It's really great. We are traveling with a baby of one month old, so we thought there would be a lot of inconvenience during the trip, but the hotel's service is really perfect. All the service staff provided as much help as possible after seeing us. Thank you very much! The hotel's breakfast is great. Many hotels now have pre-made dishes. Many of the dishes in this hotel are fresh and have some local specialties. The hotel is very new, has complete facilities, and is very clean, which makes us feel more at ease with our children. Thank you to Miss Amanda at the front desk for giving us a towel (later I found that it was lint-free). This doesn't affect my desire to stay here next time, because you guys are really nice! Thank you, I will test it after staying here😊

We stayed here with our family for a spring outing during the Qingming Festival, and the experience was excellent! The room was spacious. Xiao Zhao at the front desk was patient, friendly, and approachable. The location is convenient, surrounded by lush greenery and a tranquil environment, making it super easy to go out for spring walks. There were no detours to restaurants or attractions. The hotel was quiet and peaceful overall, creating a wonderful atmosphere for relaxation. We felt warm and comfortable, and the whole family was very satisfied.

The hotel boasts luxurious facilities and spacious rooms, offering excellent living conditions. However, the carpet in the rooms wasn't thoroughly cleaned, and the lack of a delivery robot made convenience a bit of an issue. The kids' club on the first basement floor was poorly managed. The connecting door to the mall was often left open, allowing many external visitors to flood in and occupy the play area meant for hotel guests' children, making the environment chaotic. The duty manager and the short-haired staff member on that day were very proactive in addressing the issue and promptly removed the external visitors. We thought everything was settled, but a little later, we found that a connecting door was still ajar, and external individuals were re-entering the kids' club area, posing a safety risk. The hotel's access control was inadequate, lacking long-term effective management. Overall, the hardware is excellent. I hope the hotel strengthens its room cleaning details, adds delivery robots, and strictly controls access to the kids' club to ensure the exclusive play rights of its guests. Additionally, I'd like to commend the duty manager and the short-haired lady in the black uniform on the first basement floor for their prompt and excellent handling of the situation. I also appreciate the front desk staff who gave a gift to our child.

This hotel offers incredible value for money! The room was very spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. The bedding looked brand new. Plus, it came with free admission to the hot springs and the kids' play area, making it a fantastic choice for families. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, featuring local specialties. A special shout-out to the concierge, who provided warm and thoughtful service. When we checked out, she even gave us some cherry tomatoes from the hotel's garden. I stayed one night at the Baoding Love City Hotel, and my experience far exceeded my expectations. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to Love Square, making shopping and dining easily accessible. The room was spacious and bright, with excellent lighting and ventilation. The most pleasant surprise was the fantastic soundproofing – I slept incredibly well both nights. The room also came equipped with a soaking tub and an air purifier, showing great attention to detail. I must commend the service; both the front desk and concierge staff were warm and attentive. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and they even thoughtfully provided a complimentary souvenir. The hotel has a car theme, and the lobby is very impressive. There's also a gym and a laundry room available. As for cleanliness, it was impeccable; everything was spotless, and the bathroom was dry-wet separated with no odors. Overall, my stay was very comfortable, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Baoding. 😊

The mattress was moderately hard and soft, the night was quiet and the quality of sleep was very good. The front desk service is friendly and the check-in and check-out efficiency is high. A special thank you to Ellie from Guest Relations for thoughtfully arranging their rooms. Knowing they were traveling together, she specifically placed all their rooms on the same floor, making it very convenient to move between them – a truly heartwarming detail. Communication was smooth throughout their stay, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. The rooms were clean and tidy, offering high comfort, and the hotel's overall environment was very relaxing. The considerate arrangements saved a lot of hassle, making their entire stay worry-free and pleasant, leaving them with a great impression. If they have a chance to visit Xiong'an again in the future, they will definitely prioritize this hotel.

We upgraded to a family room, which is very large and quiet. There is an indoor hot spring pool, which is private and hygienic. After climbing Baishishan Mountain, we soaked in a hot spring, which greatly relieved our fatigue. The breakfast was a Baoding banquet, which was broadcast on the food show on TV. It has rich varieties, authentic taste, and a combination of Chinese and Western styles. It is recommended to stay here!

The room layout is reasonable, and the bathroom and sleeping are completely separated. Floor-to-ceiling windows, the view is very comfortable. The parking lot is large and you can park wherever you like. The breakfast is very good, with many varieties and a lot of choices. The front desk service is excellent, such as Spring Breeze Buddha Noodles. They proactively provided two room cards, which gave us great convenience. It was almost perfect, but there is still a little regret, that is, the floor drain in the bathroom is not smooth, so I can only deduct one point.

There are indoor and outdoor hot springs and a constant temperature swimming pool. The children had a lot of fun and insisted on staying. The hot springs were clean and hygienic, except for the fluff of catkins floating on the outdoor hot springs. The hotel room is moderate in size, the bedding is comfortable, it is very quiet at night, and I had a good rest.
