Beijing Apartments

My parents and I stayed here, thinking it would be great as it is close to a lot of the famous landmarks we were hoping to see. At the first check in, the guy who checked us in knew little bit of English and gave us two rooms on the same floor but away from each other… which is silly since I came with them, meaning I want to be near them. To the point they told us there were no more rooms and to come tomorrow. Tomorrow we were too busy to switch rooms, also they never told us at what time to come, only when we were already away from the hotel. The rooms were both very hot, AC doesn’t work, wifi very slow too. We both didn’t have windows, so as you can probably guess it was very stuffy. Apart from the closeness, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Need to compliment the service staffs here, very helpful and kind, especially Ms Su. She helped us double check our train tickets. We didn't have local number so the staffs also help to use their personal phone to do food ordering for us. We have some parcels sent to the hotel and had some issues, the frontdesk also help to talk to logistic people to arrange them to resend the correct item. All in all I will come back just for the service staffs. Located near train station which is nearby alot of attractions.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the metro, making it easy to explore the heart of Beijing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions and recommendations. My room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, which offered a mix of local and international dishes.

A truly excellent 5-star hotel (if not better) in a great location with wonderful staff in and around the premise! Of special mention is the Front Office Manager, Mr Su Yan, who quickly and tirelessly helped salvage an issue with a friend who was initially part of the booking for the Twin-room. As this friend had submitted his passport to an embassy for a visa, he couldn't check in with me. As a result, a request was made for a double bed for single occupancy which was promptly met without incurring further charges. All staff, from the front office to housekeeping, maintained their courteous smiles and greetings throughout my 4 nights/5 days stay. This included even those at the restaurant for breakfast, who were quick to usher their guests to their tables, and to promptly serve the desired beverage. Breakfast was sumptuous with a good variety of choices from Western to Chinese, and even Japanese. My room was always cleaned as soon as I left for breakfast and this made it pleasant to return to the room, to plan the outings for the day. The subway, which was within walking distance helped with getting around Beijing without the hassle of being caught up in the horrific traffic which seems to be a common feature of this city. This was truly a spendid trip staying at this gem of a hotel that I had even contemplated extending my stay for another 2 nights. However, duty beckoned me to check out to return to work. I look forward to returning to this hotel once more should the opportunity present itself and I'm hoping that it'll be sooner too!

The hotel is great and the reception is helpful and friendly. The hotel and room are well maintained and looks new. Location is great and subway MRT station is downstairs and famous pedestrian walkway beside.

Pro: - The hotel locate really close to the WangFuJing shopping street. - The staff is really helpful and attentive. They'll try to help you even they cannot speak english. - Free self-service washing machine and dryer with free detergent included. - Fitness and Kid play room available. Cons: - The air conditioner is not work well for my room. - The hotel locate really close to the pedestrian street. So, it might be difficult when you want to get a ride from DiDi. It might took sometime to get a driver. - The hotel have two side of the building. My friend's room on the otherside of mine have low water pressure.

Says it’s nearby the Dajiaoting metro but actually took around 8mins walk; and it was brutal to walk during winter. And there’s this 10lanes road to cross over which was scary cause they don’t rely much on the traffic light. This metro also not so convenient when accessing to other tourist spots, need to change few metro lines. Nothing nearby, no restaurant or convenience store, there’s a mall opposite but we can’t just cross directly since it’s a 10lanes highway. Room was small, can only open up one 24” bag at one time, bathroom was very small too. But they provide bottomless mineral water coke and sprite and small cup cut fruits, there’s also supper everyday from 8pm. Not suitable if you want to visit the tourist spots but good if you want to have a getaway retreat.

Room is clean and spacious. Housed under 1 roof in a mall with plenty of eateries, cafes and restaurants (Level 6-8) + retail outlets etc. Nothing much for housekeeping to do but inconsistencies were still observed everyday (Final Night) e.g. number of towel sets, drinking mugs not washed, empty bottles which were not from the hotel minibar list not disposed off, trash bags not replaced after emptying trash cans - Stayed so many nights with no special benefits, can’t even provide ice cubes after 10PM and have to collect them from restaurant at Level 8. - Again, fundamentals which a 5-star rated hotel should have as bare minimums.

I have generally only good things to say about my experience. The incredible upgrade from 2 rooms to an apartment was great. Breakfast buffet was included in my rate of choice, and it has one of the most amazing breakfast spreads I have seen. Location was already central and walkable mostly in mall to 2 adjacent MRT stations accessing 3 key MRT lines. I can only share one photo of 1 of the bedrooms, as the other room and my living room had my family inside. They even have fruit basket for me. My main minor gripe was that I wish they could also have provided disposable face masks that we then had to find ourselves. Face masks could help with the cold of winter that we underestimated. But all in all, it was really a great experience at Hyatt. Full marks !

This is a new hotel opened in 2024. The design is very cosy and very up class for this price paid. Located just 5 minutes away from Beijing Daxing airport, will be no problem taking graveyard hours as hotel provide 24hrs shuttle on demand. Staff are very helpful as they gave us connecting rooms at the top floor as we booked 2 rooms. Mini bar also provides with 1 coke, 1 sprite and 1 soda. 4 mineral waters and even supper coupons are given that to be used from 10pm to 12am. The room design though very classy, some designs a little odd but gotta make do with it. Checking out is a breeze and though we missed the shuttle, the staff used their large MPV to drive us personally to the airport. It can fit 5 pax and 5 luggages with no issues. All in all, am happy with the stay and it definitely met 5 stars service.
