MM423289****The hotel boasts stunning views of Yanqi Lake, especially from the lakeview rooms, which offer unparalleled views. The rooms are well-equipped, the bedding is comfortable, and the stay was excellent. The staff was friendly and professional, and their response was quick, from check-in instructions to daily needs. I particularly enjoyed the hotel's cultural experience—the tea-making ceremony was full of atmosphere, with its lingering fragrance and expertly executed techniques, allowing for an immersive experience of Chinese aesthetics. Overall, the Yanbai Hotel not only boasts top-notch hardware, but also impresses with its attention to detail and service. I'd definitely return if I had the chance.

CCJ-ZFWe stayed here for three nights with our kids during the May Day holiday, and the hotel environment was quite good overall. The hot springs, hiking, movies, and sports dome were all great, and there were plenty of activities for the children. In terms of service, I felt that the vast majority of staff, about 95%, were well-trained, enthusiastic, and proactive. However, a few individual staff members lacked enthusiasm, particularly in the Chinese restaurant and at breakfast. My suggestion is for the breakfast kitchen staff to wear their masks consistently. Every morning I went, I noticed some wearing them and some not. For a hotel costing over 2000 yuan a night, there should be a certain standard. The breakfast itself was quite rich though, which I'd commend. Furthermore, for family-focused hotels, it's mainly about the kids' activities, and I felt there were too many paid options. The kids' club should be better planned with different zones, and perhaps some free activities could be organized. Compared to Club Med, this aspect definitely falls short. Over a few days, we spent almost 2,000 yuan on kids' crafts and games. Given the beautiful outdoor natural environment, some outdoor children's activities could be organized. For indoor games, perhaps a complimentary session for in-house guests could be considered, especially since it's primarily for the children. Finally, the Chinese restaurant. We ate there for all three nights. The food was genuinely delicious, but the prices were quite high for its location in Miyun. A single dish averaged around 200 yuan, and per person, it was generally over 300 yuan. The menu options were also a bit limited. I'd suggest enriching the menu and adjusting the prices slightly to offer better value for money. The hot springs, sports field, and gym are all free, but very young children generally don't use them; it's mostly adults. Taking children there still largely involves paid activities. My overall recommendation is to improve the value for money, leverage the local natural resources and unique cuisine, and organize some distinctive family activities that adults can also participate in.

KKaixinderenya! The Courtyard Two-Bedroom was truly excellent, a peaceful oasis in a bustling area. Our housekeeper, Danika, contacted us back in late September and helped us prepare delicious fruits and Forbidden City-themed desserts. The biggest surprise was the anniversary cake she arranged for us! The room was on the second floor with a fantastic view. Our family of four enjoyed watching TV in the living room – the screen mirroring was very convenient – while sipping tea and snacking on desserts. It felt so cozy and like home! Breakfast could be delivered to the room. Judy, the breakfast staff, was incredibly warm and enthusiastic, helping us take photos and showing great patience 👍. Having breakfast in the courtyard was a unique experience! Many thanks to Danika for her kind service; she responded instantly to messages and was very responsible and dedicated in her work 👍👍! The package included a spa treatment. The overall ambiance was lovely. Vivian was very meticulous, and Angela and Mary gave excellent massages!

GGuest UserThe PuXuan Hotel is in an excellent location, offering a tranquil escape from the city bustle with expansive views. It also houses Guerlain's first spa in Beijing. The in-room toiletries are a full set of Guerlain products, adding a touch of luxury. The complimentary fruit provided in the room is of excellent quality, and the bottled mineral water comes in stylish, beautifully designed packaging. Even the glassware and crockery in the minibar have a unique touch. The minibar is free, and turn-down service includes fragrant sachets – a very thoughtful detail. While I was out for dinner, my room was tidied up immaculately – excellent service! The hotel is conveniently located next to China Guardian Auctions, with a connected car park, and directly across the street from the National Art Museum of China. There's also a subway station exit right below the hotel, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel boasts two Michelin-starred restaurants, Fu Chun Ju (one star) and Le Comptoir de Pierre Gagnaire. The ambiance, breakfast spread (buffet + à la carte), and service at both are superb. They also offer complimentary experiences like a traditional Chinese sachet customization workshop and a jasmine tea tasting session, both with detailed explanations and patient service. A special thank you for the birthday cake and hand-drawn greeting card provided upon check-in, along with the welcome letter – it was a truly heartfelt gesture. Highly recommend!

TTESIA.LIUOur family had such a wonderful and relaxing vacation at the Puxun Hotel this May! The grounds are lush and green, offering refreshing views and excellent air quality. The hotel's activities, like garden tours, Sutra copying, and ancient building explanations, were plentiful and meaningful. Our kids also loved playing at the park and in the hot springs. The room amenities were comfortable, with both the shower and bathtub being very practical. The Nespresso machine and Chinese tea were thoughtful touches. The front desk service was warm and attentive, with efficient check-in and patient, detailed explanations of the activities. Overall, it was a perfect experience, highly recommended for families traveling with children!

LLeaHH.My partner and I spontaneously decided to have a staycation in Huairou, and we had an incredibly rejuvenating three-day trip on Yanqi Island! The hotel upgraded our room, which was over 60 square meters and elegantly designed. The TV screen was a bit small, but luckily, there was a great selection of movies. Since we stayed on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, there were very few people around. We often had the pool, gym, and sauna all to ourselves. The 25-meter long, 1.2-1.5-meter deep pool was kept at a comfortable 27 degrees Celsius, and there was also a hot tub. The showers had multiple jets spraying at once, which was a nice touch. The gym equipment was comprehensive. The environment is truly beautiful. We saw flocks of wild ducks, enjoyed leisurely walks among the flowers, and had picnics (as shown in the pictures). Bicycles and electric scooters were also available for rent by scanning a QR code. The breakfast buffet was good; the only minor disappointment was the lack of fresh juices, but otherwise, the variety of Chinese and Western options was excellent. They had made-to-order eggs and noodles. The food tasted great, and we could easily eat our fill. The lunch buffet, priced at 258 RMB, featured local Huairou specialties like iron pot fish stew, as well as a wide range of desserts and ice cream. The hotel pretty much met all our requests during our stay, and when a minor issue arose with the room facilities, a staff member quickly came to fix it. We also visited the nearby Hongluo Temple and Qinglong Gorge – highly recommended!

KKeaiduotomAfter two years, I revisited Beijing for a 4-day, 3-night trip and chose the China World Summit Wing, Beijing, located by the Third Ring Road. **Environment**: The hotel view is absolutely stunning, situated on the 70th floor directly facing the Zun Tower and the 'Big Trousers' (CCTV Tower). The sunrise 🌅 was especially breathtaking! We upgraded to a Grand Premier Executive King Room, which was quite spacious, with excellent facilities and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was incredibly luxurious, featuring an à la carte menu and attentive service. While I wasn't keen on the traditional Beijing stir-fried liver, everything else was exquisite and delicious. Afternoon tea and happy hour were also very rich and diverse. For a window seat with a view, it's best to go early. I have two minor suggestions: firstly, the shower water temperature fluctuated quite a bit, especially towards the end of a shower, needing significant adjustments to stay warm; secondly, happy hour felt a bit too much like afternoon tea. It would be perfect if there were more options for hot dishes. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would consider staying here again on my next visit to Beijing.

GGuest UserWe chose Sunrise Oriental for my child's birthday. The front desk service was superb! When they found out it was a birthday, they secretly arranged a Monchhichi-themed kids' room for us, which was a lovely surprise. The bathroom was huge, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. Monchhichi decorations were everywhere, on the walls and mirrors – we were really pleased. The shower water was absolutely fantastic, and the bathtub was larger than in most hotels. We tried out everything: the swimming pool, hot spring, gym, and breakfast buffet. But the absolute best part was the service. All the staff members were so warm and attentive. We'll definitely be back! Highly, highly, highly recommend!

MMaqiangPark Hyatt is always my go-to hotel whenever I visit Beijing. I've stayed at the Ritz-Carlton, Peninsula Wangfujing, Waldorf Astoria, and Mandarin Oriental here, but if shopping is your priority, this is absolutely the best choice. It's incredibly convenient for accessing China World Mall, which, believe me, has the most comprehensive selection of goods. Peninsula Wangfujing and Central Mall come in second. But the semi-buffet breakfast here is truly excellent! It's comfortable, cozy, and reassuring. All things considered, you can't go wrong staying here!

YYueshuihuajingThis hotel is truly something special, brimming with character and unique features that constantly surprise you. The visual and spatial design is unconventional and aesthetically pleasing. The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel comfortable. The best part is that the hotel is directly connected to a mall, offering a complete range of dining, entertainment, and shopping options without ever needing to step outside. The location is also fantastic, with Dongdaqiao subway station just a stone's throw away.
