"I saw a lot of negative reviews online telling people to avoid this hotel, but I suspect it's just competitors hiring trolls to badmouth them. My kids and I actually thought it was quite good. The room was new and clean. For 1099 RMB, we got tickets for two adults, which means the room itself was only about 600 RMB, plus breakfast for four. What more could you ask for? The value for money is absolutely excellent. Our main reason for coming here was to interact with the marine animals, but the price has doubled, which is really annoying. In June, 1588 RMB would get three people interactions with three different animals. Now, it's 3188 RMB, which makes me not even want to do the interactions. Taking photos costs extra too. Just letting the kids get close to the beluga whales isn't worth it; I remember doing the beluga whale interaction at Wuhan Haichang for 100 RMB and it even included feeding."

He informed us about all the hotel's activities. Since we arrived early, he even managed to get our room cleaned ahead of time, allowing us to check in around 1 PM, which was a huge help for our child's nap. The hotel environment is fantastic, with numerous swimming pools and an adorable 'Bi Xin Tu' (Heart-Hand Gesture Rabbit) Kids' Club. Our child was busy with the kids' club in the morning and swimming in the afternoon. We had a truly unforgettable trip at Sanyue, and my child already wants to come back!"

"I highly recommend it. You must bring your kids to experience it! It is really a very good and special sea homestay. The room is right next to the sea. The air conditioning in the room is very powerful. The smart "Xiaoou Butler" is also very sensible. The bathroom is clean and sanitary. Take the homestay's special fishing boat, unlimited entry and exit. Go to the sea, fish, pull the ground cage, glass boat, paddle board, etc., all experienced, and you will never want to leave. Thank you very much to the front desk lady. She informed and arranged everything in advance on WeChat, which is very attentive. The coaches are also very friendly and dote on the kids. For dining, not far from the shore, you can walk to Xinjian Road, which is full of night markets. If there is a chance, I will come again later."

The community environment is good, the surrounding facilities are OK, a few minutes from the yard to the beach. The decoration is good, the grade is high, the two bedrooms, one living room and one bathroom (open kitchen), there is a large balcony at the front and back. Parking in the courtyard is convenient and there is no charge. There is a shopping and eating place about one kilometer, and there is a lot of choice. It is not far to drive to other scenic spots. Recommended."

"We stayed for two nights. The first night, our room had a strong musty smell and was very noisy, located right by the car gate for the Westin. It kept my child awake until 3 AM. The next day, we switched to a different room, which barely had any musty smell. However, the smell of cooking oil from wherever they were stir-frying still wafted in. 😭 At least it was quieter, and my child finally got a good night's sleep."

I'd like to thank the front desk for upgrading my room type, which now offers a view of the large swimming pool. The hotel boasts a super-sized swimming pool, a kids' club, a gym, and more. My kids absolutely loved it; they swam to their hearts' content and had a fantastic time. The breakfast was also very rich and diverse, featuring local specialties like Hainan noodles and Lingshui sour noodles. It's highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back to stay again!"

"Located in a fantastic location in Lingshui, this high-rise residential complex boasts a pleasant environment. Silver Beach is just a few minutes' walk away, with fine sand and minimal crowds, perfect for taking solo photos. For sunrise viewing, you can see the lighthouse featured in the film "The Vanished Woman." In the evenings, there are bars on the beach, offering a relaxing atmosphere with music. Kids love the little sand tanks on the beach. Different rooms on higher floors offer direct ocean views from the balcony. The bathrooms have round bathtubs for soaking, and there are also round bathtubs on the balconies for children to play in. Kitchen appliances include a washing machine, induction cooker, microwave, and refrigerator. Breakfast options outside the complex are good, and there are markets nearby, making it very convenient. I immediately extended my stay for four more days. The owner and staff were exceptionally friendly; I'm so glad I chose this place!"

"On my last day in Lingshui, I sat at the tatami tea table, gazing at the view outside the window that gradually shifted from blue to orange-pink, and suddenly felt reluctant to leave. The hotel's tatami suites perfectly embody the minimalist aesthetic of the Song Dynasty, incorporating the principles of simplicity and negative space into every inch. From the natural wood latticework and elegant cotton and linen curtains to the warm-feeling teaware, even the window frames resemble picture frames, making it feel like stepping right onto the beach. In the morning, I could walk barefoot on the soft white sand, and in the evening, the sound of the waves seemed like background music. The most delightful surprise was the private tatami tea table—perfect for boiling water, brewing local white tea, watching the sea, daydreaming, and waiting for the sunset. The hotel's location is superb, right next to the popular Shuikou Bridge road. The macaron-colored railings and pavement, paired with the blue sky and sea, make for stunning photos; it's also close to Xiangshui Bay, offering a tranquil escape from the crowds. The resort boasts a private outdoor swimming pool, badminton court, basketball court, billiards room, children's playground, gym, and library—enough to easily while away an entire afternoon. Nearby water activities include surfing, jet skiing, banana boating, and yacht fishing—don't miss out! Fun! Exciting! Guests also enjoy exclusive discounts; the benefits we secured were truly substantial, even the instructors praised the price as "incredibly worthwhile." But what truly makes it memorable is the people here. Upon check-out, the receptionist chased after us with a bottle of ice water, reminding us, "Remember to reapply sunscreen this afternoon," her tone as warm as family. Every question was gently answered, every need carefully noted—such service is more heartwarming than the scenery. This hotel, imbued with Song Dynasty charm and genuine sincerity, is where I'll stay again next time I'm in Hainan, to drink tea, gaze at the sea, and reconnect with time."

"I came to Lingshui for a babymoon and instantly fell in love with Raffles! The entire experience was perfect. The environment was comfortable, and the service was gentle and attentive. It's a true hidden gem for pregnant mothers looking to relax and unwind. The hotel's public areas exude an amazing ambiance, with lush Southeast Asian tropical garden scenery. The coconut groves are vibrant and flourishing, the grounds are clean and tranquil, and the greenery is artfully arranged. The pathways are flat and easy to walk, with no steep inclines, making them perfect for pregnant women to stroll, get some fresh air, and relax. Every photo taken here turns out beautifully. The room stay experience was superb. The room was spacious and airy, with soft, non-glaring natural light and a comfortable, uncrowded layout. The entire room was clean and odor-free, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the facilities were complete. It was quiet and not noisy, making it especially suitable for pregnant mothers to rest and recuperate peacefully and comfortably. The hotel's private beach was meticulously maintained, with fine, soft sand. It was uncrowded and wonderfully peaceful, with a gentle and comfortable sea breeze. A slow walk there is incredibly therapeutic for both mind and body. What touched me most was the hotel's thoughtful and personalized service, especially how attentive and friendly they were to pregnant guests! The staff were gentle and meticulous throughout, proactively checking on my physical condition, offering soothing services, and avoiding noisy or strenuous arrangements. The attention to detail was exceptional. Our dedicated butler had already arranged non-slip mats and pregnancy-friendly pillows in the room. They were always on call, patiently responding to all our needs, making everything so convenient and worry-free. The complimentary travel photography service was also fantastic. The photographer was incredibly gentle and considerate, slowing down the pace and guiding us throughout, avoiding harsh sunlight and uncomfortable poses. The candid shots were natural and beautiful, and the original photos had incredibly high quality, making it easy to capture stunning and gentle babymoon photos. Overall, the environment, facilities, and service were impeccable. The warm and thoughtful details made the stay truly healing. It's a high-quality hotel perfectly suited for a peaceful getaway."

"The hotel's design is truly exceptional; I particularly loved it, with something beautiful to see at every turn. However, the lighting in the room's bathroom has some flaws, especially around the sink area, which is too dim. I also had to request a separate makeup mirror from the butler, which was quite inconvenient! The butler, Parker, was responsive to requests, but nothing particularly outstanding. The restaurant dishes were all exquisitely presented, but the taste was just average. The young lady at the lobby who seemed to be directing things provided excellent service, even though I don't know her name. But for this price point, I would still recommend the Rosewood; it's generally better overall! The hardware is great, but the software (service) needs improvement! Overall, I'm still quite satisfied!! The hotel is also very photogenic, which I loved, and the service could be even better. They even gave me a cute West Highland Terrier plushie!"
