We stayed at this hotel for our two day flight transfer in Shenzhen. All staff here were very friendly, nice, polite and helpful. We can't read Chinese but can speak basic Mandarin and conversational Cantonese. On the day of our check-out, the front desk receptionist, Xie Zhiju helped us to hail a taxi from the main street and direct it for pick up at the hotel's entrance as we were travelling with a few big luggages. Her service deserves a 5 star. Other front desk receptionists were very helpful too but unfortunately, we do not know their names. This hotel's location is central and the room we stayed in was very spacious. The hotel also provides various small/lights snacks and drinks at their reception/lobby. There are a few restaurants nearby which is convenient for meals anytime of the day. We had a pleasant stay. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at huayi hotel, and I must say, it’s the little things that truly set it apart. From the moment I checked in, it was evident that attention to detail was a priority.
Each room is thoughtfully equipped with a multi-port cable, which was an absolute lifesaver for charging multiple devices at once. I didn’t have to worry about running out of power .
One of the highlights for me was the free laundry service offered to guests. It's not something you typically find at many hotels, and it made a huge difference during my trip. The convenience of not having to pack extra clothes or find a laundry service nearby.
Additionally, the hotel offers a lovely daily hot tea brew in the lobby. Whether you're returning after a long day of sightseeing or just want to relax, this thoughtful gesture adds a cosy touch to your stay.

This is a treasure hotel that is very suitable for family and short-term stays. It is located near Exit H of the Sea World subway station. It is very convenient for eating and walking with children. There are too many choices. There is a 24-hour convenience store at the entrance of the hotel. The room is very new and large, better than the official photos. There are washing machines, dryers, and complete supplies, even dishwashing blocks, laundry detergent, and detergent are all equipped. The decoration is modern, stylish, simple and atmospheric. The two-bedroom type also has gas, and the kitchen utensils are relatively complete. We also cooked twice, and living in it feels like home. There is a children's playground where you can take your children to discharge every day. The breakfast is neither good nor bad, but it is convenient. There are also many old tea restaurants nearby to choose from. The hotel service is very good overall. When you meet, you will take the initiative to say hello, and you will decisively renew the room. I will also recommend it to friends!

Excellent! Located near metro, shopping mall, dongmen pedestrian walk. Helpful and friendly staffs that assisted in receiving my packages. Love the interior and furniture in the hotel. Every part of the bathroom is functional, from heated towel rack to heated toilet and many functions for shower. Shower pressure is perfect and slippers is soft. There is a Smart AI speaker (xiaodu) in the room and a service robot that will send delivery directly to your room. As muslim couple, we ordered food delivery from halal restaurants on ******* and it is super convenient and fast. Taking the metro is much cheaper and faster than by taxi. Will definitely come back to stay and strongly recommend!

Great experience into Muji world!
The hotel is super modern, clean and super minimalist as expected from Muji experience.
We booked a weekend getaway last minute with my husband and 13 months baby boy.
The hotel is super well located into a new and upcoming neighbourhood called upper hills. It’s next to high end mall with plenty of restaurants and cafes options. We loved the 2 huge parks by walking distances. Overall experience was great but the hotel is lacking of facilities (Onsen, spa, pool, playroom would have been nice) and wifi wasn’t working during our stay (not ok at all for the level of standard and price paid…).

The hotel.is located right above Houhai Metro Station making it super covenient to move around the city in public transportation.
Rooms are tastefuly decorated and very comfortable. This is the 2nd time I stay at the Hyde and would not choose another hotel. There is a lot of food shops for all tastes and cusines around the hotel too.
However the best asset the hotel has is Miss Della. She was always trying to help and beyond everytime. Plus she always did it with a big smile. She made going into the lobby feel like coming home.

We had such a great stay at this place!
Please keep in mind that this is a serviced apartment, so the amenities such as a washing machine was a great asset to have.
The cleaning lady was so sweet and provided us with ample laundry detergent and clean slippers everyday.
The location was quite central to many places.
We would definitely stay again if we come back to Shenzhen!

Appreciation also to the kitchen chef who specially prepared a bowl of porridge for me which was not on the menu. In summary this is a very well managed hotel with modern amenities. LLittle Ball HeadThe room was smaller than expected, but it would be fine for a one-night stay. The surrounding area mostly consists of residential buildings. There’s a small supermarket across the street where you can get basic necessities, and the nearby streets are lined with small local restaurants.
The train station is not close. It’s also convenient to get a taxi （called 滴滴/高德）although I noticed that the driver stopped on the opposite side of the road both times. Waiting time is ard 10mins to be arrived for peak hours around 8:00am.
I checked in late at 7 PM, and it seemed like the hotel was pretty fully booked. I was assigned a room near the elevator with higher floor, however no particular view. Fortunately, the soundproofing was good, and I wasn’t disturbed by the elevator or other guests coming and going. There is a table in the hallway offering free can soda.
The air conditioning in the room was very powerful and controlled via a smart voice assistant (小度）If you can’t speak in Mandarin, it wud be a little bit not convenient. The aircon automatically defaulted to 16°C when turned on. While cleaning the desk and bedside tables with disinfectant wipes, which is my habit, I noticed that both bedside tables were covered in dust, which was a bit disappointing.
The bathroom had good water pressure and plenty of hot water in speed. There was even a shower footrest. However, the showerhead was leaking, which affected the water flow—a letdown given that this is a new hotel and such issues should be rare. On a positive note, the bathroom had a smart toilet with a heated seat. You could even flush it by tapping twice with your foot, which was a nice touch!
Also provided charging cables, that is definitely a plus.
The hairdryer provided at the hotel room is designed to resemble Dyson’s style. Since I have an actual Dyson at home, I’m quite familiar with it and can make a comparison. I was pleasantly surprised that this hairdryer performed so well—it’s almost as powerful as Dyson. While my Dyson usually takes 5 minutes to dry my hair, this hairdryer took another 5 minutes to achieve similar results, leaving my hair perfectly smooth. The only downside is that it’s slightly noisier than Dyson. For those who care about having smooth hair every day and are accustomed to using Dyson products, this hotel’s hairdryer can definitely meet your expectations.
There was a nightlight near the skirting board by the door, which I thought was considerate and well-designed. Above the sink, there was a mirror with a light—thankfully, as the room itself felt a bit dim without it.
All the hotel staff were extremely polite. When asked for extra bottled water at the front desk, the staff immediately provided two bottles per person, which was very thoughtful.
Breakfast was more Chinese-style but had a good variety. Considering the price, the inclusion of breakfast made it a great deal.
One major issue I encountered in the room was with the air conditioning. While the default 16°C was too cold, adjusting it to 23°C resulted in the mattress retaining a lot of heat. It felt like lying on a heated massage bed which made it impossible to sleep comfortably. I eventually had to set the air conditioning back to 16°C, but the mattress still felt warm, leaving me sleepless all night.
When checking out, the front desk asked for feedback, so I mentioned the issue with the mattress. The two staff members were friendly and suggested that next time we inform them immediately rather than enduring the discomfort all night. While they assured us they could arrange something, I honestly can’t imagine how they could resolve such an issue—could they replace the mattress? Regardless, we appreciated their kindness. Even the housekeeping staff we encountered in the hotel were very polite, greeting us warmly and expressing hope to serve us again in the future. Their friendliness was truly commendable.

SSmartcanuckHotel is nice with a good pool for the dameisha area but very overpriced. The price of the hotel is like a 5 star international brand but it doesn’t deliver like it is 5 start. The management and its owners need to really re consider their pricing and their training of staff.
Pros - hotel is new, nicely renovated, and they have hired a lot of staff who are putting in effort. Their towels are very fluffy and nice. Robe is soft, absorbent and high quality. the breakfast has some selection but the cooked items could be improved so it’s less dry but it is acceptable and not bad with a good coffee machine and some western cereal (ran out of cold milk but staff found some ) . Pool is large, clean and beautiful, (not deep) and not very chlorinated, the bar has drinks (but no food). Photography package is a good idea, but photographers needs more experience. Bathtub is pretty, has salts and loofah sponge. TV has a Chinese Netflix and western movies (but you have to know Chinese to read the selections) and it has a music selection too.
Toiletries included with a good the if travel size Colgate. Fridge had one sprite one coke two Thai brand sparkling water bottles and two water bottles. Two packets of tea available, and one pack of coffee concentrate. Generally everything was clean. Breakfast pictures are included because it was vague
Cons- BUT staff are inexperienced, too young, lack training, slow and inefficient. If they change this much money They need to hire staff that are experienced and have a details, thorough and careful training program. They need to have more managers to manage the operations and the staff to develop the necessary soft skills. The management seem unrealistic hiring many inexperienced staff trying to deliver 5 star service. It’s better to hire more older more experienced 5 star staff with hotel experience to guide the staff instead of hiring so many very very young inexperienced staff . Though the staff are sincere and put in their best efforts but it looks like this is their first job, and I don’t expect much from them. They’re slow, inefficient, and lost because of a lack of experience. Many of my requests were lost and required several follow reminders.
Even though I have used the new automated toilets but their toilet was difficult to use and not flushing (low water pressure) bathtub and shower are poorly designed (but look pretty) and are hard to use. Restaurant was unable to explain what their 399 set dinner was, and didn’t have any photos
Manager Zhou was very effective at trying to follow up and apologising. She was thoughtful and willing to listen. But upper management needs to change, and hire more managers, and develop a detailed training program (not just 1-2 days) but much longer and more ongoing. I’m afraid to ask if they can even speak English. Overall this hotel isn’t ready, overpriced and this should just be a soft launch, with discounted prices. If you’re gonna pay this much go to another real 5 star hotel, or only book their cheapest room. But if you really like swimming then it’s worth considering cause the pool is nice.

GGuest UserFirst time back to 深圳大梅沙京基洲际度假酒店 in 2025, and the weather was just warm enough for the beach. The hotel staff, Zero, made sure my reservation needs were met and ready prior to my arrival. After I checked in the first day, she also checked in with me and my family to see if we needed anything else.
There were a lot of seaweed washed up onto the beach this time, and the hotel had staff cleaning them away to keep the beach clean.
Again, amazing service from Zero and the rest of the hotel staff!

GGuest UserFelicity Hotel locates right next to the border in Shenzhen Luo Wo District, about 8 minutes walk after crossing the border. However, the walking bridges and pavements to the hotel are kind of old and need repairs. The hotel itself has a 7-11 convenient store right next to the lobby. The 7-11 is quite well stock and made my first day stay much more pleasant with various drinks available. Hotel staff are smiley and very helpful too. Hotel room is dated and some renovation could be used
