Seaview Hotels in Shenzhen

Stayed for 2 nights. For first impression, photos from trip com do not quite match the reality. The hotel facilities are a bit old. For example, both bathroom & toilet handles were broken. Breakfasts were simple, mostly Chinese style, and no too many variety of dishes. There’s a self service laundry room at each floor, but a washer/dryer was broken and I had to go to upper floor. But guys at reception were very friendly. The location is good - 7/11 nearby and local shopping center with lots of small restaurants, bubble tea, etc. Thank you.

Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a spacious room with a stunning bay view. This thoughtful gesture significantly enhanced my stay. I would also like to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service provided by your front desk manager Bruce during my recent stay at your hotel. He went above and beyond by assisting me in sorting out my ferry tickets, which was incredibly helpful. The following day, without any request from my side, Bruce left a message informing me that my check-out time had been extended to 3pm, knowing that my ferry was scheduled to depart at 4:30pm. This proactive and considerate action was a delightful surprise and greatly appreciated. Such outstanding service and attention to detail truly made my stay memorable. I am grateful for the manager's efforts and would like to commend him for his exceptional hospitality. Thank you once again for a wonderful experience. I look forward to staying at this hotel in the future.

Hotel is old and lack facilities of the newer hotel. But we are there for the location. Had good breakfast in the hotel. Overall still a good experience.

We stayed in the 270 room and it was very lovely. Amazing view. Great shower and coffee maker too. We had some difficulty with the electrical system and the curtains but the staff was helpful in solving the problem. The breakfast had many lovely Asian cooked dishes which we enjoyed, but I wished they were labeled- especially for food allergies. We rated cleanliness as average because we found a previous person’s contact lens on the night stand. That grossed us out a bit. Overall, it was a great stay.

The waiter is reliable,which has the effect of a movie theater. The room is clean and hygienic. The lobby is very spacious and fragrant when you enter, and the movie room is very good. The decoration of the store is very satisfactory. I will come back next time!I really like the decoration style. It's really nice to stay in the hotel this time. The hotel is very convenient, there are many snacks around, the hygiene is very clean, the staff is very reliable, and every time there is a problem, it can be solved in time. There will be a chance to come back and stay for the second time. It's very suitable for travel

Fast check with friendly person. We also communicate by wechat. The apartment is good have nice view. The apartment have some amenities. But have not kitchen accessories, mosquitoes machine, board and iron. For me this apartment is good choice with these amenities will okay.

We booked the Leisure Bath Enjoyment Double Bed Room (with Sitting Area, Mobile Screen Casting) for about $666 hkd. A simple room for a one night accommodation which is not bad, as I have seen dirtier hotels. We chose this hotel mainly because we booked last minute, our original booking for another provider was cancelled. As such, most of the hotels were over $800hkd so we decided to give this hotel a try. Given the price and we are aware this is not like a 4star or 5star hotel our review is not comparing to a 4star or 5star hotel. The room itself was overall very clean and tidy. However, common area such as our floor 14 is full of smoking smell although it says no smoking. They also have a room on the 14th floor for laundry which has two washers and one dryer (self-serve). The room itself is unfurnished so it’s like an abandoned room with the machines in the middle of the room. My kids would like to make a compliment how the hotel offers free peppa pig to watch while the other hotels we stayed in require extra fees to pay. I would say good for a one night accommodation for a family of four. Clean and has everything, spacious. The bathtub’s water goes very slow and the water isn’t very hot. So by the time we fill the tub its temperature is warm (suitable for children, but may not for adults). The hotel also provided a one time disposable cover for the bathtubs for hygienes. The toilet is multifunction ones with cleaning and warm seat. However, to get to the toilet section you have to bypass the shower section. So it would be sort of wet and messy if someone has just taken a shower and another person that is dry has to go through the shower in order to get to the toilet section. The hotel is in a neighbourhood. Not really close to any malls. However it is considered convenient for those who doesn’t have really young kids and uses railway as main method of transportation. It’s about 15min taxi ride from Huaqiangbei north area and the WangTee mall. Service was awesome and with late check out available. The robot delivered our food delivery to us.

The hotel staff’s customer service was exceptional. I want to give a special thanks to Daniel Cheng and Nancy for setting up my parent’s anniversary stay. Their superb setup from the start of my booking to the end of the stay was nothing short of spectacular. Thank you

Spectacular view from the room, private bathub, friendly staff. The hotel is directly Infront of the beach. Really nice staff，they would even change my breakfast to my preference and help me take my luggage when I check in. Although I feel like the room is a bit smaller than what I expected, everything is really good. It even has it's own speaker and cinema. And the amenities is a bit funny, I thought that the drinks in the minibar is free drink at the hotel restaurant or bar, turns out it's drinks in the refrigerator. Pity I don't drink soda. The location is a bit far away from the central and not much restaurant or cafe around so it's better to order food online

First time staying at this hotel & I really like it. Hotel is newly opened in May’2024. Amenities are high quality and generously provided. For example, free fresh brewed coffee provided at lobby, complimentary soft drinks in the mini-fridge in every room. I was very impressed by the friendly & very helpful services overall from all the staffs, and Mr. Lui(小磊） in particular. He’s soooo helpful to me, especially when I encountered issues, he always tried his best to assist & follow up for me. Location-wise, it’s good too. Highly recommended & for sure will come back again!
