沒有小朋友用品，要求2次才送牙刷過來，浴袍說今天太多小朋友已用光，所以不能提供，而且枱上很多dirty，隔音差，冷氣熱，check in時忘記要求late check out，打電話去問叫我明天再打去問，這是什麼意思？

酒店服務其實不錯的，房間我也滿意。客服也沒有問題。 就是5樓的水療中心 衛生情況不太理想 ， 以前衛生情況非常好的，今天去5樓水療中心， 儲物櫃 那一區 漂來奇怪的味道 ，情況不是理想， 不知道是不是太多港人去這裏玩的原因。

酒店位置緊挨深圳火車站和羅湖口岸，位置很好，大堂乾淨整潔，就是房間設施太舊了，床品也舊，但好在房間衞生不錯。晚上太遲到深圳，隨便躺一晚還行。這個價格性價比很高。

入住體驗挺好的，服務和地理位置都不錯，離火車站很近，第二天坐車很方便。酒店有些年頭了，房間的電視好小，除此之外沒啥好挑剔的，500多一晚的五星級酒店也沒誰了。
