A very beautiful seaside resort that very suitable for couple especially the room is facing the sea. You can just sit on the bed to vet a very awesome seaview. The staff is very friendly and I got a free upgrade to the big room with both sewview and mountain view room Awesome! The room is very big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast canchoose Chinese style or Western style, its not a buffet but good enough. The taste is good too for Chinese style breakfast. 这家民宿真的是太漂亮了，非常适合打卡旅拍，非常的出片。这里的员工也很友善和有礼貌。我得到免费升级去海景套房，可以有海景和背面的山景，房间非常大，干净，舒适，非常适合情侣，也适合亲子住宿。我们的房间做在床上就有无敌海景了，露台也有个大水池，只可惜私密度比较低，如果可以加个窗帘，那么要私密有私密，要公开也可公开。有机会一定会在住这里。对了早餐也很好吃。

I came here for a change of scenery during the Mid-Autumn Festival and stayed at this hotel – what a pleasant surprise! The location is fantastic, close to the subway, making it super convenient to hit up shopping districts and try out delicious food. The hotel ambiance is cozy; they had some lovely Mid-Autumn and National Day themed decorations, which my partner absolutely adored – we took so many photos. The room was meticulously cleaned, and all the facilities and equipment were brand new. The front desk staff were polite and easy to communicate with. There's a self-service laundry room, so you can wash your dirty clothes, and if you have time, you can even hit the gym. They offer a great selection of breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the afternoon tea has a wonderful vibe, and they even provide late-night snacks, plus warm milk before bed. If you need anything, you can call a robot to deliver it to your room, which is very efficient, and the hotel can also accept courier deliveries for you. All these little details are so thoughtful, making it perfect for a short trip with your partner.

Overall, this was a pretty good stay. The general environment is exceptionally comfortable—the public areas are spotless, quiet, and peaceful without any noise. The facilities in the room are well-maintained, showing that they take good care of things. Everything worked smoothly with no signs of wear and tear or malfunction, which is a major plus. The room has great natural light and ventilation, and it was kept very tidy, making it a very relaxing place to be. Ella, a member of the staff, was very kind and welcoming. Whenever we had a question, they responded promptly while maintaining a respectful distance without being overly intrusive. For this price range, the hardware here is genuinely impressive. It makes for a secure and comfortable stay with great sleep quality. It's a great choice for a short trip and offers good value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in the area, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place with reliable facilities.

The front desk staff were professional and friendly, and the check-in process was prompt. The room was meticulously cleaned, with the floors and bathroom area spotless. The room had a stable internet connection and a quiet air conditioner, making it ideal for working and resting during a business trip. The bedding was comfortable and helped relieve travel fatigue. The hotel environment was peaceful, with no worries about noise. The surrounding amenities are well-developed, with convenient dining and transportation options. The staff provided attentive service and were proactive in helping resolve issues. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with top-notch environment and service. This will be my go-to hotel for business trips to Shenzhen!

We had an amazing & relaxing stay at this resort! The service was really good & the staff is super accommodating and helpful to overseas tourists. You can add them on WeChat and message them for your needs & everything is automatically translated through the app. The food was also surprisingly delicious 🤭 I loved the various amenities that come with the stay such as how hotel guests receive a discount at the restaurant, free afternoon tea & free photography session (booked in advance). The views are also unbeatable so if you’re tired you can just enjoy it from your room & order room service 😌 The only thing I’d say is some parts of the hotel is still under construction so it felt a little incomplete. But overall, I’d recommend this place for a staycation!

I know this hotel is undergoing renovations, and some packages for the new room types even include lounge access and five meals a day, which offers excellent value for money! First, regarding the room, the newly renovated style is minimalist and refined. The room feels very spacious and has excellent natural light. The bathroom amenities include Diptyque shampoo, shower gel, and lotion, which was a very pleasant touch. Next, concerning the dining, the five meals included afternoon tea, happy hour, evening dessert and drinks after check-in, and breakfast and lunch on the second day. The afternoon tea was a pleasant surprise. Although the food selection for happy hour wasn't extensive, it focused on quality over quantity. I didn't get to enjoy the late-night dessert session, but I learned that it was a chocolate-themed dessert night, and the themes are updated regularly. It's worth noting that no matter when you dine, you can enjoy unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Finally, I'd like to commend the hotel's service. All the staff I encountered during this stay were extremely polite and friendly. Especially Miss Sahar at the front desk, the check-in process was very smooth and efficient, and she even followed up afterward to see if I needed any assistance. A male staff member in the lounge also provided very professional service, always greeting us with a warm smile every time we entered the lounge for a meal. Overall, my experience during this stay was excellent, and I look forward to visiting again after the full renovation!

Communication was extremely prompt, and almost all messages were replied to very quickly. Whenever we had any questions during our stay, she handled them reliably and thoughtfully without any perfunctory attitude or canned responses, making us feel genuinely cared for. The hotel's hardware itself is quite impressive; the room offers an expansive view with the balcony directly facing the stunning sea views of Xiaomeisha, and the bedding is comfortable and clean. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the beach, swimming pool, and the M-Show are all well worth experiencing. While a high volume of weekend crowds is an objective reality, it was evident that the hotel team was doing their utmost to manage on-site flow effectively. A great vacation experience is half about the environment and half about the service. Pistachio's professional yet warm service made our family feel truly valued. This stay has left us with wonderful memories, and when we vacation in Xiaomeisha next time, MGM Shenzhen will still be our top choice. Highly recommended to everyone!

Honestly, the service team was so inconsistent it was speechless, with too many frustrating examples to list 😅. The concierge downstairs was excellent, and the lobby front desk staff were professional and good. However, the room attendants seemed quite young, possibly untrained, and their compensation might be average. They were completely clueless about the binoculars, laundry service, and minibar 😅. The male staff at the fitness center were very enthusiastic and provided professional and thorough guidance. But the changing room cleaner, an old man, would work right next to you, silently trying to shoo you away, and when asked a question, his tone was sarcastic… My companion mentioned that the female attendants were bad, ignoring her and chatting/playing on their phones nearby. I also observed the same situation during my visit 😅. The afternoon tea at the lounge was quite sparse (though it seemed better for foreigners**), but the evening service and food quality were excellent and attentive. Overall, if I hadn't been unable to book at Dongwan, I wouldn't have bothered going here. Every staff member at breakfast was professional, thumbs up. Some facilities in the executive room were showing their age; the minibar had a rusty smell 😂, likely due to prolonged disuse without replacement, but the room attendant was still enthusiastic. The hallway carpet was old, and the air freshener had an unsettling, somewhat rancid smell. Overall, for 5k a night, it felt worse than some 2k-3k-a-night hotels. To an NPC, this is the most disappointing fan I've ever stayed at. Now I understand why my boss specifically said not to sign a contract with this place.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft, and the overall stay was exceptionally comfortable. There are great amenities nearby, too. It's very close to a seafood street, making dining and strolling around super easy. The hosts provided thoughtful service and were very responsive to any questions. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations—it's a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, and a top choice for a seaside getaway. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to the coast, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy the ocean!

During our trip to Hong Kong, we decided to hop over to Shenzhen for a 3-day getaway and stayed at Yunlu Serviced Apartments. The location was fantastic—close to Lo Wu Station and situated right above Dongmen Metro Station. Our room was spacious and equipped with a small kitchenette, including a washing machine and fridge-freezer (though there were no pots or utensils provided, so cooking wasn't an option). Breakfast was included and served on the 28th floor, offering incredible views of the city. We would definitely stay here again!
