The front desk was very helpful and called me a day in advanced to confirm the booking and sent the map and direction to the hotel. It can get confusing because the hotel is located at a building where you cannot see any of its signage from exterior. But once you get the direction to the check-in lobby located at Level 6, it is quite straight forward. We landed very late, way past midnite and there was a guarded entrance A2 at the foot of the building where the security directed us to the check in lobby. The location is excellent and easy access to the best mall in Shenzhen, One Avenue. It is also served by two Metro Lines 1 and 10, which can get us to almost all the main attractions in Shenzhen. It is easy to get taxis as the main road right in front of hotel always have plenty of taxis waiting to pick up passenger. The only downside of our visit was the fumigation that just taken place and everyday we will find dead baby cockroaches on our living room floors. But the room service response is very good, once you text them by WeChat, within 5 mins, the staff is here to clean up and attend to our other needs.

I encountered some issues with my online packages, but the hotel staff promptly assisted me in resolving them. Beyond its prime location, the hotel offers several additional perks. Each floor and the front desk provide unlimited mineral water bottles, while there’s also a free laundry room equipped with a dryer, which is incredibly helpful for those needing to do laundry. The laundry room has around 5-6 machines.
