Just got back from East Coast Hotel and I couldn't wait to rave about it! This is hands down the most comfortable and thoughtful beachfront hotel I've ever stayed in. Incredible value for money, absolutely flawless from start to finish – I can't recommend it enough!
🌊 **Ambiance: Unbeatable Sea View, So Relaxing!**
The hotel is right on the beach, with a private, uncrowded, and clean sandy beach just steps away. The fine, soft sand is incredibly comfortable to walk on barefoot! We booked a sea-view room, and the balcony faced a vast expanse of ocean – nothing but blue as far as the eye could see! We could watch the sunrise right from bed in the morning, and in the evening, sipping a drink with the sea breeze and listening to the waves, all our worries just melted away. The hotel grounds are beautifully landscaped with coconut trees and flowers everywhere. You don't even need a filter for photos; every casual shot turned out like a professional masterpiece!
👑 **Service: So thoughtful, it felt like coming home!**
The service was truly impeccable. The front desk staff checked us in incredibly fast and even sent up afternoon tea! Noticing there were three of us, they proactively arranged breakfast portions for three. But the most amazing part was, since we were celebrating a friend's pre-wedding party, when we returned to our room in the evening, they had prepared a surprise for us: decorative balloons and a cake! They even helped deliver all our takeaway orders to our room one by one. As a detail-oriented person, I was genuinely moved to tears! Any requests made via WeChat were responded to incredibly fast. It truly felt like having a personal butler!
🏨 **Facilities: So much to do, we didn't even want to leave the hotel!**
The hotel boasts comprehensive facilities, meaning there's absolutely no need to venture out:
- **Infinity Pool/Terrace:** A must-visit! It blends seamlessly with the ocean, creating the perfect atmosphere for swimming while watching the sunset.
- **Breakfast:** A massive spread! With numerous Chinese dim sum options, we ate until we were absolutely stuffed! They even gifted each of us a hand-brewed iced latte 🥤.
- **Photoshoot Service:** They have a partnered photoshoot service offering discounts. You usually need to book a day in advance, and it includes three complimentary retouched photos. We loved the photos so much that we ended up buying the entire set 💕!!
**Summary:**
East Coast Hotel truly exceeded all expectations! The environment, service, and facilities were all impeccable, and the price was reasonable. Whether for a romantic getaway, a family trip with kids, or a photoshoot with girlfriends, this place is absolutely perfect! GGuest UserSigns from the high-speed rail station led us directly to the 46th-floor front desk, so finding the hotel was absolutely no problem. As soon as we arrived in the lobby, we were warmly greeted by Molly and Mia. After checking in, we entered our room to find it perfectly prepared: the air conditioning was on, main curtains drawn open, and sheer blinds neatly set, ready for our arrival. Housekeeping promptly brought up children's slippers, and even the repairmen we passed in the hallway offered warm greetings. The room itself wasn't huge, but the bathroom area was surprisingly spacious. While the breakfast selection wasn't as vast as some other hotels, every dish was exquisitely prepared. They even had local delights like douhua (tofu pudding) and steamed rice rolls (cheung fun). The hotel's Western pastries were incredibly appealing – truly the best I've tasted at any five-star hotel. I usually skip desserts, but I indulged quite a bit this time! I'm already planning to bring my child back during the winter break to visit the Science and Technology Museum and stay here again.

The hotel's overall design is truly upscale, making every corner a pleasure to behold. The entire resort area and the beach are also impeccably clean and well-maintained, which significantly elevated our overall vacation experience!

Cleanliness was excellent throughout, both in public areas and our room. I had a slight concern about potential odors beforehand, but our room was very comfortable during our stay. The gym did have a slight smell, but it didn't detract from our overall experience.
## Facilities
Our room was fantastic! The smart toilet and automated curtains were very convenient. They even provided Bvlgari toiletries, and the disposable combs and slippers felt luxurious. They clearly put a lot of thought into the details! Full Wi-Fi coverage across the resort means you can disconnect from the daily grind without missing out on staying connected. Amenities include a 24-hour gym, a tea room, both Chinese and Western restaurants, and a 7-Eleven convenience store on-site.

The service was excellent; the front desk staff helped with our luggage. Replies in the WeChat group were always prompt, and for booked activities, we received a thoughtful phone reminder about 10 minutes prior.

MM30975****It was a complete surprise. I was planning to book a different place if it didn't work out, since there weren't any exhibitions recently and there were plenty of hotels nearby. But this place was unexpectedly great, with incredibly high value for money, far exceeding the price. It's a standalone apartment building with a unified reception area and excellent facilities. Clothes washed on the balcony dried overnight. I took the subway, and the map navigation was slightly off track after I exited, but I found it quickly after contacting the host and checked in myself. Looking back, the subway exit was incredibly close. I stayed for two days to attend a lecture, and even came back to rest at noon. The experience was excellent; they even delivered food, making it a better stay than most budget hotels.

- Excellent location: The hotel is located on Aiguo Road, Luohu District, with convenient transportation around it and not far from the subway station. It is very convenient to go to various attractions in Shenzhen or to the commercial district. There are also many delicious foods nearby. You can find all kinds of delicious food in a few steps. It is so friendly to me as a foodie. Moreover, it is adjacent to Luohu, Liantang and Wenjin Ports, and entry and exit are extremely convenient. It is also close to Shenzhen Railway Station. For people who often travel or need to catch a train, the geographical location is perfect.
- Elegant environment: From the moment you step into the hotel lobby, you can feel its unique atmosphere. The decoration style is classic European style, classic, elegant and warm. The overall environment is clean and tidy, and the details show quality. The hotel is surrounded by green trees and fresh air. Even if you are in a bustling area, you can enjoy a moment of tranquility.

The public area has abundant facilities, including a piano where you can play a tune in your spare time to create a great atmosphere; there is also a swimming pool where you can swim and enjoy a relaxing time; billiards and table tennis are also very fun, and you can play with friends and have constant laughter. The facilities are well maintained and the experience is great.

Our room was cozy and tastefully decorated, with all the soft furnishings thoughtfully designed, creating a truly wonderful ambiance. After check-in, the front desk staff proactively arranged a shuttle to take us directly to Building 40.
Our dedicated WeChat concierge was available 24/7, proactively sending us breakfast times, local guides, and helpful tips. They responded instantly to any small request, and each evening, they reminded us about the complimentary 'goodnight dessert soup' available at the front desk. The soup, served daily from 8:30 PM to 9:50 PM, was wonderfully sweet and incredibly soothing. Paired with a fresh and delicately presented small fruit platter, enjoying it before bed truly brought a burst of happiness! ✨
The in-room amenities were incredibly thoughtful; small touches like electric mosquito repellent and steam eye masks were provided, and even the mini-bar drinks were complimentary! The breakfast staff were equally attentive. This morning, we overslept and rushed to the restaurant just before closing, but the staff kindly told us not to worry and specifically extended the breakfast time for us! Upon check-out, we even received an unexpected farewell gift. It's clear that every single detail here is handled with immense care and thoughtfulness!!!

Our stay at the Evergreen Resort Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and outstanding hospitality, and we are thrilled to give this incredible resort a well-deserved 5-star review. A huge thank you to Dai Xiumei, Qu Meng, and Li Jia for their kindness and impeccable service. This resort is truly a hidden natural wonder, nestled in the lush mountains overlooking the Nanshan District of Shenzhen. We stayed in Tree House 603, an enchanting retreat perched atop an ancient tree with breathtaking views, beautifully crafted wooden interiors, a cozy and comfortable bed, hot tea, and a private outdoor deck overlooking the city. It felt like something out of a dream!
✨ Unforgettable Experiences:
Seamless Check-in: We arrived at 9 PM after traveling from the Philippines, hauling four large suitcases and a stroller. Without hesitation, the amazing 24-hour staff carried our heavy luggage up the mountain steps to our treehouse. Their kindness and efficiency left us in awe.
🌿 Nature & Adventure: Our stay included breakfast and access to Qingqing World, a stunning outdoor discovery park filled with natural exhibits, gardens, sculptures, and even a drum show! It was a paradise for our 17-month-old son, who played in the garden, rode a few rides, and soaked in all the magic around him.

GGuest UserThis hotel is a hidden gem! the location is very nice and close to everything in this small beautiful town. Right in front of the building is a local canal and you will find the hotel's restaurant where you can have breakfast in the morning and buy a local style skewers at night.
The room itself is sparkingly clean, albeit a minor toilet screen door's seal damage that needs repair. If you come as a family with your kids, the private hot spring may not be that private because there was no door to give you privacy from you kids! (only Chinese pattern partition screen door). Apart from that everything was in very good order.
The hotel staff was super friendly even though he could speak limited English. There was some confusion during check-in that I made a prepay via credit card over Trip.com already but he miscommunicated and charged me again. He found out later on and hurry to my room to amend that and he said he feel deeply sorry for that misunderstanding. Later that night, he sent message through my WeChat that there is free milk offered before 10pm. While I got back to the receotion at 9pm asking for the milk for my daughter, the receptionist said I have to walk back to the restaurant in front to get it but my daughter did not feel like walking back so we said we were good and heading back to room to call it a day. About 10 minutes later, the same guy knock my door and came with 2 cups of hot milk! This is beyond my expectation :) and it was a heartfelt service I have never had before even from the hotel in Thailand, my country where the hospitality and service has been highly regarded. He also helped negotiate with the tricycle taxi from the Gankeng Town Gate to the Gangkeng station the next morning when I check out. I could understand a bit of Mandarin and I heard the taxi driver try to charge extra for my luggage but he asked the driver not to charge and he agreed. I regret that I did not ask for this hotel's staff name but he wears glasses, about 180cm tall and was driving the hotel's golf cart in my last photo here. I would like to say to him that you are the best! and keep up the great work ;)
