From the moment you enter the hotel area, you will feel that it is a relatively independent and private environment. The overall decoration is very stylish. I heard from the housekeeper that this is the owner's own house, so the decoration design and materials are very carefully selected. It is very different from other B&Bs that are rented out.
The housekeeper contacted us by phone shortly after we placed the order. We booked the cheapest price and upgraded it when we checked in. Any questions during the stay were responded to in a timely manner. The overall service experience was great~
Before coming here, I was worried about whether it would be inconvenient to eat, but when I arrived, I found that my worries were completely unnecessary. The hotel provided a Hainan-style rice noodle breakfast, which was simple but fully met the needs. There was also Hainan-style afternoon tea. If you want to dine in the hotel, you can also make a reservation in advance with the butler. In general, during the stay, you can fully meet various needs without leaving the hotel, and the experience is not inferior to that of a high-star hotel!
When I checked in, I saw models taking photos. The housekeeper told me that they also had some water sports experiences. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time this time, so I’ll just leave it for next time. I’ll definitely come again if I have the chance!

DDuoheduoheDuring my second trimester and after the holidays, I chose the well-established Raffles Clear Water Bay from three highly-rated hotels in Lingshui: Indigo, Kimpton, and Raffles.
The Raffles, opened in 2013, has recently undergone renovations. The lawns are meticulously maintained, and the palm trees, unaffected by Typhoon Bolaven at the end of September, are thriving.
The day before check-in, our butler, Andy, contacted us to confirm our arrival time and helped reserve a scenic spot for us at the Disha Village beach buffet (a buffet right by the beach, with freshly grilled lobster and steak, and even a Zao Po Cu hotpot – the ambiance under the moonlight and lanterns was incredible. Make sure to book your spot with your butler a day in advance). On the day of check-in, he personally greeted us, enthusiastically explained the check-in procedures, and even tested the water temperature for us when showing us to our private pool room. Knowing that I had a bad cold due to the temperature change from Beijing to Hainan, he also arranged for extra bottled water and tissue packs. This was my first impression of Raffles' thoughtful service.
Every Tuesday to Sunday evening from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM, the West Reception Hall hosts Raffles' traditional 'Night Ritual.' While listening to the century-old stories told by the Steinway piano, you can also savor the world-renowned 'Singapore Sling' cocktail from Singapore Raffles and the Clear Water Bay limited edition Sling. Andy happened to be the host that evening, and because he knew I was pregnant, he prepared an alcohol-free fruit juice for me – a wonderful touch of detail.
Regarding the private pool room type: Unless you're really set on a private pool, I wouldn't recommend it. The privacy isn't great; passersby can clearly see into the room from the shrubs behind. The floor-to-ceiling sliding doors facing the pool, which are the only source of natural light, often need to have the curtains completely drawn (the sheer curtains only provide shade). The room is very suitable for rest, but on the other hand, even with all the overhead lights and lamps on, it's quite dim. I somewhat regret not taking the front desk's advice to upgrade to the Scenic Bay Sea View Suite.

GGuest UserWe wanted to convey our feelings after our stay at the Sangem Moon Hotel. It was one of the best holidays we have had, and we were most of the hotels 5* in Sanya. Starting with the service, a big round of applause for Lily from the reception, who took care of us from the very beginning. She took care of us every day so that we did not lack anything. Also a huge thank you to the hotel manager. A new hotel with beautiful apartments with a wonderful view of the sea. Breakfasts are incredibly delicious, made for the customer. Fresh juices, cookies, omelettes, Chinese soups and various specialties made us not want to go out. We gained a lot 😂😂😂 of weight. Infiniti pools on the 21st and 5th floors. A paradise for kids, swimming pools and a small aqua park made the time pass very quickly, and most importantly, the beautiful beach and direct descent to the sea were impressive 👍❤️. We heartily recommend it to everyone, and we will definitely come back there.

As a new fan of the Indigo brand, my stay at the Indigo Sanya Clear Water Bay completely revolutionized my perception of a vacation! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by the ”ocean jewelry store” design language – pearl chandeliers like falling stars, furniture in a blue and white coral palette intertwined with Li ethnic rattan weaving techniques. Every detail spoke of the Tanka people's millennia-old wisdom of ”coexistence between land and sea.” But what touched me most was the meticulous care from my butler, Sigrid: from proactively upgrading me to a full sea-view room before check-in to promptly booking various activities, her service was as warm and healing as the sea breeze.
Opening the window revealed the magnificent 12-kilometer glass-like sea. Inside the 48㎡ full sea-view room, a KingKoil mattress and Dyson hairdryer spoke of luxury, while blue and white patterned bathrobes and tea-scented toiletries added a local touch. Breakfast at the restaurant in the morning was a delight for the taste buds; in the evening, I waited for the sunset by the infinity pool, where the silhouettes of the distant yacht club and the sound of waves intertwined into a poem.
Special thanks to Indigo and Sigrid for unlocking such a surprising experience for me. If there's any regret, it's only the reluctance to leave this hidden gem, a secret haven that blends ocean poetry with human warmth. 🌟

Facilities: Opened in 2023, all facilities are brand new and more than sufficient. The reading area deserves a special mention; it's very quiet, and the design and furniture combination make it incredibly pleasant. You could easily spend an afternoon there with a book.
Cleanliness: Very clean, and the bed was super comfortable.
Environment: The hotel itself is very quiet, and it wasn't crowded, which I loved. It's right on the beach, and there are many dining options nearby, all within a 10-minute drive.
Service: Everyone greeted us with a smile and proactively, making us feel right at home.
Breakfast: While the variety wasn't huge, every item was high quality. The noodle soup was delicious; my child and I had two bowls each, two days in a row.

The manager, Stanley, was very professional and ready to help when we needed it.
The sea view is the best I've had in Hainan. I came to this hotel again mainly for the view. You can even hear the waves from the room and see the stars at night.
Many people complain about the breakfast in the comment section, but it's not bad at all. There's different kinds of fruit, bread, coffee, eggs and write a few other dishes. It's definitely not five star, but my girlfriend and I (she's Chinese and I'm Canadian) enjoyed a long breakfast every morning.
There's barely ever anybody on the beach and it's okay to go for dip in the sea, but you're technically not supposed to swim in it.
There's a an area about 700 meters from the hotel where you can find different restaurants.
The pool is very nice but isn't heated.
You can easily get around just walking, renting the electric bikes and calling a taxi to get to some hiking spots. We didn't find it necessary to rent a car despite being remote.
The bad:
You are technically not supposed to swim in the sea.
The pool is too cold to comfortably swim in when the weather is not hot.
The cleaning service does just an okay job on cleaning the room.
There's no really good restaurants around that we could find. Although I find this to be a problem in most areas of Hainan. There is no real variation of food.
There's no breathing in the rooms.
Bring snacks because it's hard to find food in the afternoon unless you order from the town, but then you have to wait for it to arrive and the options are limited.
There is a gym but with limited equipment.

AAleksandr IIIn June there are very few people here, for those who love silence and comfort, this is an ideal place, the beach is next to the hotel, the reception staff is great, they helped with all the questions that arose, they helped me order sneakers from poizon, when checking in, I upgraded my room for an additional fee and I was offered to look at several different rooms on different floors and in different designs. We stayed in room 1711, although the room on the 8th floor was better, but we liked the view from the balcony. It is worth noting that there are fruits within walking distance, but you will need to ride a three-wheeled motorcycle to get to the store, cafes and street food, about 10-30 yuan, if there are two of you (and a small child, you can rent a small motorcycle, you can easily get to the monkey island on it. P.s. there are often no people on the beach, you can take cool photos. If you are traveling around the island, then you can stay here for a few days, we lived 3 nights. In the park, which is illuminated across the road, almost nothing works now.

JJing wu xihow to say. . It's not bad. The lobby is magnificent, but the facilities inside are not very good. I live on the 6th floor, the top floor, and there is a huge cockroach in the corner of the balcony, haha. The swimming pool downstairs is quite big. On Saturdays, there is a bubble fight. The water on the beach downstairs is made of real glass, and there are warnings everywhere that it is strictly prohibited to go into the sea, but you can go into the sea. It's okay, and there is also a meal. A complimentary dinner is a bad review. The parent-child room must be for more than three people, and the staple food is not enough. The breakfast buffet is quite satisfactory. There is a small town one kilometer away from the hotel, which is quite convenient for eating.

A newly renovated B&B. There is another one next door that is also owned by the owner. The decoration style is very good, but there is no elevator. If there are elderly people living there, you can consider staying in the building next door (with an elevator). The road facing the street is a bit narrow and the road surface is not very good. B&B The space at the entrance is only enough to park two cars. If you are a novice driver, it is better to park in a parking space on the roadside and then walk in. The other side of the hotel is facing the sea, and there is a swimming pool and free sea catching tools downstairs. The interior decoration style of the room is very refreshing, but the water pressure is not enough. Overall, it's great. If you have a budget, it's recommended to choose a sea view room first for a full experience.
