The hotel environment is pretty good. The room was clean, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The entire room features smart voice control, so you can tell 'Xiao Du' to turn on/off the lights or adjust the air conditioning. The bed was just the right firmness, the room was quiet, and drinks were complimentary. The front desk staff were also very attentive, making check-in efficient. Overall, it offers great value for money. I'll choose this place again next time I'm in Nanshan!

Except for the small room size, everything else was great. Most of the staff were enthusiastic and polite, actively helping with luggage, and their uniforms were vibrant. The hotel is similar to those in Chongqing, with the lobby on the 6th floor and guest rooms on floors 3-5. The guest room area has access to an underground parking lot. Rooms have balconies facing the sea, the pool, and the yacht area. Each room is equipped with a dehumidifier, and there's a drying rack on the balcony. The hotel features a recreation center, a children's activity area, a paid mini-train (that runs along the coast), rubber boats, and a variety of sea activities that can be booked for a fee, such as sea fishing trips. Breakfast was also good, with a wide selection. Overall, I was satisfied and will definitely stay here again.

I know this hotel is undergoing renovations, and some packages for the new room types even include lounge access and five meals a day, which offers excellent value for money! First, regarding the room, the newly renovated style is minimalist and refined. The room feels very spacious and has excellent natural light. The bathroom amenities include Diptyque shampoo, shower gel, and lotion, which was a very pleasant touch. Next, concerning the dining, the five meals included afternoon tea, happy hour, evening dessert and drinks after check-in, and breakfast and lunch on the second day. The afternoon tea was a pleasant surprise. Although the food selection for happy hour wasn't extensive, it focused on quality over quantity. I didn't get to enjoy the late-night dessert session, but I learned that it was a chocolate-themed dessert night, and the themes are updated regularly. It's worth noting that no matter when you dine, you can enjoy unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Finally, I'd like to commend the hotel's service. All the staff I encountered during this stay were extremely polite and friendly. Especially Miss Sahar at the front desk, the check-in process was very smooth and efficient, and she even followed up afterward to see if I needed any assistance. A male staff member in the lounge also provided very professional service, always greeting us with a warm smile every time we entered the lounge for a meal. Overall, my experience during this stay was excellent, and I look forward to visiting again after the full renovation!

I was unexpectedly stranded at Shenzhen North (Shenzhenbei) during the busy holiday season and urgently needed a place to stay. After comparing several listings on Trip.com, this hostel stood out based on its reviews, and it fully lived up to my expectations. The photos are accurate and reflect the property exactly as it is. The host prepared the bed sheets and pillowcases right in front of me, which immediately reassured me about the cleanliness. Everything was spotless and well maintained. Cleanliness is one of my top priorities when choosing accommodation because I value my health, and I felt completely comfortable staying here. I saw no pests or anything unhygienic, so if you’re concerned about that, you can rest easy. The host speaks basic English and was very welcoming. Since I had just traveled from Hong Kong Airport to Shenzhen North, he even kindly offered to show me around the area. There are plenty of food options nearby, I enjoyed Lanzhou noodles and stinky tofu just steps from the building. For clarification, the hostel is located inside an apartment building and operates in a dorm-style setup. Shoes are removed at the entrance, and guest slippers are provided. There is a comfortable common area with a sofa and dining table, free drinking water, and complimentary toiletries including a toothbrush and disposable towel, which was especially helpful since I had forgotten to pack one. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a Western-style sit-down toilet. Each bed has its own privacy curtain and personal light, which I appreciated. There are also power outlets conveniently located at each bed. Wi-Fi worked smoothly without any issues, and free laundry is available, which is a great bonus for travelers. There are designated quiet hours, so you can sleep comfortably. During my stay, it was peaceful and no one snored. The host even asked whether I snore, which shows he is considerate of all guests. The other guests were polite and respectful. I was the only foreigner staying there, and the rest were Chinese travelers who were likely in the same situation, unable to secure train tickets that night. The property is non-smoking, which I also appreciated. The only minor downside is for taller guests. I am 183 cm (6 ft), and I had to curl up slightly since the bed length appears to be around 180 cm. It was manageable, but something to keep in mind if you’re tall. The location is very convenient. It’s next to the train station, and you can easily take the subway if you have luggage. It only cost me 2 RMB to ride, so there’s really no need to take a taxi. In the morning, I bought pork steamed buns and soy milk from a nearby vendor, he was friendly, and the food was great. For $4, this was outstanding value. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable, and convenient place to stay near Shenzhen North, this is an excellent option. Indeed, this is Shenzhen's top luxury hotel! The front desk is on the 78th floor, and the elevators are thoughtfully equipped with sofas, which is perfect for a quick rest during the 1+ minute ride up or down. That's a great touch. The deep blue theme of the room is my favorite color, and the incredibly spacious design made my extended stay of several days very comfortable! The room's functional layout is also excellent, with clear divisions between the entryway, wardrobe, washroom, and toilet room. Each section is distinct yet can be adjusted and connected as needed. The service was truly exceptional. From check-in to getting to the room, everything was seamlessly handled, and they proactively inquired about my travel plans. A big thank you to Brynn, who, knowing my itinerary, specially arranged a room with a great view for me and patiently explained everything, hahaha 😂, making my trip experience absolutely perfect!

Her responses were prompt and her handling of matters was impeccable. Her service was gentle and warm, meticulous yet appropriate, genuinely sincere without being forced, and thoughtful without being perfunctory. The hotel's hardware facilities are high-end and complete, the rooms are clean and elegant with excellent soundproofing, and the bedding is comfortable. The public areas are tidy and grand. I booked two rooms for a business trip; booking through Trip.com is always super convenient. Our butler, Joy, provided exceptional service—she arranged for both rooms to be on the same floor and even gave us a room upgrade. The rooms were quite spacious and well-equipped, complete with a bathtub. Both the hairdryer and the air conditioning worked consistently well. During check-in, Joy kindly reminded me that there is a bar street on the south side of the hotel. However, I really wanted a room with a good view, so I insisted on staying on the south side anyway. It turned out to be a great decision—I had a wonderful night's sleep and didn't find it noisy at all. The location is a huge plus, with shopping malls, a metro station, and a high-speed railway station all nearby.

The location is excellent, just a short walk across the street to some Link REIT centers. Shopping malls like Bonjour are within a 5-minute walk. The room's cleanliness is good, and the space is quite large. Aside from the slight inconvenience of waiting for the elevator to the lobby, everything else is fine. There are also many dining options around the building, including KFC, Subway, and Pagoda Fruit.

During our trip to Hong Kong, we decided to hop over to Shenzhen for a 3-day getaway and stayed at Yunlu Serviced Apartments. The location was fantastic—close to Lo Wu Station and situated right above Dongmen Metro Station. Our room was spacious and equipped with a small kitchenette, including a washing machine and fridge-freezer (though there were no pots or utensils provided, so cooking wasn't an option). Breakfast was included and served on the 28th floor, offering incredible views of the city. We would definitely stay here again!
