"The hotel looks fancy in photos but in reality there are quite lots of moulds in the room. I can understand the design and idea of the architect but when it comes to reality, some of the amenities are unusable. For example, the bath tub on level 2 in the balcony can be seen clearly by passengers on the ground level, so either you want to be seen naked, or have to take a bath at perhaps 3am when no one is around. However, the night light is pretty bright so you will definitely be in the spotlight. Another example is the projector located at the corner of the room, which projects at an angle at maximum reach of itself. So half of the screen will be pretty blurry, while other haft is sharp. There is no way to achieve 100% sharpness as it is not projected at direct angle, or within the projecting range. There are many other examples but the staff has kindly asked us not to leave the bad reviews. So far very so-so."

"Amazing location for a quiet, relax and recharge, it's not super close to the city center so bear that in mind. There is a spa and a wellness place closeby, a beach a short walk down the road, a 711 just next door, there is an onsite restaurant as well as another very nice restaurant just by the sea just behind the hotel (with stunning picturesque setting). The hotel staff were amazing, polite, friendly, always willing to help. If you don't speak Chinese don't worry, it will be no hassle at all. There is a complimentary 20min photo taking which you can book, the photographer (a lady - only lady photographer they have on roster I was told, so make sure to request her when you book photo session) took the photos and sent the photos within 30mins (even made photo enhancements for some photos free of charge), super professional photos even helped with suggesting poses, super relaxed and friendly. This might not be a good choice for families looking for a lot of onsite activities but i don't doubt it will definitely be relaxing place for families as well as a quiet base. Stayed in a seaview room (even though weather was cloudy) and will highly recommend. 10/10"

"This place is great, it's my second time here, though I didn't stay overnight before. I'm back on a business trip today and decided to give it a try. Beyond the beautiful scenery, the butler service really stood out. Early in the morning, after having a bit too much to drink, I wanted some honey water for a hangover, and the butler brought it over very quickly. The next day, the butler also recommended the nearby observatory as a scenic spot, and it didn't disappoint. I really have to praise their service awareness and attitude! 👍"

My husband and I were celebrating my birthday on this trip, and when I mentioned it was a birthday trip during check-in, Miley kindly arranged a birthday cake and fruit, which was such a lovely touch! The hotel's bedding has been upgraded, and the breakfast is even better than before. We're already looking forward to our next stay at the Four Seasons!"

"I originally booked a standard room, but since it was my first time visiting, they kindly upgraded me to a larger one. The hotel room was quite smart, and the hotel itself was clean and hygienic. The service was very responsive to all requests, especially the facilities on the 14th floor – though small, they had everything. One side was the dining area with a nice view, and the other was a multi-functional area with self-service manicures 💅, an arcade, a fitness area, and an office area. Overall, it felt very cozy. The buffet breakfast didn't have many options, especially the fruit, which was just so-so. Overall, it was good, and my child wants to stay here again next time."

However, the front desk staff simply said that check-in wasn't until 2 PM, with no intention of trying to help me out. So I found an Atour Hotel nearby. Even though the original room rate was 746 and I had to pay an extra 99 yuan, which included breakfast, at least it kept me from being stranded on the streets. [facepalm][facepalm][facepalm]"
