"I spent 4 days in Beijing this trip, and for the last day, I chose this hotel located near Beijing Capital Airport. Its location is excellent, as it only takes 10 minutes to get to the airport. The hotel also offers thoughtful wake-up calls and airport transfer services, which I really appreciated. The hotel offers great value for money. Compared to the price, the environment, the stay experience, the staff's service, and all other amenities are all five-star standard. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come to Beijing in the future. Plus, this hotel even has cute alpacas 🦙, which was a super pleasant surprise!"

"The hotel was an amazing experience! as an european traveler I never expected such amazing service. Nothing was too less for them, they always wanted to make sure that everything is sorted and even issues that weren’t theirs to fix (like Taobao returns) they made sure to help. I would recommend ANYONE!!! to stay here! The location is also amazing, right next to a shopping mall."

"If they try to give you room 101, DO NOT TAKE THIS ROOM. It is right next to the front desk and the elevator and I couldn't sleep at all because of the constant stream of guests coming in late at night to check in to this love hotel. We picked the hotel because of the cute decorated rooms, which ended up being nice and fairly clean. The shower was good at least. But the bed was so loud and squeaky it was impossible for any love to happen. Also, the automatic vending machine charged me, but didn't produce any product. The front desk told me they did not have control over the machines and that I would have to contact the customer service of the machine. As I am not Chinese, this wasn't possible. He told me to go down the street to a 24 hour grocery store where I could purchase the product. When I told him I was probably going to leave a bad review then the front desk staff the next day offered to contact the vending machine customer service on my bahalf, which was nice. However, I still have not received any refund or indication that any sort of request is being processed :("

"Highly recommended! Both the front desk staff and the cleaning aunties were super friendly. The food (whether breakfast or dinner) is definitely what I'd recommend most – it's rare to find such delicious breakfast, and they even offer free late-night snacks! The location is also fantastic, within walking distance of the high-speed train station. The only minor drawback is that the hotel is located in a *hutong* (traditional alleyway), so you'll need to communicate clearly with your taxi driver. Apart from that, I truly recommend this hotel!"
