sitting on the artificial beach, it's almost like being in a hotel in Sanya. There are also regular performances in the lobby. The staff are enthusiastic; I was able to connect with Aria from guest relations beforehand, and she was very responsive to all my needs."

"Front desk staff, Ms. Xiao Yang, was very diligent and responsible, with a kind attitude. She personally showed us to our room, which was spacious, bright, and very clean. The living room had a sofa, a TV, and a reading nook with a desk. The room featured floor-to-ceiling windows offering a view of Shenzhen Bay when opened, and it also had an air purifier. The kitchen was equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, and there was a small balcony with a washing machine and laundry detergent. The cleaning staff also kept the room spotless and tidy. Every time we returned to the apartment, it felt just like coming home. 5-star rating!"

"This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in China. The hotel is just a few steps away from Exit C of Huaxin Metro Station. With robot food delivery service, ordering takeout is very convenient. The rooms are spacious and clean. Free laundry service is available on the sixth floor，you just have to bring your clothes to 6th floor, leave a note, and the staff will wash them according to your instructions and deliver them back to your room. In the evening, the hotel also provides warm milk, which is very thoughtful. Special appreciation and thank employee Xiao Li. She went out of her way to help me with a misdelivered package. Not only did she help coordinate, but she also followed up on the entire process until all my packages were safely delivered to the hotel. I’m truly grateful to Xiao Li. This hotel ticks all of those boxes because of the Caring staff and very clean amenities. There are many channels on the television including English language channels, Hong Kong television channels, and many Chinese mainland programs in Mandarin. They also have video on demand which is great. And the room WiFi is quite stable. We bring our computers and do work on the desk in the room, and sometimes we have a view of some amazing buildings that are close by outside the window. The coffee is available in the room and you can always ask housekeeping to give you one or two more for that extra jolt in the morning. Overall, we’re very pleased with this Hotel because of the friendly Service and super convenient location."
