Mountain View Hotels in Shenzhen

This Pullman hotel is right next to Shenzhen North high speed rail station. Less than 5 minutes walk from the station. Also number 4, 5 and 6 Metro stop in this station too. There is a shopping mall next to the rail station with many restaurants. I pick up some snacks and drinks from a 7-11 shop there. Check in lobby and breakfast room are on 46 floor with a great view of the Shenzhen north area. All rooms are on high floor. I stay in room 5608 with a nice view. Room is clean, has decent size, modern and relaxing design with bath tub, which is an added bounce. Breakfast is buffet style with good selection. Coffee is decent too. I have a relaxing stay there. Do not mind to go back for an other visit.

A very good location and clean hotel. Right next to the Sea World and Mall. The staffs were really helpful, especially Johnny, who helped us A LOT throughout the stay. Great stay overall.

Nice hotel for families with children. Spacious room with 2 bathrooms, climbing tunnels, slide, dining area, 2 big n comfy beds. Housed in a woman's and children building, eateries, cafes, convenience stores just right below. A few shopping mall nearby, no where is too far with their taxi. Front desk very friendly and helped organise our delivery and got the robot to deliver our stuff to our room. Will recommend to stay again.

We had excellent 4 nights here: Good service, neat and tidy room, wide variety of breakfast choice. Our seniors had a fall and they gave us some dressing taps and first aid meds. Highly appreciated their caring service. The front desk staff Miya and Annie always welcome us with lovely smile. Will come again, thank you for everything.

The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we felt welcomed throughout our stay. ## Cleanliness The hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness, which added to our comfort. Everything from the lobby to our room was spotless. ## Pool and Views One of the highlights of our stay was the pool. It offered breathtaking views and provided a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The ambiance was serene, making it an ideal setting for leisurely afternoons. ## Photography Experience We had the pleasure of working with JC, the hotel’s photographer. He was incredibly professional and patient during our photo session. The final photos exceeded our expectations, capturing beautiful moments from our stay. ## Room Comfort The only downside was the air conditioning in our room, which tended to be a bit warm. While the staff offered to change our room at night, it was too late for us to move. Nevertheless, this was a minor issue that didn’t overshadow our overall enjoyment. ## Complimentary Water The complimentary sweet water was a bit tasteless, but since it was free, it was a minor inconvenience. ## Overall Experience The entire experience was very relaxing, and we left feeling rejuvenated. If you are traveling lately (Oct 2024), you should be aware the entrance is at the Grade Hotel lobby. The reception is on the 11th floor once you get out of the elevator go left. (There is no major sign in the elevator). The hotel is a hidden gem. The location is amazing, close to great restaurants and attractions and it's right on top of a mall. Plenty of food downstairs and nearby, yet the room is super quiet, and clean (it's on 10th, 11th, and 12th floor). The water pressure is amazing, and you can use voice control (if you know Chinese, I haven't tried English) to control the curtain, and lights, etc. The room is clean, both in the bathroom and the bed. The staff is amazing. They are friendly and helpful and polite. Oh, the internet is fast, too. With the price it's truly a hidden gem. Will revisit.

The hotel is very well located, the door is by the sea, facing Salt Field Harbor The room is very clean.The front desk lady was very enthusiastic, the service was very good, and prepared an exquisite double afternoon tea for us. Since the children accidentally spilled orange juice on the sheets, the boss did not charge us a cleaning fee very courteous. The stay felt very good. Thumbs up will stay here next time

Every time I go on a business trip, I choose this Yizhi Hotel. It is close to Luohu Railway Station and Luohu Port, and is close to Shangri-La Hotel. The transportation is really convenient. Whether you take Didi or the subway, it is very convenient. Go directly to the lobby front desk to check in. There is a coffee machine in the front desk lobby to provide free coffee during your stay. I finally had time to drink a cup of hot American coffee when I checked out. I feel that I go out to work every day and go out early and come back late. The room is very large, with a simple IKEA decoration style, and the scenery outside the window is the Luohu Commercial City opposite. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet, and the important hair dryer is very classy and powerful. The room air conditioner has cold and hot adjustment. I just found that Danguixuan on the 5th floor of the hotel is newly opened. You can drink morning tea and steamed snacks on demand, which is also a reason for me to come again next time. The room facilities should be very complete, mainly because the front desk waiter is very warm and polite, and the auntie who cleans the hotel is very good, so every time I come to Shenzhen, I must choose this hotel.

It was surprisingly really good stayed even for only about 8 hours due to the early morning flight , the room was really clean, location is close to the airport and many restaurants around. The service was simply the best, the staff was helpful and professional, perfect for layover or transit.
