"First, let's talk about the service. Despite its star rating, there's no service! Adding breakfast costs 800 yuan, making it feel like a state-owned hotel! Because I had a lot of luggage, I didn't want to change hotels, but was told the original room type was unavailable and I could only pay extra to book another! This is the first hotel in the country to push customers away when renewing their bookings! They said they booked through Ctrip, but when there were problems, they pushed us to Ctrip! Then how did Ctrip give them their ratings?! Are they using us as doormats?! And they recommend us with even less responsibility! The customer service manager handles problems like a primary school student reading a textbook! They can't solve anything! The hotel's night shift manager came to handle the issue, and even though I said I'd give the hotel a one-star rating, they ignored me! Like a state-owned hotel, they don't care about their own hotel! They act like they don't care! Please, hotel, be careful with your hiring! Also, the hotel's soundproofing is terrible! You can hear everything! When I called, the front desk customer service said, "Is that so?" They didn't hear me! I mean, anyone with perfect hearing could hear it perfectly clearly! The sound was deafening, and they said they didn't hear me! Speechless 😓 Such poor service and hygiene! A hotel with no human touch is charging 800-1000 yuan! What kind of cultural and tourism hotel is this?! It's a disgrace to this city! Cultural and tourism hotels should understand the principle of customer first! I've seen other bad reviews also mentioning service problems! I don't even want to say more! I'll never come here again! Bye! (The picture shows the cleanliness of my room.) See for yourselves!"

"The following is my true experience; I am willing to bear the corresponding legal responsibility if it is found to be untrue. During my stay, the hotel's infrastructure experienced frequent problems. The television in my room was unusable. Although I reported it to the front desk and registered the repair request, no staff member ever came to address it. The Wi-Fi signal in the room was extremely unstable, with slow speeds, making it almost unusable and severely impacting my basic stay experience. The cleanliness and service were equally problematic. During room cleaning, the housekeeping staff mistakenly disposed of my personal belongings as trash, causing me actual loss. I communicated with the front desk multiple times regarding this, but received no effective explanation or solution. Furthermore, the safety issues were particularly serious. Around 2:00 AM, I was maliciously knocked on the door by guests from other rooms, accompanied by clearly threatening language, which seriously affected my personal safety and rest. I immediately reported this to the front desk, but the hotel took no substantive measures or provided a reasonable response. The hotel front desk's service attitude was passive, and their problem-solving ability was severely inadequate. The hotel's perfunctory response to the guest's legitimate demands demonstrates a failure to fulfill basic service and management responsibilities, clearly violating the service standards expected of the hotel industry. I reserve the right to file complaints and seek redress through the 12301 tourism service hotline, the 12315 consumer complaint hotline, and relevant regulatory authorities, and will safeguard my legitimate rights and interests through legal channels."
