Shenzhen Huaqiang Plaza hotel (Huaqiangbei Metro Station)

The front desk service was excellent, especially Xiao Zheng. Free parking downstairs was convenient. The hotel is right next to a subway entrance, and downstairs there's shopping, right in Huaqiangbei. You can reach Luohu Pedestrian Street in about 10 minutes from here. Dining is easy too; just turn left out the door and there are two malls with great hot pot and Hakka cuisine.

I had a very satisfying stay this time! The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the location was convenient. The overall environment made me feel very relaxed. Special thanks to Linda, whose service was both friendly and professional. She was incredibly attentive from check-in to check-out, making us feel right at home. She was also quick to help resolve any issues, which was truly thoughtful. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and will recommend it to friends and family. My stay here was fantastic! The hotel was easy to find with convenient parking, and check-in at the front desk was super fast. Zhu, at the front desk, was really warm, polite, and helpful. The room was clean with no strange odors, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. I loved that the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area – very thoughtful. The natural light was amazing, and the view from the window was absolutely stunning! The hotel also offers a free laundry room and a gym. It's close to great dining and shopping, yet still quiet and peaceful. The value for money is incredible! I've already saved it, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

Late checkout until 2 PM: We went shopping for watches nearby! The late checkout time was perfect for us to enjoy a double afternoon tea buffet. Ambiance: It's in a commercial center, great for shopping. Service: The receptionist, Zhu Rongqiu, was warm and polite! Thumbs up!

This time, I went to Shenzhen with my family. Zhu Zhu at the front desk was polite and friendly, offering us a warm reception. She found out it was my family member's birthday and specially prepared a cake and a small gift for us. On top of that, she even upgraded our room. The room was very clean, with large glass windows offering a view of Huaqiangbei's cityscape. Also, the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

This was my first stay at this hotel, and I had a great experience! The front desk staff, particularly Xiao Du, was very welcoming and even helped me with a late checkout. There are plenty of electronics stores nearby, which was a plus. The room was clean, and the high floor offered a fantastic view. The subway downstairs is super convenient too. All in all, a great hotel!
