The croissants in the bakery section were incredibly flaky, and you could customize your own waffles; attention to detail was evident everywhere. During my stay, Kiki proactively informed me about hotel activities and was always willing to help—this kind of effortless care truly made an impression."

"✨ About the hotel: Both beautiful and practical! The courtyard, shaded by coconut trees, exudes a full tropical vibe. From the room, you get an unobstructed sea view right outside your window. The natural wood decor is warm and soothing, and the bedding is so soft it feels like sinking into clouds. The bathroom has an extra-large bathtub, and watching the sunset while bathing is truly breathtaking!清水湾 Beach is just a 5-minute walk away, with sand as fine as flour, uncrowded and peaceful – perfect for taking stunning photos while walking on the sand and playing in the waves. 📸 🍴Breakfast was also a super pleasant surprise! Local rice noodles, freshly made crepes, fresh-cut tropical fruits… so many choices it was hard to decide, and the taste was absolutely fantastic. Every shot looked like it belonged in a vacation magazine! 💯 A special shout-out to our private butler, Lina! She is truly a hidden gem! She proactively arranged airport transfers before our arrival and thoughtfully shared local, less-known activities and tips to avoid tourist traps. Upon check-in, a welcome gift box was already waiting in the room, and at checkout, she even gave us a small plush toy. The attention to detail was impeccable! This trip was truly filled with happiness. The hotel facilities, service, and location were all flawless, and with Lina's exclusive and thoughtful butler service, it was absolutely divine! This hotel has officially been added to my must-stay list for my next visit to Hainan. Ladies, just go for it – you won't regret it!."
