"The hotel staffs are very helpful and professional. The most pity thing is a breakfast. When I visited the restaurant, there were so many people there. So, retuned to the room, and revisited the restaurant after 9:00. What I was so surprised is that many restaurant staffs are trying to prepare to close the restaurant after 9:30 even though there are still many guests in the restaurant. Many of the foods are already run out or cleaned out of the restaurant. It was really uncomfortable even though they mentioned that the restaurant is available until 10:00. I had to eat breakfast so in a hurry to help them clean up the restaurant. I hope they start the process of closing the restaurant after all the guests have left the restaurant."

She always resolved issues with a proactive attitude, her genuine smile and efficient actions ensuring a high-quality and reassuring experience in every detail of my stay. GGuest UserIt’s not the first time I’ve been to Baiyangdian, but this is the first time I’ve lived in such a good place.
There are 9 elderly children, and it is convenient to go up and down. The housekeeper took them to a camping base for dinner. It was very good. The food was high-grade and the children could play.
A certain sound on the various charter boat tours of the lotus pond merchant publicity dazzled, did not expect the housekeeper to help us rent a phone call to the painting, and then all the way breeze into the depths of the lotus, absolutely.
Dinner must be skewers, we bring our own, leaning on the river skewers too pleasant!
Will come again.

Uuljjatxa121I stayed for two nights during the Qingming Festival, and the service was excellent. After booking, a butler contacted me to register my car plate number and other details. The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to a mall with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. It's also just a few kilometers' drive from Xiong'an Xinma Forest Park. Let's talk about the facilities first: I went with my child, and there's a playground in B1. They even added an extra 'naughty castle' during the holiday, which my child absolutely loved. The children's play area is quite small, really only suitable for one to two-year-olds to play in briefly. The two building block tables had a limited number of toys, so I'd suggest adding more. There are also some electronic entertainment facilities that require tokens to play. There are two heated children's pools, but they are a bit small. I wouldn't recommend going if it's crowded, as it would be like 'dumplings in a pot.'
Next, breakfast: if you go around 9 AM, you'll have to queue for about 15 minutes, but they opened two restaurants, so the efficiency was still decent. I only had breakfast at the Chinese restaurant. The variety wasn't extensive, and the taste was average, but it was sufficient.
Finally, the rooms: we stayed on the 8th floor and booked two rooms. One of them still had a bit of a new renovation smell. After I mentioned it to the butler, they promptly brought an air purifier and even a fruit plate as an apology. Anyway, the service was quite reassuring. I'll definitely stay here again when the weather gets warmer.

There are also flaws, the room price is too high, the ordinary standard room is about 1,000 yuan, plus a small extra bed is 200 yuan; the hotel has a parking lot, but the road is too narrow, so that when you go out, you avoid the car and hit the strong pillar behind. But the location limit is not a problem with the hotel. It is still a bit psychologically uncomfortable to repair the car. In short, this is a high-quality hotel with easy water lake numbers.

I can only turn off the air conditioner and open the windows to relieve the problem. [Bad review]! Also, is it possible to put a trash can in the toilet, which would be more convenient.
[External environment] The hotel covers a very large area. The hotel as a whole is in Chinese garden style, perfectly integrated with the surrounding natural environment, as if it were a large garden. Green trees, fragrant flowers, rippling lakes, pavilions, whitewashed walls and black tiles create a picturesque artistic conception, making people feel like they are in a Jiangnan water town or an ancient garden. Every step is a landscape. , perfect for walking and relaxing.
[Hardware facilities] The hotel is equipped with gyms, swimming pools and other leisure facilities. Other badminton, tennis, table tennis, etc. need to be paid by the hour. Building 8 is equipped with an entire parent-child playground, and hotel guests receive discounts.
[Service] The hotel's service staff has a warm attitude. Whether it is reception at the front desk, guiding check-in, or providing services in restaurants and leisure and entertainment areas, guests can feel attentive care. The crib is very considerate, but the bed stalls are insufficient and need to be optimized in the future.
[Catering] The buffet breakfast includes both Chinese and Western styles, and the food is of high quality and can meet the taste needs of different guests. Old tofu, pancakes, fried dough sticks, porridge, wontons, fried noodles, fried rice, stir-fried vegetables, various exquisite breads and fruits, etc. There is a baby chair.
[Comprehensive] Overall it’s pretty good and can be considered a good choice for traveling around Beijing. I also hope that the hotel will continue to maintain high quality and get better and better!

MMowangdelaopoThe hotel is very conveniently located, and it only takes a few minutes to get there after getting off the highway. The housekeeper Xiaowei provided very thoughtful service, and helped us upgrade the room to the small column suite, which the children were very surprised and liked. The private hot spring in the room was clean and hygienic, the buffet breakfast was rich in variety, the hotel had a naughty castle, and there was also a Qingqing ranch where you could walk your kids around, and the beautiful Baishishan Mountain. It was simply a treasure hotel, and I have recommended it to my friends.

SsaintdengThere are indoor and outdoor hot springs and a constant temperature swimming pool. The children had a lot of fun and insisted on staying. The hot springs were clean and hygienic, except for the fluff of catkins floating on the outdoor hot springs. The hotel room is moderate in size, the bedding is comfortable, it is very quiet at night, and I had a good rest.
