MMasonmanThis stay was at the Intercity Hotel Futian Huanggang in Shenzhen. The room was comfortable, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and the Huazhu TV cast screen feature was very convenient. The bed was just the right balance of soft and firm. The hotel service was excellent; the staff were friendly and promptly offered water upon arrival. The mini-fridge was stocked with Coke and dark beer, and the delivery robots for room service and takeout were efficient. Overall, it offered great value for money and a very good hotel experience. The breakfast selection was extensive, with plenty of cold dishes and a wide variety of hot food. I'd say it's among the best for this type of hotel, and I definitely enjoyed a hearty meal. The location is very convenient, situated in the central Futian area, close to the subway and train station, making it ideal for business travelers. It's also a good choice for tourists visiting Shenzhen, as most places are accessible by subway.

The guest rooms were spotlessly clean, bright, and wonderfully quiet, adding a great deal of comfort to our trip. A special shout-out to the guest services team, especially the ladies who were so warm and reliable. They were sincere, polite, and followed up on our needs throughout our stay with such thoughtful and thorough care, making us feel completely at ease. I highly recommend staying here.

GGuest UserI was unexpectedly stranded at Shenzhen North (Shenzhenbei) during the busy holiday season and urgently needed a place to stay. After comparing several listings on Trip.com, this hostel stood out based on its reviews, and it fully lived up to my expectations.
The photos are accurate and reflect the property exactly as it is. The host prepared the bed sheets and pillowcases right in front of me, which immediately reassured me about the cleanliness. Everything was spotless and well maintained. Cleanliness is one of my top priorities when choosing accommodation because I value my health, and I felt completely comfortable staying here. I saw no pests or anything unhygienic, so if you’re concerned about that, you can rest easy.
The host speaks basic English and was very welcoming. Since I had just traveled from Hong Kong Airport to Shenzhen North, he even kindly offered to show me around the area. There are plenty of food options nearby, I enjoyed Lanzhou noodles and stinky tofu just steps from the building.
For clarification, the hostel is located inside an apartment building and operates in a dorm-style setup. Shoes are removed at the entrance, and guest slippers are provided. There is a comfortable common area with a sofa and dining table, free drinking water, and complimentary toiletries including a toothbrush and disposable towel, which was especially helpful since I had forgotten to pack one. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a Western-style sit-down toilet.
Each bed has its own privacy curtain and personal light, which I appreciated. There are also power outlets conveniently located at each bed. Wi-Fi worked smoothly without any issues, and free laundry is available, which is a great bonus for travelers.
There are designated quiet hours, so you can sleep comfortably. During my stay, it was peaceful and no one snored. The host even asked whether I snore, which shows he is considerate of all guests.
The other guests were polite and respectful. I was the only foreigner staying there, and the rest were Chinese travelers who were likely in the same situation, unable to secure train tickets that night. The property is non-smoking, which I also appreciated.
The only minor downside is for taller guests. I am 183 cm (6 ft), and I had to curl up slightly since the bed length appears to be around 180 cm. It was manageable, but something to keep in mind if you’re tall.
The location is very convenient. It’s next to the train station, and you can easily take the subway if you have luggage. It only cost me 2 RMB to ride, so there’s really no need to take a taxi. In the morning, I bought pork steamed buns and soy milk from a nearby vendor, he was friendly, and the food was great.
For $4, this was outstanding value. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable, and convenient place to stay near Shenzhen North, this is an excellent option. Hopefully this review helps anyone considering staying in the area.

实物与图片完全一致。老板当着我的面铺床单和枕套，让我对卫生情况非常放心。整体环境非常干净整洁，维护得也很好。因为我很重视健康，选择住宿时卫生是我最看重的因素之一，这里让我住得很安心。没有看到任何虫子或不干净的地方，如果你担心卫生问题，可以放心选择。
老板会说一些基础英语，人也非常热情。我刚从香港机场来到深圳北，他还主动提出可以带我熟悉一下周边环境。楼下和附近有很多吃的，我就在旁边吃了兰州拉面和臭豆腐，非常方便。
这家青旅位于一栋公寓楼内，是宿舍式布局。进门需要脱鞋，店家会提供室内拖鞋。公共区域有沙发和餐桌，提供免费饮用水，还有一次性牙刷和毛巾。我旅行时忘记带毛巾，这点对我来说非常贴心。卫生间是现代化的马桶，不需要蹲厕。
每个床位都有隐私帘和独立照明灯，床位旁边也有插座。Wi-Fi 信号稳定，没有任何问题。另外还提供免费洗衣服务，这对旅行者来说是很大的加分项。
店内有安静时间规定，所以晚上可以安心休息。我入住期间非常安静，也没有人打呼噜。老板还特意问我会不会打呼噜，可见他很照顾每位客人的感受。
其他住客都很礼貌、很安静。我是唯一的外国人，其他客人都是中国旅客，可能和我一样，当晚没买到火车票才临时入住。这里是无烟环境，我很喜欢这一点。
唯一的小缺点是对高个子来说床可能稍短。我身高183厘米（6英尺），需要稍微蜷着睡。床长大概180厘米左右，高个子可以提前考虑一下。不过整体来说还是可以接受的。
地理位置非常方便，就在火车站旁边。如果带行李，可以直接坐地铁到附近，我只花了2元人民币，完全没必要打车。第二天早上，我在附近买了猪肉包子和豆浆，老板也很友善，味道不错。
总的来说，4美元的价格性价比非常高。如果你在深圳北附近寻找一个干净、实惠又方便的住宿地点，这里是非常不错的选择。希望这条评价能帮到有需要的人。

Facilities: The large shower head was very comfortable, and the hot water came on quickly. The smart toilet was a nice convenience. They even provided bath bags for the bathtub. The pool was clean, and the poolside bar had a great vibe at night. There's also a robot that delivers takeaways.
Service: Every staff member I encountered was incredibly warm and friendly. The front desk was very professional and even gave us sand-digging tools. They upgraded our room type, and everyone would proactively greet us when we came and went. The new lady at the front desk had a very friendly smile. On the morning of April 9th, the housekeeping auntie on the 3rd floor was exceptionally good; she immediately provided anything guests needed and was very enthusiastic.
The hotel is right across from an outlet mall, which makes dining and shopping very convenient. Next time I'm in Dameisha, I will definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserMy stay at the InterContinental Dameisha's Executive Tower was truly fantastic! The location is right by the sea, and the beach is just downstairs, making it super convenient to walk around. The hotel itself is very quiet, with a clean and comfortable environment – not noisy at all.
Check-in at the front desk was quick, and they even gave me a complimentary room upgrade. All the staff were incredibly friendly and very prompt in helping with any issues. The room had an amazing view, with an unobstructed ocean panorama; I could watch the sea right from my bed, which was incredibly relaxing.
The executive club benefits were great value. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening snacks were all thoughtfully prepared and delicious. The pool and beach weren't crowded, making it very pleasant to take a stroll and enjoy the sea breeze.
Overall, my stay was very enjoyable. It's perfect whether you're on vacation or just looking to relax. I'll definitely choose this hotel first next time I visit Dameisha!

Ccircle920As the best hotel in Shenzhen, it truly lives up to expectations. Although it opened several years ago, it's incredibly well-maintained. The bedding and bath products are very thoughtfully chosen, and the welcome tea and snacks were a nice touch. The afternoon tea selection might not be huge, but it's very refined and tastes excellent. I particularly want to mention breakfast – the eggs Benedict were perfectly made, and the braised beef noodles were incredibly authentic. The fresh coconuts also met the high standards you'd expect from a luxury hotel.
However, there was a small hiccup during check-in. When we arrived at our room, we found the door wide open and a man sitting on the sofa! Luckily, a staff member was passing by in the hallway. After hearing what happened, they escorted us to the lobby to clarify the situation. Leo, the lobby manager, sincerely apologized for the hotel's error, and the solution he offered was acceptable. For someone who has stayed in many ultra-luxury hotels worldwide, it's quite unacceptable for a Mandarin Oriental to make such a basic mistake. This was truly a first for me, and I hope the hotel takes this seriously!

The Café at the hotel offers a fantastic dining experience; the tables are immaculately clean and tidy, and the overall atmosphere is comfortable and pleasant. The freshly squeezed juices are pure and flavorful, with a refreshing taste. Their signature Crowne Noodle is truly impressive – the broth is rich and aromatic, and the noodles are perfectly chewy and full of flavor. I was extremely satisfied with both my stay and the dining experience, and the service was very prompt. Plus, it's super convenient for high-speed rail access. Highly recommended!
