Cove by Hyatt Shekou Cruise Centre is ideally situated just 300 meters from the ferry terminal, offering convenience for those arriving from Hong Kong. The newly opened K11 Mall is only 20 meters away, and Shenzhen Metro’s Taiziwan Station on Line 12 has four exits within 20 meters, ensuring excellent connectivity. The hotel staff provided seamless service, making check-in and check-out effortless. Despite arriving during a busy holiday week, our room was ready at 1:00 PM. Upon check-in, we were welcomed with a tea set, which helped calm the kids. Their attention to detail was impressive, particularly Ms. Coco, who went above and beyond to assist us. She not only answered our queries but also helped us book taxis and provided guidance on various attractions in Shenzhen. Breakfast had a great mix of Western and local Chinese options. We initially booked a city-view room but would recommend the sea-view room for a better experience. The only downside was the absence of a swimming pool. Overall, the hotel’s prime location, excellent service, and thoughtful hospitality made our stay enjoyable. If you plan to visit, opting for a sea-view room will enhance your experience.

Clean, spacious, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were also extremely helpful and attentive. This is our second time staying here, and will definitely book again.

Despite the heavy Easter holiday traffic—which took us over two hours by taxi from the transit station—our spirits lifted the moment we arrived. The service was exceptionally professional and welcoming. Every staff member we encountered was polite, attentive, and detail-minded. The environment was calming and rejuvenating. Our room was immaculate, quiet, private, and equipped with smart features that made our stay effortless. It was the perfect holiday escape to celebrate our 30th anniversary. The hosting manager personally walked us through the room and surrounding facilities, which made us feel safe, cared for, and certain that we’ll be returning soon. Highly recommended!

The accommodation was beautiful and peaceful. Just needs better signage when arriving at the location toast void confusion. But the staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and stunning views. The room was clean and comfortable. Thank you for a lovely stay.

A Serene Seaside Escape I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic hotel by the seaside, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by a friendly and helpful staff that truly made me feel at home. One of my favorite perks was the free mini-bar, which allowed me to enjoy refreshing drinks at my leisure. Additionally, the free afternoon tea was a delightful treat, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. complimentary breakfast, which featured a wide selection of delicious options that catered to all preferences. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the incredible sunset view from the top of the restaurant. Watching the sun dip below the horizon while sipping on a cocktail was truly magical. The room itself was a haven of comfort, complete with a large screen and projector, perfect for cozy movie nights. I also had a lovely bathtub to soak in, making it the ideal sanctuary for relaxation. The thoughtful selection of music provided a soothing backdrop, enhancing the calming atmosphere. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they provided us with all the assistance and advice we needed! We appreciate it very much! Room was clean and cosy with great sea-facing view, and huge bath tub (which the kids enjoyed!) Location is very convenient to the nearby pier/port where we did a ferry tour on the sea to the various nearby ports. Nearby has lots of seafood restaurants too! We had a great stay as family with kids!

It can be regarded as one of the hotels with the best surrounding environment and facilities. It's newly opened, so the room has a bit of a smell. The room was quite nice, the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The TV is big and looks comfortable. The hot water has sufficient pressure and is hot enough. There is also free water in the lobby. There is a dedicated parking space at the door. I originally booked a B&B closer to the observatory. After driving around for a while, there was no parking space. When I passed by this hotel and saw that it was very new, I immediately checked out and booked this one. In the evening, there will be information about stargazing at the hotel entrance, and you can also use an astronomical telescope to watch the stars. There are many delicious restaurants next to the hotel, and the large lawn next to it is very comfortable at night. I will stay here again next time I go there.

Hotel was ok, it is located very far from city, so water of sea was very clean and pure, just for relaxing, we went to beach for free, hotel had provided tickets.

Clean, tidy and well maintained. Much better than expected. Will come again. It is very convenient to order takeout. It is very close to Fanlou and convenient to go anywhere. Affordable price

Room was good, with everything we expected. I would have liked coffee to be available in the room in addition to the tea. I was a little disappointed in breakfast, the restaurant is described as being a western restaurant and I felt we were missing a lot of the food that is associated with that, fried eggs, crispy bacon, toast etc.
