The hotel itself is immaculate, with spotless rooms and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service. A special mention to my butler, Chase, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Whether it was recommending places to visit or attending to every little detail in my room, he handled everything with professionalism and care. There was nothing he couldn’t do! I’d also like to thank Mori, the reception duty manager, for her excellent service. She speaks great English and took such good care of us, making everything smooth and effortless. Another person I’d like to praise is 符阿姨 from housekeeping. She cleaned my room so thoroughly—you can tell she takes her job seriously. She mopped the floor, made everything perfectly organised, and ensured the room was spotless every single day. I also have to commend the hotel management for training their staff so well. The level of professionalism and dedication from every team member is truly impressive. I know people sometimes get tired of overly positive reviews that sound too good to be true, but this is a real review from a real guest. The service here is genuinely exceptional, and you can feel the sincerity in how they treat their guests. Highly recommended!
