"My ideal hotel: 1. **Smooth Communication**: Pele (the staff member) understood guests well; communication was perfectly fine. 2. **Comfortable Hardware**: Comfy bedding, a spacious bathroom, double sinks... The rooms, starting at 88 square meters, speak for themselves. The privacy design is excellent, and while the garden views aren't stunning, they're perfectly adequate. 3. **Rich and Delicious Breakfast**: Having experienced a breakfast with 7 different egg options, it would take a truly exceptional hotel to rival it... Absolutely fantastic! And they don't stop serving until 11 AM, even at 11:30 AM, there's still food available, which is really great. 👍👍 Of course, there's always room for improvement in the details of management: 1. **Bathroom Trash Can**: The trash can in the bathroom was a bit low-end – a stainless steel flip-top. It looked plain and ugly, and the flip-top made it hard to throw garbage in. 2. **Lack of Assistance**: The 'butler' who escorted us to our room didn't offer to help with our belongings (takeaway food) at all. The room introduction was also very perfunctory (perhaps because I'm an overweight mom with an underage child, looking like country bumpkins in the city, so there wasn't much joy in communication for them). 3. **Billiards Chaos**: Billiards required a reservation (for a billiard competition), but there was no one on-site to organize it. We waited as per our reserved time, but other guests were using the table, and we were told to communicate with them ourselves... Despite these minor flaws, the positives outweigh the negatives. I'll definitely go back next time I don't have the kids with me. Let the kids take their girlfriends there themselves in the future!"

"I chose Raffles Hotel based on everyone's reviews, and while I knew it was good, I didn't expect it to be this amazing! I won't even go into how beautiful the Lingshui Clear Water Bay beach is, where the hotel is located. Let's just talk about the hotel itself. The environment is truly superb, with tasteful landscaping and decorative details. The service is even more incredible. From check-in to turndown service, and even the little details provided on the beach and by the pool, Raffles' service standards are miles above other hotels. Thank you, Raffles Hotel, for such a wonderful stay, and for adding so many beautiful memories to our family trip to Lingshui! I hope we can meet again in the near future!"

"Facilities: This new hotel offers a comfortable environment and excellent hygiene. The semi-buffet breakfast is fantastic with a wide variety of options. I also tried several Japanese restaurants, afternoon tea, and Western restaurants, and every single one was delicious and didn't disappoint. I stayed for two nights and still wished I could have stayed longer. Our butler, Winnie, provided incredibly thoughtful service, was quick to respond, and always accommodated our requests. I'll definitely be back!"

"I stayed here last year on June 22nd. It was a brand new hotel then, and while the hardware and facilities were indeed excellent, the service was noticeably lacking, leaving me with a mediocre impression. My son, however, couldn't stop thinking about Sanyue zheng, so at his strong insistence, I 'reluctantly' booked two nights again this year, just for him. The day before check-in (I missed the call) and on the day of arrival, the hotel called to confirm our arrival time, number of guests, room type, and to arrange a butler service beforehand. This time, our assigned butler, Tiantian, was incredibly attentive. She messaged us at noon (afternoon) and in the evening to inquire about our plans, needs, and to offer warm reminders. She was always responsive to our requests, incredibly quick, and had a wonderful attitude. My son absolutely adored Auntie Tiantian! Upon check-in, we received heart-shaped rabbit cookies, and upon check-out, we even got a heart-shaped rabbit plushie as a souvenir. This stay truly showed me that the hotel is genuinely dedicated to providing a great experience. The door from the G floor to the fountain, which was manual last year, is now a sensor door. The path to the go-karts, which was there last year, has been replaced with a newly built wooden boardwalk. New additions this year include a reptile park, a fun animal farm, equestrian activities, and a sports park – all things that weren't there last year. This gave us a different experience and kept things from feeling stale or boring. The sky glass pool is beautiful, and the scenery is fantastic. Two large screens on either side were showing the World Cup football matches, bringing joy to a dad who was 'reluctantly' accompanying his son for a swim. Before, I was hesitant to stay at Sanyue zheng again, but now I'm already looking forward to booking a full sea-view room and a family room for our next stay. On this Sanya trip, I chose three hotels: a 270-degree sea-view room, a villa with a pool, and the Sanyue zheng landscape two-bedroom suite. My son's favorite was still Sanyue zheng! A wonderful trip also requires an attentive butler. I even received a warm greeting from 'Tiantian' after landing in Shanghai. You were the most beautiful 'surprise' of my trip!"

"Our family trip with kids was amazing in the park view twin room! The room offered an excellent view, allowing us to enjoy the spectacular fireworks and drone show right from the fireworks viewing platform. Our butler, Xiao Zou, provided thoughtful and attentive service, responding promptly to all our requests and arranging everything perfectly. He contacted us in advance about our arrival time and kept track of room availability, so we had a room ready immediately after check-in. He also went above and beyond to handle special requests. We spent three days and two nights exploring Ocean Kingdom, and even got to experience the Miyazaki-themed train. The facilities were complete and clean, the environment was beautiful, and the overall experience was fantastic. It's truly ideal for family trips with children, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again next time! Everything was perfectly arranged!"

"Highly recommend the pool access room on the first floor of Wyndham Hainan Clearwater Bay Resort. We paid to upgrade at the front desk, and it was great value for money for a family trip. The balcony leads directly to the pool, so you can just step out and jump in. Most guests are families with kids, so the atmosphere is very relaxed. It also included a 2-hour paddleboard experience. The room was spacious and came with a baby bathrobe, kids' toiletries, and the service was very responsive. The hotel has several pools, but my favorite was the 11th-floor rooftop infinity pool with amazing sea views. You can feel the sea breeze and listen to music while admiring the entire blue ocean. In the evening, a dip in the pool is refreshing and therapeutic. The restaurant food was good too, and the pineapple ice is definitely worth trying. For families on a budget who want an easy and fun trip with kids, this is a no-brainer."

"Facilities: The facilities are a bit dated, but overall I'm quite satisfied. The room is spacious, and each room comes with its own private pool. You can ask the hotel to turn on the circulation system. Hygiene: The hygiene is generally good. There are mosquito coils and repellent in the room, as there tend to be more mosquitoes. Environment: The overall environment is very private and has a resort-like feel. There are many trees, and it's quite tranquil. The overall decor is very exquisite. Service: The overall service level is decent. The first day's service was the best, but in the subsequent two days, the wait time for the buggy was quite long."

"Facilities: One of the reasons I chose Indigo was because it's a new hotel with a stylish and artistic decor. Plus, the pool has a lazy river and a water play area, which is really fun and perfect for kids! It turned out to be an excellent choice, even better than I expected. Both the adults and kids had a fantastic time, and it truly felt like a vacation. Cleanliness: The hotel was very clean, both in the public areas and the guest rooms. The entire hotel had a pleasant fragrance, which I loved. Housekeeping was also very prompt. Service: Before my trip, I often saw complaints on Xiaohongshu about Indigo's service being poor. However, our actual experience was quite good. Every staff member we encountered was lovely; they always greeted us kindly. A staff member contacted me the day before check-in to ask about our estimated arrival time. We wanted to arrive before a typhoon hit, so we got there a little before noon and were able to check in smoothly. Our room was already ready. Danny was very responsive and helpful via WeChat. On our last day, they even tried to help us request a late check-out. There was turn-down service every night, which was a thoughtful touch. The day before check-out, they even brought us some delicious mini cakes. Food: Breakfast ends at 11 AM, which is perfect for us late risers, and it was genuinely delicious! There were many Hainanese specialties, and they even had fried ice cream at breakfast, which my daughter absolutely loved. We all enjoyed our breakfast every day. Overall, we absolutely loved this hotel. Having visited Sanya several times, this is definitely my favorite. If I come back, I'd most likely choose to stay here again!"

"This stay far exceeded my expectations! The sea view was absolutely stunning, and the room was spotlessly clean. The Heavenly Bed mattress was just the right firmness, and the air conditioning was quiet and cooled quickly. The bedside clock radio/speaker and USB charging ports were very practical. The blackout curtains, the wet/dry separated bathroom, stable hot water pressure, and the pleasantly scented toiletries were all great. The furniture felt high-quality, and the Wi-Fi speed was excellent. Plus, they offered free garment steamer and baby item rentals – such thoughtful details. The public areas were fantastic too: the lobby was spacious and comfortable, the elevators were fast and clean, signage was clear, and security was top-notch. Parking was convenient. The breakfast restaurant was clean and uncrowded, with window seats offering sea views, creating a relaxed dining atmosphere. The infinity pool was perfect for photos, and the gym had a good range of well-maintained equipment. Our concierge, Kelly, was responsive and efficient in resolving any issues. The location was also convenient for getting around, not far from Monkey Island and the commercial district. Overall, the value for money was outstanding, and I would definitely choose to stay here again!"

"We stayed at Aloha Clearwater Bay Lingshui with our two kids for a self-driving trip, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations! The room was spacious, and the balcony was huge with a comfortable view. The independent bathroom was clean and tidy. For families driving, I have to commend the parking lot. There are plenty of spaces, and they even have charging stations, which is super convenient for electric vehicles. The family-friendly amenities were a real surprise. With indoor and outdoor kids' clubs, a water park, and a pet park, there were so many activities. It was highly engaging; we stayed for two days straight, and the kids found something new to do every day and never got bored. From the hotel, it's just a short walk downstairs to Clearwater Bay's ”singing beach,” perfect for digging in the sand and tide-pooling. Both Xincun Night Market and Wanfu Night Market are nearby, making it easy to find food, and ordering takeout was also convenient! This place is perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable family vacation. We'll definitely choose it again next time we're in Clearwater Bay. Highly recommended!"
