My family had a really great 2-night stay at Jingju Hote on the 26th floor. The view was good. My kids especially enjoyed the market bazaar held in the open quad when we arrived. The rooms were spacious, clean, and bright with motorized curtains. In-room amenities were good quality too. Location was pretty central in Futian district and only couple stops away to prime places for food, shopping and activities. An overall splendid hotel at an affordable price. No regrets. Thank you 😊

Uograded to the Type E room on a Type D booking. Thx Muji. If you are into Wabi-Sabi of Muji like us, this hotel is worth a try. It is first of the three Muji hotels Worldwide according to the material. (Two are in China, Muji you have done some well here) We enjoyed the collection of the small library outside the Gym room. Great location we picked this hotel partly because of a planned trip to the nearby mountain park walks the next morning. Really fee good with some rest in a well prepared room before and after the walk. Breakfast like some other guest review says, not the best. Variety, food quality and overall experiences are not comparable with a typical 5-star American chain resort hotel buffet breakfast, of course. For example the coffee machine is kind of slow. And it feel bad when we see the staff take out the packing of “Ajisen” packing when cooking the Ramen in breakfast, even make us wonder about the quality “Muji Dining”. Kind of expected, what can we expect given Muji have to control cost in the restaurant? But still a bit a put off I reckon, not of the value considering the premium price we have paid for the room. Anyway we are here for the Muji style room not for the food so overall we still give high rating for our stay.

The hotel is relatively new, all the furniture was lavish, and the room controls were modern and high tech. Service was amazing, staff was super helpful and patient. The location is perfect for those that want to be slightly secluded from the busiest core area of Sea World, but it's not far at all - just one crossing takes you to the main mall and another few minutes' walk takes you the main open area where there's tons of food and coffee shops. Just a brilliant experience living there. Would love to return next time.

The room (spacious and very clean) and the location (overlooking the sea) is first class! 😊 We got a warm welcome by Phoebe, who offered us a coffee and let us into the room although we arrived too early. We highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent service, nice & helpful staffs (front desk, breakfast time hostess, chefs at the open kitchen...etc) 😄 New hotel & facilities in good condition. Check-in check-out fast. No deposit is required. Great room size, good view, clean washroom. Room soundproof so we sleep well, even our room near lift area. Service robots delivery very efficient. Before arrival, we had inquiries via wechat & 歡小朋 is very helpful to solve our problem 👍 We enjoy the stay here, also breakfast good food quality. Next time we should stay again. Value for money. (Breakfast time, many people wait & long queue for the fresh brew coffee. Maybe can have one more coffee machine.)

Our stay was nothing but peaceful, the whole place was sparkling clean . And we had a quick check in and the receptionist was very kind , led us into our room and explained all details in the room .

The hotel is in the luxurious Shuibei area in the north of the Luohu district. There are lots of restaurants and coffeehouses nearby. You can walk to the centre of Luohu on foot (what nobody does except me). There are two metro stops nearby. The room is very big and furnished and lit smartly. The bed is comfortable and equipped with two different cushions. There is a toilet/bath combination, which leads to a wet floor under the toilet when taking a shower. Happily the good construction and the ventilation system dries it up very quickly. Everything is almost perfectly clean and cleaned daily. There are a lot of disposable items, which are renewed every day. The view from the 30+ floor is stunning. The staff is friendly and helpful. The communication over WeChat is good. They don't speak English, but try their best with the help of translation apps.

Modern decor, clean rooms, friendly staff. The airport drop off service was prompt. The only downside to hotel is the noise from the nearby train station can be very loud. However, we only used for one night stay before taking a flight from Shenzhen.

I booked the room with the sea view, at least on my booking it was shown that I will be able to see all the view, however in the reality it wasn't, I saw just a small part of it (attach photo) and I paid even more than my friends who had rooms with a view. I talked with stuff, however they couldn't solve my problem as it was holiday and hotel was fully booked, they even didn't offer me discount or something which left very bad impression.
