The service was excellent. This room type was quite unique, and the 'blue hour' close to sunset was very therapeutic. The only minor issue was that the elevated indoor section connected to the terrace didn't get much AC. However, the staff were very responsive and accommodating. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. It's a shame I was in a rush and there were too many people for the noodle soup station this morning. I got to experience their newest smart room type. Due to a minor issue with a device, the front desk even kindly asked about my stay experience and offered a small gift as a token of apology when I checked out the next day. The service was truly meticulous. Every Orange hotel I've stayed at feels different, and this one definitely exceeded my expectations for the brand.

The room has a well-thought-out lighting design with soft, glare-free main lights, and the thoughtful nightlight is great for late-night trips. The bathroom is clean with a stable hot water supply, and the housekeeping is thorough. The front desk staff are friendly, the environment is quiet, and the attention to detail really enhances the stay. The facilities are fully equipped, featuring a delivery robot so you don't even need to go downstairs, as well as a coffee machine and ice maker in the lobby.

This hotel can only be described as magnificent. 1️⃣ The location is prime—just a few minutes' walk to Tiananmen Square and Wangfujing, with a subway entrance right outside the door. 2️⃣ The cleanliness is exceptional. Every corner, even the carpets, is spotless, and you can tell a lot of care has been put into it. 3️⃣ The lobby on the ground floor features numerous art pieces, resembling a small museum. 4️⃣ Although the room is not large, it is neat and well-laid-out. While the hotel has some years on it, it is well-maintained, and the facilities look very new. The complimentary minibar items were also very generous. Drawbacks: The service staff, especially a young lady at the front desk during check-in, had an inexplicable sense of arrogance—not sure what she has to be arrogant about! The rest of the staff were also rather indifferent. If the professionalism of the staff could be improved, this hotel would be even better!

I've stayed in Beijing several times, and initially, a friend booked this place for me. After a few stays, I've really grown to like it here. It's located within the 'Contemporary MOMA' complex, so it's incredibly quiet at night. The facilities are comprehensive, and both the cleanliness and environment are excellent. The staff, both the handsome guys and beautiful ladies, are also very welcoming!

My family and I chose Jen Hotel for a quick getaway during the November holiday. This is one of the most value-for-money hotels I've ever stayed in. This time, I booked a room with executive lounge access, which included breakfast, in-room breakfast delivery, and a two-person dinner at Sanwu Tang in the evening. We had a smooth check-in around 5 PM. The front desk staff asked us which direction we preferred for our room, and we chose one facing the 'Big Trousers' building (CCTV Headquarters). During check-in, the front desk also helped us book a dinner reservation at Sanwu Tang. After dropping off our luggage, we headed straight for dinner. Sanwu Tang is a buffet restaurant specializing in Beijing cuisine, offering a complete selection of local delicacies like 'baodu' (tripe), 'luzhu' (stewed offal), 'chaogan' (stir-fried liver), 'douzhi' (fermented mung bean juice), 'zhajiangmian' (fried sauce noodles), and roast duck. Of course, they also have international dishes like beef, lamb chops, and salmon sashimi. If you're a first-time visitor to Beijing and don't want to wander around the streets, you can try all these dishes in one place. Wang Yajuan, a server at the restaurant, thoughtfully explained the food stations and brought us the exclusive drinks menu for executive lounge guests, which we greatly appreciated. (Regular paying guests also have drinks, but the variety is much smaller than for executive lounge guests). This drink menu included four types of craft beer and Evian sparkling water, which instantly made the value for money skyrocket. Plus, the restaurant was filled with Beijing cultural elements, making for a very comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast on the second day was also in the style of Beijing snacks, which I loved, so I won't go into detail. By the way, the online reviews for Sanwu Tang aren't very high, but I think those low-score reviews are unfair. Because Sanwu Tang's main focus is Beijing flavors, both the style and the food are authentic Beijing local dishes. Objectively speaking, some dishes might not be well-received by non-locals, leading to low scores. But if you like these flavors, trust me, go for it with your eyes closed – you definitely won't be disappointed. I also want to mention the gym; it's the largest I've seen in any hotel I've stayed at, with the widest variety of equipment. No luxury hotel in China can compare. The staff also maintained the high service standards of a premium hotel. In summary, this is a hotel with exceptional value for money. It's located in Beijing's Guomao area, and both the service and hardware facilities are outstanding. Highly recommended! 👍

Got an upgraded room with a separate living area, a sink, and an induction cooktop – very well-equipped! The room was spacious, and the view outside was bright and open. Just be careful with the sliding doors, they can pinch. There's a self-service laundry room on B1, but for some reason, all the instructions were in Japanese, no Chinese, so it took a bit of figuring out. Everything else was great though!

Exceeded expectations! Got a free upgrade to a room in the heritage building. The room was quite spacious, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. The best part was the excellent soundproofing; despite being on a street-facing side, there was no noise whatsoever, making it perfect for rest and relaxation. The location is superb, within walking distance to the Forbidden City, Capital Theater, and the National Art Museum of China. There's also Baye Hotpot on the first basement level, and security guards (armed police) are stationed at the entrance, ensuring absolute safety. I'll definitely stay here again when I come to watch a People's Art Theater play. Highly recommended!

This stay far exceeded my expectations; it was a smooth trip with absolutely no disappointments. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation links nearby, making it easy to get to all the main business districts and attractions, significantly improving travel efficiency. The room decor was elegant and clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and all facilities were meticulously maintained. You could tell from the details how much care went into looking after everything. The front desk and service staff were friendly and attentive, responding to requests promptly and appropriately, without being overly intrusive throughout the stay. Their sense of discretion was perfectly balanced. The value for money is outstanding. Next time I'm in this area, I will definitely prioritize staying here, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

During the October Golden Week holiday, I chose the Dragon Dream Hotel in Shenyang and had a very comfortable stay. The room was bright with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering a great view. The bedding was clean and comfortable, and the room was spacious. The adjacent mall had dining options and a subway station, which was just one stop away from Zhongjie Street. There were free parking spaces available both above ground and in the basement. The front desk staff and the duty manager were always friendly and attentive. They were also helpful and met any reasonable requests. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience!

The Nangong Spring Season Hotel is a great family-oriented resort with a lot to like. Both the Chinese and Japanese restaurants had tasty food and were quick to bring our orders. The children’s playground was excellent, with a large, clean and brightly lit play area. The hotel water park was larger than I expected, although the main enclosed water park was closed. There was a significant quantity of black mould in the play area and some of the water toys were being held together with caulking, but it was serviceable. The hotel rooms were spacious and comfortable, although in dire need of maintenance. All in all our stay was great value for money and we would definitely consider returning.
