"My preference of a hotel is a homely. Wouldn’t it wonderful if the hotel staff would treat their guests as a family? They missed on this aspect but kudos to all the staff who had tried their best to make us feel comfortable all throughout the stay. We all love the pool especially the heated one. I just think they’re too strict on wearing a swimming cap even if you’re just having a dip or hanging out in the heated pool. I’d totally understand it if it’s swimming but yeah it’s house rules I guess I just think it’s too much. Breakfast was great!"

"I stayed here over a decade ago and had a wonderful experience. While the facilities are definitely showing their age now, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast spread is quite good. The hotel is also very close to the Baoding Banquet Food Museum, making it a great value-for-money option if you're visiting Baoding. Mr. Fan at the lobby was incredibly welcoming and proactively helped us load our luggage into the car. Much appreciated!"

"Xiulan Hotel has an elegant environment and an excellent location. The rooms are neat, comfortable and clean. All the waiters I met are very enthusiastic and polite. The laundry room and gym are well-equipped and convenient. The front desk reception is also very warm and professional. It's a great experience. ! Every service staff in the hotel will take the initiative to say hello when they meet. The business center also helps guests collect express delivery. Fruit, milk, drinks and bottled water are delivered to the guest rooms every day. Small towels and snacks are also given when you first check in, which makes people feel considerate and warm. , Western restaurants and Chinese restaurants are all available, all kinds of good! Xiulan Hotel serves its guests with heart and soul. It is highly recommended."

"The most outstanding thing about this hotel is the service. Everyone I met was greeted with a smile, the service was in place, and they gave me a little surprise from time to time. They tried their best to meet all the needs they raised. Thumbs up 👍. The only thing was that the water in the bathtub was yellow, but after I raised the issue, the hotel's attitude was very correct, so it was over. The swimming pool will be opened tomorrow, and I missed it perfectly this time, which is a pity."

The room was spacious and bright, decorated in an elegant yet warm neo-Chinese style. Warm yellow lighting and natural wood accents made for a relaxing experience. The King Koil mattress was just the right firmness, and the Carnation bedding was soft and comfortable. The hotel also thoughtfully provided both velvet and down pillows, ensuring a comfortable sleep for both soft and firm sleepers. The desk, made of natural marble and solid wood, is incredibly textured and perfect for both work and reading. The bathroom features separate wet and dry areas, with adjustable lighting for the mirror and makeup mirror. The toiletries are custom-made from a renowned fragrance brand, creating a lingering, elegant fragrance that makes daily washing a pleasure. The dining experience is even more delightful. The first floor boasts a lively performance stage and an indoor snack street, offering a dazzling array of local specialties. I tried the Baoding donkey hot pot and beef pancakes, and every bite was authentic Baoding flavor. Upstairs, private dining rooms offer full meals, featuring signature dishes like the Governor's Tofu, made with fresh ingredients and perfectly prepared, making them truly delicious. Breakfast is equally rich, offering a full selection of Chinese and Western delicacies, perfect for a vibrant start to the day. The hotel's leisure facilities are also comprehensive. The 24-hour gym is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring fitness enthusiasts have no worries about their workouts. From the ambiance and amenities to the delicious dining and attentive care, every detail was meticulously considered during my stay at the Zhili Cultural Hotel. I highly recommend it to everyone!"

"At first, I hesitated between this hotel and the well-established Zhuozheng Hotel, but finally chose this hotel. After all, it is relatively new and the actual stay was quite good. The bartending equipment in the room is quite innovative. Amanda at the front desk was very nice. She also helped to upgrade the room type. I was very satisfied with my stay. I will choose this hotel again next time."
