🌊 Staying at the Kimpton for a Qingshui Bay getaway was such a healing seaside trip! The hotel’s design is artistic and aesthetic, making the public areas, beach, and pool incredibly photogenic. The sand is super fine, and the sunsets in the evening are simply breathtaking 🌇. A special shoutout to Rose from Guest Relations!! Her service was gentle, warm, and highly professional. She handled everything seamlessly, from pre-arrival inquiries to travel recommendations, and proactively introduced hotel perks like Social Hour and the minibar. The guest rooms are well-maintained, quiet, and comfortable, and the breakfast offers a great variety. The service hits the sweet spot—attentive without feeling overly formal. It really nailed that relaxed, laid-back vacation vibe. This will definitely be my top choice for any future trip to Qingshui Bay, Lingshui!

Choosing to stay at the Indigo Sanya Clearwater Bay Resort for our family trip was absolutely the right decision! Check-in was incredibly smooth. Nova from the guest relations team had prepared our room in advance, so there was no waiting. We received our room key cards, a hotel map, and all restaurant schedules in one go, with clear information. The entire process was efficient and professional, with no hiccups – a truly excellent experience! Our room was quiet and private, and the ocean view from the balcony was stunning, enjoyable all day long. We could sit by the pool anywhere we liked and choose any table in the restaurant. This stay was fantastic! Very exciting! Very satisfying!

My family and I stayed at Raffles Hainan Clear Water Bay, and the experience exceeded our expectations! The hotel is private and quiet, with fine white sand beaches and crystal clear blue waters. The Balinese-style gardens are beautiful for photos everywhere you look. Our butler, Garrix, was incredibly reliable, arranging our room in advance and responding promptly to our requests after check-in. The pool offers expansive views, and soaking in it while watching the sunset in the evening was incredibly therapeutic. The breakfast selection was rich, and the Qingbuliang (a local dessert soup) and freshly made noodles were very much to our taste. Executive Chef Wang Jun and Jack Chen provided excellent service. Overall, it was a relaxing yet luxurious stay, a great place for family and friends to gather and unwind. We will definitely come again!

Walking downstairs, through the pool and lawn, you reach the beach. The beach is very uncrowded. In the evening, you can catch some sunset views. The rooms are spacious, all facing the sea, with balconies and drying racks provided. The outdoor pool is shaded by the adjacent buildings in the mornings and afternoons, so it's not sunny (only for a short while at noon), which is fantastic; the water is warm and you don't get sunburnt. The kids' pool has bubble activities. The staff, including the cleaning ladies, are all very friendly. The chef at the restaurant is excellent; even simple stir-fried greens taste delicious. The breakfast is a bit simple, but sufficient. There are few restaurants and delivery options nearby. The hotel restaurant menu only offers a limited selection of dishes. Overall, it offers great value for money and is perfect for those who enjoy peace and quiet by the sea.

We had a wonderfully comfortable two-day getaway, and this was my first stay at Capella, which left a fantastic impression. I'm already looking forward to checking out the soon-to-open Capella Nanjing next. First, the service: Blacky, our Cultural & Travel Ambassador, made our stay incredibly warm. From daily chats to handling our requests, messages were always answered instantly, morning or night. Blacky patiently introduced and deeply recommended various explorations and special activities, making our itinerary rich and fun. They were always eager to help without being intrusive, and this genuine warmth created unforgettable holiday memories. At Silk Road for breakfast, the restaurant manager enthusiastically introduced us to a tamarind latte, a local specialty. Even if it might not be a standard menu item, their eagerness to share local cuisine and hotel specialties, and to create surprises for guests, deeply touched me. The special blend was perfectly balanced with sweet and sour notes and excellently presented. These unexpected delights made for precious holiday experiences. Regarding the most important aspect of a holiday – the accommodation experience – the bedding quality was superb. After staying at numerous major brands for business travel, Capella Tufu Bay, Hainan's bedding comfort is one of the best, absolutely worth experiencing. As a resort hotel, it was pitch dark when the curtains were closed, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing us to easily sleep until we woke up naturally and still make it to breakfast before 11 am. The hotel grounds are extensive. While I'm no architecture expert, I adore plants. The landscaping choices and arrangements are exceptionally well-thought-out. Compared to most hotels with limited, often dense plant varieties, Capella Tufu Bay, Hainan features everything from high-reaching traveler's palms and regular palms, to mid-level broadleaf shrubs, and various ferns at ground level, all arranged in a naturally staggered way. We could call for a buggy anytime, anywhere on the grounds, but I preferred to stroll through this private, secluded garden, enjoying both shade from direct sunlight and the fragrant aroma of plants. The main pool is open until 10 PM, allowing for plenty of water play even after the hottest part of the day. Paddleboards and magic carpets were freely available and a hit with the kids. The heated pool is a 25-meter standard lap pool, and the gym is fully equipped with cardio and strength training machines, plus a ping-pong table and tennis courts – more than enough options for a holiday. My favorite part was the complimentary access to the dry sauna, steam room, massage pool, and snow room at the spa. It was a wonderful experience; my skin felt much smoother after alternating between hot and cold. For dining, the fruit Danish at Silk Road's breakfast is a must-try. Their custard cream is silky smooth and not overly sweet – I want the recipe! I also recommend ordering a bowl of Yi Mein noodles with wontons and adding a generous scoop of 'zaopocu' (a local sour vinegar) to create your own 'zaopocu' wonton noodles – everyone should give it a try! Sabai Sabai, the Thai restaurant, has excellent online reviews and was generally good. Their peanut sauce is delicious, but a word of caution: the curry beef ribs curry contains a significant amount of peanuts and has a very strong peanut base, which is quite unusual. If you're not a fan, I suggest choosing other curry options like chicken curry or crab curry. We opted for the basic room type this time, and the overall experience far exceeded our expectations. The spacious nearly 90-square-meter interior, convenient buggy service around the resort, extensive activity schedule, and consistently meticulous hospitality meant that, apart from potential differences in room views and amenities based on booking, there was essentially no sense of a 'basic room' compromise. The baseline quality is exceptionally high. I'm really looking forward to experiencing their villa suites when I visit next year.

The balcony is spacious and airy, and a gentle sea breeze instantly melts all your stress away. The Heavenly Bed® truly lives up to its reputation with excellent support, paired with the signature white tea scent that ensures a wonderful night's sleep. Value for Money: Excellent. The RMB 598 Chinese set meal for four was massive—we left rolling out of the restaurant. It was much more comfortable and hassle-free than going out to look for coconut chicken. Breakfast: A rich variety of Chinese and Western options. Highly recommend the freshly boiled Lingshui sour noodles and *Qingbulang* (local coconut milk dessert). There are two types of freshly squeezed juices every day, and they taste authentic. WiFi: Free WiFi throughout the hotel with a very stable signal; streaming videos on the balcony was completely lag-free. Bed: The signature Westin bed strikes the perfect balance between firmness and softness, and the white tea scent aids sleep wonderfully. Restaurants: The noodle bar and lobby lounge offered the best experiences, with staff proactively helping us calculate discounts. The coconut chicken soup and Wenchang poached chicken at the Chinese restaurant were very authentic. Cleanliness: The room was meticulously cleaned with not a speck of dust in any corner, and the bedding was crisp, dry, and comfortable. Parking: Free surface and underground parking spaces available, making self-driving very convenient. There are also EV charging stations. Room View: The absolute highlight of this hotel! Every floor has a public viewing platform, and the ocean view transitions in layers from deep blue to jelly blue—it's utterly therapeutic. Location & Transportation: About a 70-minute drive from Sanya Airport. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to the duty-free shop and airport—just remember to book one day in advance. Service: Kelly, our butler, was super responsive and proactively reached out before check-in to follow up on our room requests. Swimming Pool: The main pool is an infinity pool with stunning views, while the lower grotto lazy river pool feels super mystical. There are also water slides for kids, so you can play in the water without getting sunburned. Gym: A standalone Westin workout facility with professional and fully equipped gear. Running while facing the lush gardens puts you in a fantastic mood. Would stay here again: I've already recommended it to all my friends with kids. The ”singing beach” and grotto pool alone are worth every penny. I will definitely be back next time for a lazy, relaxing getaway!

The hotel grounds exude a strong tropical vibe, with tall coconut trees and vibrant tropical greenery lining both sides of the paths. Strolling along the smooth walkways offers a continuous panorama of a soothing island landscape. You can walk directly to the hotel's exclusive, extra-long private beach, where the entire coastline offers an open, unobstructed view. The crystal-clear sea, combined with the blue sky, white clouds, and distant mountains, creates a breathtaking scene. The beach is uncrowded, so you don't have to jostle with people. You can quietly wade in the waves, take photos, and gaze at the sea, feeling completely at ease and relaxed.

The Wyndham Lingshui Clear Water Bay Resort, despite being open for ten years, still offers a very good overall stay experience even though some facilities show their age. Its location is outstanding, making it incredibly convenient for self-driving to various attractions in Lingshui with short commute times. The biggest highlight of the hotel is that your room card grants access to the back garden. The garden boasts beautiful landscaping and features a swimming pool. Walking through the garden leads directly to the beach, where the rocky shore is perfect for kids to go crabbing, and the scenery is absolutely stunning. To be objective, there are a couple of downsides: The hotel has a semi-open design, with the lobby entrance wide open, which means it doesn't feel cool enough when you enter during the summer. The guest room corridors are also open-air, making them a bit stuffy and hot around midday. The buffet breakfast selection is somewhat limited; it would be even more perfect if they could expand the variety and improve the quality of the dishes. Overall, it's ideal for family vacations, especially if you're traveling by car. The private beach and garden are significant bonuses.

We stayed here as a family with young children, and this Marriott is perfect for a family trip. It features a dedicated kids' pool and a huge indoor playground where the kids can play for hours. The room has a balcony with a great open view, and the bathroom has a wet-and-dry separation layout with fully equipped amenities. The beach is right at the doorstep, perfect for taking the little ones out for a stroll and enjoying the sea breeze in the evening. The front desk even proactively provided children's amenities—such thoughtful service. The resort boasts fantastic landscaping with tropical greenery everywhere, creating a relaxing overall atmosphere. Our whole family had a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

This is a very nice hotel. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bedding and pillows just right. There was also a great balcony., I would have liked a relaxing chair on there, but the furniture was okay. The service is excellent, the people are very friendly and extremely helpful. The pool is nice and clean, the yard is very pretty. The gym is a bit outdated and could do with a makeover and a location other than the dark cellar. Nearby is a pretty beach, a lovely park and an entertaining mall. If you take one of the siden street, you’ll find local shops. There is a bit of noise coming from the streets at night, but if you close the doors, it’s not too much of a bother and stops around 12:00 PM. Airconditioning is working really well. Had a great time, will visit again!
