The hotel was booked on the last day of the Hainan trip. The hotel room was clean and the breakfast was rich in variety. The children especially liked the hotel's swimming pool and had a lot of fun. The hotel is in a very nice location as you have the beach, pier with lighthouse and boat harbour right on your door step. The room was clean and modern with good aircon. Good selection for breakfast items. Three swimming pools to choose from with loungers . The hotel could do with focusing on attention to detail and customer service to reach their stated 5 star rating. However the Overall the experience was good.
