MMasonmanThis stay was at the Intercity Hotel Futian Huanggang in Shenzhen. The room was comfortable, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and the Huazhu TV cast screen feature was very convenient. The bed was just the right balance of soft and firm. The hotel service was excellent; the staff were friendly and promptly offered water upon arrival. The mini-fridge was stocked with Coke and dark beer, and the delivery robots for room service and takeout were efficient. Overall, it offered great value for money and a very good hotel experience. The breakfast selection was extensive, with plenty of cold dishes and a wide variety of hot food. I'd say it's among the best for this type of hotel, and I definitely enjoyed a hearty meal. The location is very convenient, situated in the central Futian area, close to the subway and train station, making it ideal for business travelers. It's also a good choice for tourists visiting Shenzhen, as most places are accessible by subway.

The guest relations specialist, Reina, was attentive and professional throughout my visit. She handled the check-in efficiently and meticulously, proactively introducing me to the hotel facilities and local attractions. Her demeanor was gentle and perfectly poised. The room was spacious and elegant, spotlessly clean, with soft and comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel's amenities are high-end and luxurious, and the breakfast was abundant and fresh. The entire service team was warm and thoughtful. Reina's kind service made my trip feel incredibly welcoming, truly showcasing Marriott's five-star quality. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Shenzhen!

Every day, I'd return to a completely refreshed room—spotless floors and all surfaces meticulously wiped clean. They managed to maintain tidiness without disturbing my personal items at all. This level of meticulous observation and proactive service genuinely made me feel respected and cared for. Facilities: The large shower head was very comfortable, and the hot water came on quickly. The smart toilet was a nice convenience. They even provided bath bags for the bathtub. The pool was clean, and the poolside bar had a great vibe at night. There's also a robot that delivers takeaways.
Service: Every staff member I encountered was incredibly warm and friendly. The front desk was very professional and even gave us sand-digging tools. They upgraded our room type, and everyone would proactively greet us when we came and went. The new lady at the front desk had a very friendly smile. On the morning of April 9th, the housekeeping auntie on the 3rd floor was exceptionally good; she immediately provided anything guests needed and was very enthusiastic.
The hotel is right across from an outlet mall, which makes dining and shopping very convenient. Next time I'm in Dameisha, I will definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserMy stay at the InterContinental Dameisha's Executive Tower was truly fantastic! The location is right by the sea, and the beach is just downstairs, making it super convenient to walk around. The hotel itself is very quiet, with a clean and comfortable environment – not noisy at all.
Check-in at the front desk was quick, and they even gave me a complimentary room upgrade. All the staff were incredibly friendly and very prompt in helping with any issues. The room had an amazing view, with an unobstructed ocean panorama; I could watch the sea right from my bed, which was incredibly relaxing.
The executive club benefits were great value. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening snacks were all thoughtfully prepared and delicious. The pool and beach weren't crowded, making it very pleasant to take a stroll and enjoy the sea breeze.
Overall, my stay was very enjoyable. It's perfect whether you're on vacation or just looking to relax. I'll definitely choose this hotel first next time I visit Dameisha!

GGuest UserTraveling with my family, I specifically chose the Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Futian, near Futian Station, for easy access to Hong Kong. As expected from an IHG hotel, the service quality was consistently excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I'd like to specially mention Xuelian on the first floor – she's beautiful and kind-hearted, especially gentle with children, and very welcoming to everyone. The room was quite spacious, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered fantastic views of the Futian CBD nightscape right from the room. It's a shame the light show isn't running anymore; otherwise, it would have been amazing to watch it from the comfort of the hotel room. The breakfast and executive lounge were excellent, comparable to, if not better than, the InterContinental in Sanya, and suitable for all ages. Overall, it exceeded my expectations, and I'm very satisfied!
