XxxxxmmmmyA butler was waiting for us while we parked, showing exceptional service. Upon checking in at the lobby, we were offered complimentary snacks and drinks. To my delight, they upgraded our room for free, allowing for a better view of Yanqi Lake. The room table had fruit and wine, and the butler had even prepared aromatherapy. Surprisingly, the bathroom floor was also thoughtfully equipped with a non-slip mat. The butler also brought our luggage to our room, and to my surprise, given the slightly chilly temperature, they even brought down a warm coat from the car – incredibly considerate! We had initially mentioned needing to get our luggage, but only remembered when they went to retrieve it, and then they thoughtfully brought us the warm coat! We also participated in an afternoon cultural tour, which provided a deeper understanding of the hotel's design style and philosophy. The food was excellent, and the hotel facilities, cleanliness, and environment were superb! Not to mention the butler's service – it was exceptional! I highly recommend this hotel to families visiting Yanqi Lake. If we go again in the future, we will definitely choose Yanbai Mountain Villa again!

FFrank1993Escaping the city hustle for a weekend getaway here was an absolute delight! This hotel, nestled deep in the mountains of Miyun, immediately transports you with lush greenery and crisp, clean air the moment you step in, instantly melting away work stress.
The floor-to-ceiling windows and observation balcony offer stunning layered mountain views right from the sofa. The L'Occitane toiletries, soft bedding, and excellent soundproofing showcase their attention to detail. I slept incredibly well in the peaceful quiet of the night.
The biggest surprise was the mountain hot springs. Over a dozen therapeutic pools are scattered throughout the forest, and soaking in them while enjoying the evening breeze was incredibly therapeutic. The salt steam room also worked wonders for my sore shoulders and neck.
The staff were all wonderfully gentle and attentive. A special shout-out to Luna Zhang for her exceptional service! Any request was met with a swift and thorough response; their service was incredibly thoughtful and warm. ❤️
Breakfast offered a rich variety with all sorts of pastries. The hiking trail behind the hotel seems perfect for fitness enthusiasts, but I missed out due to the rain – guess I'll have to come back!

JJOSEPH CHUAI have to give this hotel a huge thumbs up! First off, the staff were incredibly warm and responsive, handling any request promptly and perfectly. The courtyard of the siheyuan is particularly charming and makes for great photos; the rooms, meanwhile, are clean, tidy, and well-designed, making for a very comfortable stay. My overall travel experience was definitely enhanced by this hotel, and I highly recommend it!

WWainaodaixiaobuFour years later, I'm back to experience the Waldorf Astoria's Steiff Enchanted Forest themed suite! Last time I stayed in a terrace suite, and while this one is a bit smaller, it's still full of childlike wonder. From check-in, every staff member was incredibly proactive and enthusiastic, especially Chloe and Willow, who were exceptionally thoughtful and attentive. The delivery of desserts and the welcome bear visit times were all arranged in advance. The room also came with a cute bear bag and a teddy bear toy 🧸. Last time we were here for our wedding anniversary, and this time for a birthday – the hotel really excels at making special occasions memorable. Although the room isn't huge, it's fully equipped with all the amenities, including two bathrooms and a super spacious bathtub.

GGuest UserMy stay at the Beijing World Horticultural Expo Prime Hotel was initially meant to be a comfortable vacation, but what truly left a lasting impression were the people here.
Firstly, I want to extend a special thank you to Manager Yang. During my stay, I encountered a minor issue. Upon hearing about it, Manager Yang not only personally followed up immediately but also provided a very thoughtful and comprehensive solution. Throughout the process, he directly addressed the problem, didn't shy away, and took full responsibility.
What touched me even more was when it rained heavily in the evening, making it inconvenient to go out. I was about to send my child to the restaurant to pick up our meal, but Manager Yang actually braved the rain himself and delivered dinner to my room. The moment I saw Manager Yang, all my previous dissatisfactions completely vanished. The rainy night no longer felt cold; instead, warmth enveloped me.
Furthermore, the front desk staff also deserve high praise. From the warm welcome during check-in to patiently answering all my questions, they consistently wore a smile, making me feel incredibly comfortable and well-cared for. And the bellhop, he proactively helped with my luggage, carried it all the way to my room, and even took the time to introduce the hotel's features and the surrounding area – truly meticulous and thoughtful service.
This was a meaningful trip, and I believe I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time.

LLanlandewuyanxiaDidn't want to leave Beijing during the Qingming Festival, so we chose Yanqi Lake for a little getaway. The highway was jammed, but the hotel was totally worth it.
The service was excellent! We were traveling with our child and a camping wagon, and staff were constantly there to help us. A huge thank you to them!
The resort grounds are beautiful, and sitting by the lake was very relaxing.
The kids' play area definitely gets a thumbs up – as a dad, I'm giving it full marks. It really helped my little 'perpetual motion machine' burn off some energy, so everyone slept great at night.

GGuest UserThis is an absolutely grand old five-star hotel. Even though it's been around for a while, it's very well-maintained, and the feeling of being up in the clouds is wonderful. The lady at the front desk who checked us in was beautiful, her service was warm, and she worked very efficiently. I forgot to check her name tag, but she deserves a commendation. I specifically went for my birthday, and the hotel specially decorated the room and even sent a birthday cake. This made for a truly pleasant birthday, and I thank the hotel. If I had to nitpick, the room window was a bit dirty, making photos unclear. Also, the toilet was a semi-automatic smart toilet, requiring me to bend down to manually flush it. This time, I also happened to catch the hotel cleaning the pool, so I couldn't swim, which was a bit of a shame.

1. The room is spacious, with two beds comfortably accommodating 4 people, plus a bunk bed.
2. The view is fantastic, offering an unobstructed panorama of the entire dam and Yanqi Lake.
3. There are plenty of toys for kids, which my children absolutely loved. They are also of good quality and include a star projector, a slide, and a small tent.
4. The location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the dam, and bicycle rentals are available.
5. The electronic amenities seem good, like the Bose speaker system, although I didn't get a chance to use it.
Cons:
1. The details are far from what you'd expect from a five-star hotel. For instance, there's no non-slip mat in the shower area, nor any plastic non-slip slippers, making it very easy to slip. The toilet is old and crooked, which is frankly speechless. The shower also flooded into the main bathroom area. For a room meant for five people, there was only one tiny trash can that filled up quickly.
2. There's no room service. I could understand if it was busy, but when I went to the restaurant, it was mostly empty with only one or two tables occupied.
3. The complimentary water and drinks provided were also quite subpar.

When I wanted to change floors, I simply mentioned it to my butler, Clint Han, and it was resolved immediately. The service was warm, thoughtful, and highly responsive, with issues handled efficiently. The front desk team worked seamlessly together, making the check-in experience smooth. The room itself was comfortable and quiet, and housekeeping was thorough, giving me peace of mind. Overall, great value for money and highly recommended.

GGuest UserHotel Éclat Beijing truly lives up to its reputation! My stay in the Premier Terrace Deluxe King Room was absolutely perfect. The room was spacious and bright, and the terrace was incredibly comfortable. Being under the glass dome of Parkview Green, you get to enjoy natural light without worrying about the weather.
A special thank you goes to Damon Willram for his thoughtful service. From check-in, he was exceptionally professional and enthusiastic, thoroughly explaining the hotel's facilities and the surrounding area. He even helped us with a late check-out, making the entire process incredibly smooth.
The hotel itself is an art museum, with masterworks everywhere. The art tour service was very professional, giving us a deeper understanding of these pieces. The travel photographer was also very skilled, and the photos turned out wonderfully. Breakfast offered a wide variety and tasted excellent. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Beijing!
