GGuest UserThe room was upgraded for free, the breakfast was healthy and delicious, and the facilities were good. The most important swimming pool is great. In the morning, I watched the hotel staff carefully clean the swimming pool for almost 2 hours, and then went in for a happy swim. The sea and sky were all the same color, lawns, woods, beaches, and sea water. Compared to the kind of seaside villas with unobstructed views , the progressive depth of different landscapes, and the sense of envelopment brought by the mountains and the sea, let people blend into the embrace of nature in a very safe state, and return to the most authentic state,,, through the woods When I saw the local people sitting or standing on the rocks on the seaside in the distance, Zheng Zhihua's sailors instantly came to my mind. The freedom and power shown in this picture will also become a kind of spiritual nourishment that will nourish the future. Life, this is one of the meanings of travel.

GGuest UserA great stay experience. I hastily decided to come to Lingshui for only one day. When we checked in, the housekeeper was very enthusiastic and took us to the place where we stayed. Although it was a hot summer day, it was beautiful as soon as we opened the door. With the sea view and the sea breeze, it is indeed more comfortable to sit on the balcony and watch the sea. The location is also very good, very close to the seaside, and there are small animals to feed. The quality of the sea water and beach here is not inferior to that of Madai. It's a pity that the time is too short and the children haven't had enough fun yet. There will be only next time.

GGuest UserThis is my first time staying at the Raffles with my child, even though I've been to Clear Water Bay so many times. It really lives up to its reputation as a classic five-star hotel; the environment and room aesthetics were consistently top-notch, making our holiday incredibly comfortable! It feels like they recently renovated their facilities, and I'm so happy they finally have new hair dryers! 🥲
I absolutely have to give a huge shoutout to our dedicated butler, Wendy! 🥳 She was incredibly attentive before and after our check-in, responding super fast to all our requests, big and small. She remembered even the smallest things we mentioned in passing. She's thoughtful, lively, and her service was proactive and heartwarming. I'm still thinking about Wendy's attentive care after checking out. Next time I come back to Raffles, I'll definitely be looking for this amazing butler again!
I'll choose Raffles again next time with my child; the facilities are very well maintained, which gives me great peace of mind. 😘

Xxiao06101. The room is definitely the highlight of this hotel. It features a modern Italian design, and the blue luxury stone tabletop is particularly unique. The room comes with excellent amenities and facilities. The toiletries seem to be the hotel's own brand. Additionally, extras like a Dyson hairdryer, a built-in bidet toilet (rather than just an add-on seat), and extra mouthwash ensure that even a standard room offers some of the best hardware experiences in all of Hainan right now.
2. The hotel's breakfast was decent. There was a good variety of Western options, but fewer Chinese dishes. We all agreed that the special blend drink, 'Coconut Grove Fragrance,' and the Baoluo noodles with fermented vinegar were the best items. The fact that breakfast is served until 12 PM is a must-have for a resort hotel and definitely deserves praise. However, many of the pastries and breads became soft and unappetizing after 11 AM.
3. The hotel offers a butler service who contacts you in advance. If you answer the secret code correctly, you get a complimentary gift. They're good at fulfilling personalized requests, which was a big plus. Our butler, Winnie, met all our personalized needs, providing great convenience and emotional value. Furthermore, about 70% of the staff I encountered actively greeted guests, and roughly 20% were warm and smiling. It would be a significant improvement if service could shift from reactive to proactive. Of course, these issues aren't exclusive to Kimpton; they're common in many five-star and ultra-luxury hotels in China, and there's still much room for improvement compared to neighboring Southeast Asian countries.
4. The public areas aren't particularly large overall, but they have everything you need. The lawn is well-maintained, and the pool is relatively clean. There's also a gym, experiential activities, a children's play area, travel photography services, an internet café, and more. I tried a few of the experiences, like the luxurious internet café, which was quite good, but the prices were significantly higher than outside, making them not very cost-effective.
5. The hotel is about a 5-minute drive from the county town and approximately a 27-30 minute drive from Sanya Haitang Bay Duty-Free City.
6. Compared to other hotels in Hainan in the 2000+ price range, this hotel achieves a good overall balance in terms of rooms, service, dining, public area design, maintenance,配套 experiential offerings, and price. Versus many hotels that have been open for over ten years, its newness is a major advantage, not just in hardware, but also in its aesthetic, experience, and ambiance that align with current trends. I believe it's a hotel worth revisiting.

GGuest UserHuge thanks to our butler, Tiantian, for upgrading our room every day! The ocean view from our 15th-floor balcony was absolutely stunning and so relaxing! I travel a lot with my kids and have dealt with many hotel butlers, but Tiantian truly stands out with her incredible thoughtfulness. She went above and beyond with our daily activity planning and arrangements – it felt so personalized, not just a standard template. Thumbs up! 👍🏻
The hotel beach is famous for collecting seashells, and we spent two days there with the little one. I even saw people taking taxis just to come here for shelling! We also enjoyed a lazy afternoon on a hammock under the trees by the beach. There are plenty of other activities around too; I saw someone with a whole cooler full of fish from beach fishing.
The hotel has numerous pools, so there's something for all ages. The infinity pool on the fifth floor even has a jacuzzi at the end and a sauna. The buffet was delicious and bountiful, especially the desserts – they were fantastic! My only slight regret was the absence of crab.
I must mention how incredibly soundproof the hotel is. You can tell by the thick sliding glass door to the balcony. I didn't hear any of last night's thunder and only realized it had rained when I saw people online talking about being woken up by it. As someone who usually struggles to sleep, I slept wonderfully! I had seen some negative reviews online and was a bit nervous, but thankfully, our experience was fantastic! I'll definitely be back if I get the chance and will recommend it to friends. A big thank you to Tiantian for her attentive care these past few days! 👍🏻

I blindly chose this Hilton Garden Inn for our family vacation in Hainan, and it was absolutely divine! The entire experience was flawless, so I have to write a heartfelt review and strongly recommend it to all families with kids!
**Brand New Hotel, Top-Notch Quality**
The hotel is sparkling new and clean, with a modern and luxurious design. There's absolutely no new-decoration smell. From the lobby to the rooms, every detail is exquisitely crafted. The blue and white ocean theme is incredibly soothing and perfect for photos! The facilities, bedding, and bathroom amenities are all premium brands, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay.
**Excellent Child-Friendly Details, Stress-Free Parenting**
Truly designed for young children!
* All wall and table corners are protected with anti-collision strips, so kids can run around barefoot without worrying about bumps.
* There are different themed parent-child activities every day: crafts, story time, beach games, and mini-classes – the kids were fully engaged throughout.
* A kids' pool, children's play area, and all essential parent-child amenities are available. Cribs and baby gates are provided free of charge.

You get to enjoy Capella-level sea views and beaches at an affordable price – the value for money is incredible. Watching the sunset and collecting seashells by the sea in the evening was so relaxing and enjoyable!
For a family vacation in Hainan, you can't go wrong with this hotel. The facilities, service, child-friendly details, and location are all top-tier. Our entire family was extremely satisfied, and it's already on our list for a second visit!

GGuest UserI traveled with my best friend and stayed at the hotel for two days, so I wanted to write a proper review. We didn't do any research before choosing Xiangshui Bay; we just picked this hotel when we saw it. We drove there ourselves, which was convenient. The hotel is about 700-800 meters from the street, located in a villa area. The butler had informed us of our license plate number beforehand, as other cars aren't allowed in this area. Upon entering the villa area, I was struck by how large it was, but it felt a bit deserted. The check-in area wasn't what I expected. Having stayed at Raffles Hotel before, I assumed it would be similar, but there were only two young men there to greet us. However, I must say that the two men who greeted us were incredibly patient, and they should have upgraded my room for free—it was a whopping 500 square meters! After check-in, the butler took us to our room, and wow, it was huge! It took several minutes to get there in the sightseeing vehicle. Now, let's talk about the hotel itself. For this price, the room was excellent value. While the hotel facilities weren't particularly new, they were comprehensive and very comfortable. We had such a pleasant stay that we didn't want to leave. The butler was always available, which was wonderful. The hotel's public areas were a bit messy, perhaps due to the heavy rain, but the overall scenery was nice. I wasn't very satisfied with the food; breakfast wasn't a buffet. The hotel has its own restaurant, but it seemed rather empty. It's better to eat outside the hotel; the seafood restaurant across the street is particularly delicious, with great taste and reasonable prices. For those who prefer a quieter atmosphere, this is a great place. Renting a car would be more convenient, as it's quite far from the hotel. I would definitely bring friends here again next time. ✌️

It is clean and tidy and looks very comfortable. The hotel's service is very considerate and attentive. The smiling service throughout the stay gives people a feeling of returning home. The most important thing is that it is only a two-minute walk from the beach! ! ! There is a food court a few hundred meters away from the hotel. It is close to the scenic spot and is very convenient to enter and exit. There are also small electric stoves for rent near the hotel. There is no pressure to travel. Parking is free. Recommended! ! !

GGuest UserThe hotel environment is very private, the pool is beautiful, the sunshine on the beach is lovely, and the hotel service is superb. The gentle sound of water from the central circular fountain is especially pleasant.
The hotel's photo shoot service was absolutely amazing. The photos turned out so well, I couldn't resist buying them! Photographer Da Bai was incredibly attentive to detail and provided patient guidance. Erlong, who helped with photo selection, gave excellent advice and there was no pushy sales. I highly recommend the hotel's photo shoot service; it was truly worth it.
Special thanks to our butler, Monica, for her thoughtful care and excellent service. She even arranged a birthday cake and flowers for my partner's birthday!

PPCh€nPretty good service apartment with a solid sea view. One of the balcony is converted into a bedroom, you literally wake up to the seaview. The surf shop double up as a front desk. Communication was easy. The toilet had an awkward translucent panel which was not fully covered by the blinds. More suited for couples, less so for families and friends. Overall, a good apartment within walking distance to several eateries next door.
