"The room was very good, and I had to give up the direct upgrade. The front desk and everyone in the hotel were very nice and enthusiastic. Because it was my first time there with a child, they enthusiastically recommended every place to visit to me. "Pros: The location is excellent. Our balcony faced the lighthouse, offering beautiful views of the first morning sun. There were many people fishing on the cliffside beach at night, and we fell asleep to the sound of the waves. Cons: 1. The facilities are outdated, leftover from when it was a Wyndham hotel. The hairdryer definitely needs an upgrade as it overheats quickly. The disposable slippers were of poor quality, and I wouldn't dare wear the shower slippers. 2. There are very few amenities nearby; it's quite secluded."

"A great place with a view, especially the 7th-floor terrace balcony. It's quiet and private, overlooking the night view of Haitang Bay. The uncle who drives the golf cart is super enthusiastic, chatting warmly with us every time we went in or out, and even offering rides to nearby restaurants. A small suggestion: it would be nice to provide the uncle with a table and chair by the entrance, so he can rest and work comfortably and respectfully."

"It's a fairly new hotel with beautiful public areas, but the room details aren't great. The hygiene is quite good. Being a new hotel, the staff are also quite new, with many interns, so their less-than-perfect reception skills are understandable. There are many activities for children, and the staff are quite young. The outdoor pool isn't heated, so it can be a bit cold to swim in during winter, but you can still swim in the afternoon. A big shoutout to the young man with glasses driving shuttle bus #03 – he had the best attitude. Honestly, I don't understand this hotel; how can it be so far from the lobby to all the different buildings?! But then again, it's not expensive and it's new, so never mind."

"Agile community offers a decent guesthouse/hotel that's close to the sea. The front desk provides some complimentary items, but some are only single servings, like coffee and ice cream. While the service is fine, having just one portion of food items seems a bit unbalanced, haha. The commercial street is convenient, but prices at some shops are even noticeably higher than in Haitang Bay. For example, a classic McDonald's trio that usually costs 30 is sold for 54 here. McDonald's and Starbucks are usually good benchmark brands for comparison. In this regard, even though staying in Lingshui might offer better value for money generally, it's worth considering the daily expenses if you opt for a high-value regular hotel. From this perspective, for family travel, choosing a surrounding five-star hotel might actually offer better value in comparison."

"What truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service from Helen at the front desk. When I checked in, Helen was incredibly friendly and efficient. She quickly got me settled into my room, and proactively informed me about the hotel facilities and hot spring operating hours. It made me feel welcome and at ease right from the start. What impressed me even more was overhearing her assist another guest with a billing inquiry while I was waiting. "Our experience was fantastic, and we're already planning to come back next year! As soon as we arrived, they upgraded our room, and all the staff were incredibly warm and polite – the service was truly exceptional. The room itself was beautiful, though January was a bit chilly, so we could only brave the pool for a short while before getting too cold. Luckily, the hot tub saved the day! The bedding and towels in the room were very comfortable, and the shower was great too. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, but the absolute highlight was a sliced bread called 'braided bread' – it was incredibly delicious! Please pass on our compliments to the baker! There's an underground parking garage, and the beach is wonderfully quiet with nice waves, though swimming and surfing aren't permitted. The outdoor environment is stunning, especially at night with the beautiful lights and large trees. The heated pool was a comfortable temperature, and the underwater jet propulsion system, while a bit pricey, was a lot of fun. The only minor quibble is that the gym felt a bit old and neglected, and the ropes definitely need some lubrication. But this is a very small imperfection in an otherwise wonderful stay."

"An amazing stay at the Hyatt Regency Fuli Ocean Park Lingshui! You can watch the fireworks from the park, and it's just a 5-minute walk to Ocean Park with quick entry privileges. Super convenient to head back to the hotel when you're tired. The outdoor pool has a fantastic tropical vibe, and the kids absolutely loved the bubble party in the splash pool. Hebbe provided excellent and attentive service. Breakfast offered a rich variety, including Hainanese specialties. Everything from the facilities to the service was top-notch. I live on the 6th floor, the top floor, and there is a huge cockroach in the corner of the balcony, haha. The swimming pool downstairs is quite big. On Saturdays, there is a bubble fight. The water on the beach downstairs is made of real glass, and there are warnings everywhere that it is strictly prohibited to go into the sea, but you can go into the sea. It's okay, and there is also a meal. A complimentary dinner is a bad review. The parent-child room must be for more than three people, and the staple food is not enough. "The front desk staff were very welcoming and thoughtfully arranged a ground-floor room for us, as we're older, saving us the hassle of climbing stairs. The room was spacious and clean, and right off the balcony was the stunning 'Glass Sea' – sitting on the balcony chair was incredibly relaxing! Dinner was a bit underwhelming, but that's understandable given we were on an island. The room rate included boat tickets and unlimited access to the sightseeing buggy, which offered great value for money. Boundary Island is truly beautiful; I'll definitely come back and stay a couple more days next time."

The overall decoration is very stylish. I heard from the housekeeper that this is the owner's own house, so the decoration design and materials are very carefully selected. It is very different from other B&Bs that are rented out. The housekeeper contacted us by phone shortly after we placed the order. We booked the cheapest price and upgraded it when we checked in. Any questions during the stay were responded to in a timely manner. The overall service experience was great~ Before coming here, I was worried about whether it would be inconvenient to eat, but when I arrived, I found that my worries were completely unnecessary. The hotel provided a Hainan-style rice noodle breakfast, which was simple but fully met the needs. There was also Hainan-style afternoon tea. If you want to dine in the hotel, you can also make a reservation in advance with the butler. In general, during the stay, you can fully meet various needs without leaving the hotel, and the experience is not inferior to that of a high-star hotel! When I checked in, I saw models taking photos. The housekeeper told me that they also had some water sports experiences. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time this time, so I’ll just leave it for next time. I’ll definitely come again if I have the chance!

FFAYECHEN.After exploring countless attractions in Sanya, we decided to switch gears to Lingshui for a relaxing staycation and chose the Raffles Clearwater Bay for two nights. The butler contacted us the day before via phone to exchange contact information. Upon check-in, we were warmly greeted with a thoughtful glass of orange juice. Our butler, Diana, pleasantly surprised us by upgrading our Sea-view Twin room at Tianhaiju to a Sea-view Suite at Lanhaibay, and because there were three of us, she also arranged for an extra complimentary breakfast. It was a delightful surprise! The suite was located on a high floor in the Bali wing, spanning nearly 200 square meters. The balcony offered a direct view of the Freedom Lighthouse, a filming location for 'Lost in the Stars,' and overlooked the entire Clearwater Bay. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night was a unique experience. The minibar had a good variety of soft drinks, including Voss and Perrier. Mosquito repellent and medicated oil were also provided. The bathroom featured a Dyson dark gold hairdryer, and while the toiletries were less common brands, the toothpaste had a subtle, pleasant pear scent worth mentioning. The hotel boasts five dining outlets, including bars. The 'Long Le Bar' offered an enchanting evening ritual accompanied by Steinway piano music, creating a wonderful ambiance. The 'Shadi Village Seafood Buffet' was decent, and the hot pot was delicious, though it was quite windy by the sea. The 'Baiwei Cantonese Restaurant' served exquisite and tasty dishes, and as an Accor member, I received a 10% discount and could charge it to my room. Due to time constraints, we didn't get to try the other two restaurants. The overall design is a Southeast Asian estate style, with expansive, garden-like grounds. Every corner of the hotel offered a picturesque view. The 'Sky Gate,' 'Fengyu Gate,' and 'Lagoon Pool' were all excellent spots for photoshoots. A special shout-out to Angela, Pulong, and Zeng Lingquan from Platinum Photography within the hotel for their incredibly dedicated and responsible service. Other facilities included a gym fully equipped with Technogym equipment. There's also a 'Dragon Pavilion/Raffles Club' for villa guests to enjoy afternoon tea. The 'hui'-shaped conference center was beautiful, and the children's center, wedding chapel, and surf shop were all well-appointed. In summary, while Raffles Clearwater Bay opened in 2013 and shows some age, it has been remarkably well-maintained and renovated. Both the tiles and wooden floors had a wonderfully smooth texture. The staff were polite and enthusiastic, with most greeting us with a nod and a smile. The manager also handled any issues with grace. For those looking for a resort getaway in Sanya, this is definitely an excellent choice.

GGuest UserI stayed at the Sanyue for three nights. Honestly, I came for a family trip, but compared to Haitang Bay, there was a significant drop in quality. The hotel's decor, especially in the public areas, wasn't really my style. It felt quite a bit behind international five-star chains, though the room decor itself was actually pretty good. The hotel beach is quite narrow and has a slope, but the waves aren't big, so it's good for playing, and there are lots of interesting things to find. Getting around by taxi is very convenient, and it's not far from the highway exit. There's a Haitang Town behind the hotel with a few dining options. We also had a meal on the 20th floor of the hotel; the portions were small, but the taste was decent. Breakfast was pretty standard, and with more people recently, we had to queue. The staff were all very enthusiastic, always helping to open car doors and handle luggage when we got in and out of taxis. The go-karts were fun. However, the water park not being heated needs to be reconsidered. Also, the heated rooftop pool is too small, though it might be fine in the summer. Overall, I really didn't expect my child (first grader) to be uninterested in the water park, which made the overall experience less enjoyable. A taxi to Fenjiezhou Island costs around 200 RMB, and to Lingshui Station about 100 RMB. So, the location isn't very friendly if you don't have a car. It's probably more suitable for younger children.

GGuest UserWe originally just planned to stay the night, but ended up not leaving the hotel at all! We had a full two-day hotel vacation, with so much to do and eat – it had everything! It was raining the morning we checked in, so we went straight to the hotel. Even though check-in wasn't until the afternoon, we were able to store our luggage and complete the paperwork. Our child immediately went to the 4000㎡ V Park and had a blast all morning, burning off tons of energy. For lunch, we chose the hotel restaurant's group deal, and I have to say, the food was delicious and highly recommended, though the portions were a bit small, just enough for two adults and one child. Around midday, our butler, Taozi, let us know our room was ready. Without even asking, we were upgraded to a sea-view room! Watching the sunrise from the balcony was absolutely amazing! The accommodation was also very comfortable, extremely clean, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk service was great and check-in was fast. And Taozi, our butler, was so thoughtful! 😊😊

CCCRCHThe hotel is near the railway station and the beautiful river walk. No English but friendly understanding. Huge room new and neat. First day I got lost when a street vegetable man would drive me on his tuktuk so to call near the hotel From where I called and the hotel receptionist came to take me back to the hotel. All for free The next day I took a long bus ride to the monkey beach and endless long beautiful beach in a special place on the sea. With fun Chinese met in the bus. Asking the bus driver if there would be a restaurant he offered me his company lunch parcels or a full healthy lunch. Free . On the way back I found the hotel on my self and the friendly family was all smiling that I was back all alone and happy. Next to the hotel I enjoyed the best fish soup ever. So I recommend this hotel in Lingshui. Which has a bridge built like a huge ship new and no motor just for pedestrians. Upload Fotos does not work.

GGuest UserThe view across from the hotel is amazing! Opening the window this morning to a lake view was truly delightful. I don't know the name of the lake, but it's definitely beautiful. The hotel's location is great; there's everything you could want for eating, drinking, and entertainment. Surprisingly, they even have a BaWang ChaJi (a popular tea brand) here! I've never seen one in Yingzhou before. This is my first time staying at this hotel, recommended by a friend. And it truly lives up to my friend's description: excellent service, beautiful scenery, and convenient parking—there are parking spaces in front and a large parking lot in the back. The rooms are also very spacious, and the price is reasonable.

AAnonymous UserThe room is quite nice, large enough with plenty of space for activities. The room is very clean and the facilities are new. The location is easy to find. It is very close to the seaside. You can also see part of the sea from the room. It is very close to the night market Monkey Island. It’s so convenient! I would like to praise the little girl at the front desk of the lobby. She called in advance and asked them to help reserve a parking space after 10pm. After getting it done, the patient service attitude throughout the whole process was very good, and every need was met! Very satisfied. Unfortunately, I only stayed in Lingshui for one day. I hope the boss will reward this little girl after reading the information.

A newly renovated B&B. There is another one next door that is also owned by the owner. The decoration style is very good, but there is no elevator. If there are elderly people living there, you can consider staying in the building next door (with an elevator). The road facing the street is a bit narrow and the road surface is not very good. B&B The space at the entrance is only enough to park two cars. If you are a novice driver, it is better to park in a parking space on the roadside and then walk in. The other side of the hotel is facing the sea, and there is a swimming pool and free sea catching tools downstairs. The interior decoration style of the room is very refreshing, but the water pressure is not enough. Overall, it's great. If you have a budget, it's recommended to choose a sea view room first for a full experience.
