Just wrapped up an amazing stay at Yutai Hotel and couldn't wait to share my experience! From the moment I checked in, the staff's warmth and attentiveness made me feel right at home. The room was immaculate, with modern amenities and a breathtaking view. The on - site restaurant served delicious cuisine, and the rooftop pool was the perfect spot to unwind. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Can’t wait to return! Highly recommended!

I booked the room with the sea view, at least on my booking it was shown that I will be able to see all the view, however in the reality it wasn't, I saw just a small part of it (attach photo) and I paid even more than my friends who had rooms with a view. I talked with stuff, however they couldn't solve my problem as it was holiday and hotel was fully booked, they even didn't offer me discount or something which left very bad impression.

I like this kind of homestay with a good sense of design. It allows people to temporarily escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The service of the staff is also very timely and warm. You can relax and spend time here. It is also very close to the beach. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the beach. When I came back from a walk on the beach at night, the housekeeper sent me a good night sweet soup, which was white fungus and red dates sweet soup. The taste was not bad. The breakfast was also very rich. There was also a separate breakfast for children. There was also a souvenir gift when I left the store. This was a very cost-effective holiday experience. Bring your parents here next time~

The store has super good service. The environment inside the store is elegant and simple. When I came during the off-season, the store also took care of pregnant women and upgraded the room for free! It's just a few steps away from the beach. I will come again next time

The room is in a very good location, in the C position at the end of Jiaochang. You can enjoy the boundless sea view from the balcony. The hotel design combines Moroccan and Mediterranean styles, which is my favorite style. At night, facing the sea on the balcony, watching the sea until 1 a.m., it is suitable for relaxation. A family of four stayed in the room. The size of the room was suitable, especially the size of 🛏️. The whole family was very happy. The hotel front desk and waiters provided high-quality and considerate services. It was raining heavily and the brother helped to deliver the luggage to the car. Thank you very much. I will stay here next time.

We celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary at this hotel, and the staff made it truly special by decorating our room beautifully—what a lovely surprise! The service was fabulous throughout our stay, and we really appreciated their attention to detail. The hotel’s location in the middle of the mountain offers fantastic scenic views, though transportation can be a bit challenging. Thankfully, the hotel provides shuttle services to/from the train station and the Forest Train (森林小火车), which was very helpful. However, if you plan to order food delivery, note that some drivers may not deliver to this area. One minor downside was the ongoing construction nearby, which caused some noise (though acceptable, as it’s beyond the hotel’s control). Unfortunately, the dust from the construction also made the swimming pool appear a bit dirty during our visit. Despite these small issues, our overall experience was fantastic, thanks to the wonderful hospitality. We’d definitely recommend this hotel for a peaceful and romantic getaway!

Staff were amazing and patient. Our villa was clean and spacious! Front desk was very accommodating! Breakfast was great with various options and they even extended the hours. Package came with photos, afternoon tea,and tour. Highly recommend. Its right on the beach! And the views were amazing even on a cloudy day! The photographer was amazing! Our tour was really fun even though it was just on the hotel grounds. Overall we loved the experience and the stay! Only problem was we couldn't take showers at the same time or the water would cut off. Staff said theyd fix the problem. I will definitely be hosting my birthday here in May.

The best experience I ever had. We are celebrating our anniversary however the location don’t allow us to have deliver. But the staff drive n pick it up for us. Feeling really heartwarming during the stay as all the food were fresh and yummy. Also, with the arrangements were amazing. Highly recommended

the room is excellent, nice & the facilities are good but providing more towels will be perfect. however, the ground areas is very bad as all the shops are closed with blockage of temporary plastic barriers as just like a dead place. also, the external common area is very bad as no one to take care, it's all wear and tear.

The hotel front desk service is very considerate, the staff is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is fast, and the problem is solved in time. The room is exactly the same as the pictures on the Internet. The hygiene is excellent and clean. It makes people feel very relieved to stay. The surrounding transportation is extremely convenient. Next time I come to play, I will choose this hotel again.
