The receptionist was also very kind. Yesterday, apart from the hotel's Chinese restaurant, the portions were small. Our group of five ate about 11 dishes, and the presentation was really not up to five-star hotel standards—both the plates and the food looked terrible. The evening buffet was okay, but the breakfast selection wasn't great. The pool was small and not crowded, with only three lanes. We added a small bed, but you could probably sleep on the sofa anyway, which was quite large. The hotel's location is great; there's an outlet mall and a large supermarket next door.

The room was clean and tidy, the boss cooked deliciously, and I took the special products before leaving. It was very good. You can also get tickets from the boss to the nearby attractions, which is cheaper than the scenic spot.

I specifically booked the Sofitel Xiong'an this time, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Since I was traveling with a child, I booked the 'Octonauts' themed room. The room was decorated with a playful, warm, and cute design, and my little one had an absolute blast. The room was clean and tidy, and most importantly, safety was a top priority with no sharp corners, so I didn't have to worry about bumps or scrapes. The bathroom was equipped with a step stool for the sink and a child's toilet seat – truly the ultimate for traveling with kids! The hotel's public areas were also clean and tidy, especially the swimming pool area on the 4th floor, which featured a constant-temperature children's pool with excellent water quality and no pungent chemical filter smell. We felt very safe and played for a long time. The restaurant was also very convenient, with a wide variety of breakfast options that tasted great. Furthermore, the hotel staff were attentive and thoughtful, proactively asking about our needs and being patient and meticulous. The service was very satisfying. One minor point: you might want to bring light clothing indoors as the room temperature was a bit high, and the windows seemed to be sealed. It would have been perfect if there was ventilation.

Lucia from Guest Relations provided excellent service, making my stay at Xiong'an International Hotel absolutely fantastic! The room was incredibly spacious with brand new facilities, including a smart toilet and a bathtub. The hotel environment is beautiful, and there's a shuttle bus. A stroll around the lake is incredibly relaxing. The heated pool isn't crowded, making for a super enjoyable swim. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay with excellent value for money. This will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Xiong'an. The concierge staff were outstanding, especially the young man in the white shirt on duty around 8 PM on Saturday evening; he was polite and attentive. Coinciding with our wedding anniversary, Guest Relations arranged for a thoughtful room decoration and a cake. The recent dinner buffet theme was Qingdao cuisine, with an abundance of seafood, especially the distributed sea cucumber porridge, which tasted amazing. For breakfast, there was even thoughtful tangerine peel and hawthorn water – this is the first time I've encountered such an offering in the hundreds of luxury five-star hotels I've stayed in. Thumbs up!

Wuyi went to Shanxi Road Gaobei Store, the hotel environment is very beautiful, the room size is large, the supporting facilities are complete, the service is efficient and fast, the breakfast is rich, and the price is high. Hotel location is good to find, parking space is sufficient.

There is no price increase during the Qingming Festival. The room is large and the service is good. It is really very good. The location is very convenient for boating in Baiyangdian. The hotel has a swimming pool. There are not many hot spring pools, but the price is cheap and enough. The key is that there are not many people and parking is convenient. I gave my child breakfast, which was not bad.

With the family thinking about soaking in a hot spring a year ago, there are fewer people than the previous two years. Some of the public hot spring pools are not open. The room seems to be not hot spring water now. If the room can be soaked in private soup like before, it is better! Breakfast is OK, but partial! It is recommended to eat teppanyaki buffet, or small hot pot buffet, do not order Chinese food, there are few types, but also very slow, wait for 40 minutes! Service attitude is particularly good!

The guesthouse has a unique design and is a great spot for taking photos. It's near a reservoir, so you can have a barbecue. The overall experience was excellent, although the breakfast was a bit simple, so bring your own food if you don't want to eat there. I left my earphones behind when I left, and the guesthouse owner quickly arranged for a courier to send them back; I was very grateful.
