Excellent
IionaHotel location and quality are the best in Yishui Lake Scenic Area! The restaurant exit is the Golden Turtle Wharf, which is very convenient! The roof terrace has a panoramic view of Yishui Lake! The blue infinity pool is integrated with the lake. The room facilities are very clean, the room is spacious, the bedding towels are of good quality! Hotel service is also very warm and thoughtful. During the stay, there was an episode. There were many cars during the May Day holiday. My car was blocked by other cars. The hotel leader on duty (I heard that he was a treasurer), and immediately provided his own private car service! This kind of hotel quality is precious as a matter of your own home! The hotel manager specially prepared local millet for souvenirs! The warm atmosphere is reflected everywhere. The hotel's backyard parking lot is spacious and there are various lake views. A high watchtower, looking at the distant mountains and the lake, refreshing...

Excellent
GGuest UserThe room is spacious, with floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, electric curtains, and a smart toilet. The soundproofing is pretty good, and the bedding is comfortable. The high floor offers excellent views. The buffet breakfast has a rich variety of options, including local specialties like Donkey Burger (Lu Rou Huo Shao).
Especially noteworthy was the service from our butler, Ellie. She upgraded our room and prepared a welcome fruit platter. She proactively communicated with us, asking if we needed more drinking water, etc. She even gave our family some fruit when we checked out. The overall service was thoughtful and meticulous. Excellent!

TTuzijiejie131The hotel boasts luxurious facilities and spacious rooms, offering excellent living conditions. However, the carpet in the rooms wasn't thoroughly cleaned, and the lack of a delivery robot made convenience a bit of an issue.
The kids' club on the first basement floor was poorly managed. The connecting door to the mall was often left open, allowing many external visitors to flood in and occupy the play area meant for hotel guests' children, making the environment chaotic. The duty manager and the short-haired staff member on that day were very proactive in addressing the issue and promptly removed the external visitors. We thought everything was settled, but a little later, we found that a connecting door was still ajar, and external individuals were re-entering the kids' club area, posing a safety risk. The hotel's access control was inadequate, lacking long-term effective management.
Overall, the hardware is excellent. I hope the hotel strengthens its room cleaning details, adds delivery robots, and strictly controls access to the kids' club to ensure the exclusive play rights of its guests. Additionally, I'd like to commend the duty manager and the short-haired lady in the black uniform on the first basement floor for their prompt and excellent handling of the situation. I also appreciate the front desk staff who gave a gift to our child.

GGuest UserI visited Xiong'an International Hotel for a leisurely stay, and it truly boasts an impressive New Chinese garden ambiance. The pavilions, combined with the lake and lush greenery, create an elegant scene during the day, while the garden lights at night offer a uniquely charming atmosphere. The grounds are meticulously clean and tidy, with the landscaping well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, and the bedding is comfortable, ensuring a high level of comfort. Cheney provided friendly and attentive service, responding very promptly. You can enjoy the scenery and take photos right within the hotel, perfect for relaxation and unwinding. The hotel's location is convenient, and its overall quality is excellent. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing experience.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe room layout is reasonable, and the bathroom and sleeping are completely separated. Floor-to-ceiling windows, the view is very comfortable. The parking lot is large and you can park wherever you like. The breakfast is very good, with many varieties and a lot of choices. The front desk service is excellent, such as Spring Breeze Buddha Noodles. They proactively provided two room cards, which gave us great convenience. It was almost perfect, but there is still a little regret, that is, the floor drain in the bathroom is not smooth, so I can only deduct one point.

KKouniaoyangyuThere is no price increase during the Qingming Festival. The room is large and the service is good. It is really very good. The location is very convenient for boating in Baiyangdian. The hotel has a swimming pool. There are not many hot spring pools, but the price is cheap and enough. The key is that there are not many people and parking is convenient. I gave my child breakfast, which was not bad.

GGuest UserThe guesthouse has a unique design and is a great spot for taking photos. It's near a reservoir, so you can have a barbecue. The overall experience was excellent, although the breakfast was a bit simple, so bring your own food if you don't want to eat there. I left my earphones behind when I left, and the guesthouse owner quickly arranged for a courier to send them back; I was very grateful.
8.8/10
GGuest UserThe room was exceptionally clean, which made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The environment was also fantastic, very clean and quiet overall, with good soundproofing. I slept really well at night. The hotel's service was also very thoughtful, making the entire check-in process hassle-free. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit!

GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, the boss cooked deliciously, and I took the special products before leaving. It was very good. You can also get tickets from the boss to the nearby attractions, which is cheaper than the scenic spot.
