Let me talk about the advantages first: the clerk's service attitude is warm and actively helps with luggage; the decoration style is biased and the net red feeling is visually good. But there are the following problems in the actual experience: 1. Inadequate communication at check-in We asked if we could change to a room on the first floor (we didn't know there was an elevator at the time) due to the large amount of luggage. The front desk directly replied ”our actual room rate is 100 yuan in handcuffs” to reject the request. Whether it is a settlement issue between the platform and the store, passing the emotions on to the guests is very uncomfortable. 2. During the stay, I consulted the store about electric vehicles, and I didn't receive any response until I checked out. 3. After the bed sheet stains were found, the photo was taken and sent to the store. The reply was ”normal” and no replacement was done. The hygiene standards and response attitude were disappointing. 4. When the cleaning staff does not check out in the morning, they will swipe the card directly to enter the door. While still in the room, the cleaning aunt opened the door with the room card without knocking on the door, and was very frightened. This hotel is located in Lingshui, very close to Haitang Bay, with a commercial complex not far away. The hotel complex offers excellent privacy and the garden design is superb. The room's interior facilities and equipment are all new, the overall design is great, and it's very clean; definitely not an old, rundown B&B villa. The B&B is a pleasant surprise. The environment is very good. The rooms are large and the equipment is new. The seafood porridge for breakfast is also delicious. The most praiseworthy thing is that the boss is really nice. He recommended us to feed the monkeys about 150 meters away from the hotel and catch the sea about 200 meters away. We were going to the pier to take a boat. The boss also picked us up and dropped us off. Go to the entrance of Daidai Island to watch the sunset. The boss doesn’t come to do anything, he just works silently👍🏻The children don’t want to leave👍🏻

This guesthouse was recommended online, and after staying there, I had a really great experience. It completely surpassed the 'influencer-favorite' family hotel we stayed at on the first night. First off, the community environment is lovely with an outdoor pool and a children's play area. The room itself is very spacious and clean, and the bed is large enough, making it perfect for families with two adults and two children. Secondly, it's very close to the beach; you can see the sea from the room and it's just a five-minute walk away. I noticed there aren't many dining options in Lingshui itself, but there's a small commercial street nearby, which makes finding food very convenient. If I come back to Lingshui in the future, I'll definitely choose to stay here again.

The hotel grounds exude a strong tropical vibe, with tall coconut trees and vibrant tropical greenery lining both sides of the paths. Strolling along the smooth walkways offers a continuous panorama of a soothing island landscape. You can walk directly to the hotel's exclusive, extra-long private beach, where the entire coastline offers an open, unobstructed view. The crystal-clear sea, combined with the blue sky, white clouds, and distant mountains, creates a breathtaking scene. The beach is uncrowded, so you don't have to jostle with people. You can quietly wade in the waves, take photos, and gaze at the sea, feeling completely at ease and relaxed.

Xiao Zheng at the front desk was very enthusiastic and helpful. The hotel's outdoor greenery is beautiful, the sky and sea are a stunning blue, and the sand on the beach is incredibly soft. It's very close to Daidai Island and Monkey Island, only about two kilometers away. Taxis are quite easy to get here, and if you're driving, it's even more convenient. The stay at the hotel was decent, though it was a bit hot. There's no air conditioning in the lobby or in the breakfast area, but other than that, everything else was perfect.

The hotel room was huge, probably over 30 square meters, truly enormous. The service was excellent, with very patient staff who met all our needs. The room was also very comfortable, with a soft mattress and good soundproofing, ensuring a quiet sleep. The room amenities were a major highlight, offering everything imaginable: disposable toilet seat covers, disposable paper cups, soap, disposable razors, and more. This was beyond my expectations for a room at around 100 yuan. The surrounding area is conveniently located with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. My parents had a wonderful trip and a great stay here. They said they'd stay here again next time they travel.

The room was very basic, comparable to a budget hotel in a third or fourth-tier city. On the day we arrived on the island, we checked in quite late. The hotel hadn't informed us beforehand that we needed to book boat tickets through their system. We only found out at the pier and had to wait for the front desk to input the boat tickets into their system, which took about half an hour. We were two adults and two children, and surprisingly, we had to buy a separate boat ticket for the older child, which wasn't included in the room rate. The bottled water in the room was tiny, only 350ml, and there were only two bottles. When we asked the front desk for more, they said we could only have two and any more would need to be purchased from the shop. Absolutely speechless… Regarding the shower, when we first checked in, the front desk told us that after one person showered, we'd have to wait 15 minutes for the next person because it was an electric water heater and needed time to reheat. As for snorkeling, the sea looked very clear in the morning from the hotel. However, when we went into the water closer to noon, we found it to be very murky, possibly due to too many tourists. Even the fish weren't eating and were just floating in the water; we couldn't see them very clearly. The path to Rainbow Road was under construction, and after it rained, the road was very dirty. As a scenic spot, the experience wasn't great. However, there are some positives...

It's an old hotel. When we checked in, they were just renovating the exterior walls. The room is large and well-equipped. You can watch the sea and the sunrise from the room, but if you tend to wake up easily, you'll have to be careful, as you can hear the sound of boat motors at 4 a.m. However, the sea view is nice. It's very close to the Tanka fishing raft and surrounding scenic spots, so it's very convenient.

I read a lot of reviews before coming here and thought it would be very bad. But after coming here, I found that it is actually okay, quite clean, only 20 meters away from the beach, and the sea is outside the window. The children are very comfortable doing their homework on the balcony. The breakfast is simple but filling. For meals, you can go to the pier and take the bus boat to the new village opposite. There is a free shuttle to the pier. The most important thing is that you can avoid the entrance fee to Monkey Island by staying here. You can stop anytime and anywhere to feed the monkeys along the way. The children like it very much. Daidai Island is right next to it. It is very beautiful and suitable for self-driving!
