It's really great. We are traveling with a baby of one month old, so we thought there would be a lot of inconvenience during the trip, but the hotel's service is really perfect. All the service staff provided as much help as possible after seeing us. Thank you very much! The hotel's breakfast is great. Many hotels now have pre-made dishes. Many of the dishes in this hotel are fresh and have some local specialties. The hotel is very new, has complete facilities, and is very clean, which makes us feel more at ease with our children. Thank you to Miss Amanda at the front desk for giving us a towel (later I found that it was lint-free). This doesn't affect my desire to stay here next time, because you guys are really nice! Thank you, I will test it after staying here😊

We stayed here with our family for a spring outing during the Qingming Festival, and the experience was excellent! The room was spacious. Xiao Zhao at the front desk was patient, friendly, and approachable. The location is convenient, surrounded by lush greenery and a tranquil environment, making it super easy to go out for spring walks. There were no detours to restaurants or attractions. The hotel was quiet and peaceful overall, creating a wonderful atmosphere for relaxation. We felt warm and comfortable, and the whole family was very satisfied.

The hotel service was excellent. They contacted me beforehand and added me on WeChat. Thanks to Yang Huanhuan for answering all my questions and responding quickly. The receptionist was also very kind. Yesterday, apart from the hotel's Chinese restaurant, the portions were small. Our group of five ate about 11 dishes, and the presentation was really not up to five-star hotel standards—both the plates and the food looked terrible. The evening buffet was okay, but the breakfast selection wasn't great. The pool was small and not crowded, with only three lanes. We added a small bed, but you could probably sleep on the sofa anyway, which was quite large. The hotel's location is great; there's an outlet mall and a large supermarket next door.

I specifically booked the Sofitel Xiong'an this time, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Since I was traveling with a child, I booked the 'Octonauts' themed room. The room was decorated with a playful, warm, and cute design, and my little one had an absolute blast. The room was clean and tidy, and most importantly, safety was a top priority with no sharp corners, so I didn't have to worry about bumps or scrapes. The bathroom was equipped with a step stool for the sink and a child's toilet seat – truly the ultimate for traveling with kids! The hotel's public areas were also clean and tidy, especially the swimming pool area on the 4th floor, which featured a constant-temperature children's pool with excellent water quality and no pungent chemical filter smell. We felt very safe and played for a long time. The restaurant was also very convenient, with a wide variety of breakfast options that tasted great. Furthermore, the hotel staff were attentive and thoughtful, proactively asking about our needs and being patient and meticulous. The service was very satisfying. One minor point: you might want to bring light clothing indoors as the room temperature was a bit high, and the windows seemed to be sealed. It would have been perfect if there was ventilation.

This hotel offers incredible value for money! The room was very spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. The bedding looked brand new. Plus, it came with free admission to the hot springs and the kids' play area, making it a fantastic choice for families. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, featuring local specialties. A special shout-out to the concierge, who provided warm and thoughtful service. When we checked out, she even gave us some cherry tomatoes from the hotel's garden. I have lived many times. The sanitation is good... The room is too far from the bar for a long time... This stay is close to the elevator. The result is arranged to the corner room. I am too lazy to change the fruit or call. I have not prepared in advance... Overall good

Lucia from Guest Relations provided excellent service, making my stay at Xiong'an International Hotel absolutely fantastic! The room was incredibly spacious with brand new facilities, including a smart toilet and a bathtub. The hotel environment is beautiful, and there's a shuttle bus. A stroll around the lake is incredibly relaxing. The heated pool isn't crowded, making for a super enjoyable swim. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay with excellent value for money. This will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Xiong'an. The concierge staff were outstanding, especially the young man in the white shirt on duty around 8 PM on Saturday evening; he was polite and attentive. Coinciding with our wedding anniversary, Guest Relations arranged for a thoughtful room decoration and a cake. The recent dinner buffet theme was Qingdao cuisine, with an abundance of seafood, especially the distributed sea cucumber porridge, which tasted amazing. For breakfast, there was even thoughtful tangerine peel and hawthorn water – this is the first time I've encountered such an offering in the hundreds of luxury five-star hotels I've stayed in. Thumbs up!

We upgraded to a family room, which is very large and quiet. There is an indoor hot spring pool, which is private and hygienic. After climbing Baishishan Mountain, we soaked in a hot spring, which greatly relieved our fatigue. The breakfast was a Baoding banquet, which was broadcast on the food show on TV. It has rich varieties, authentic taste, and a combination of Chinese and Western styles. It is recommended to stay here!

Wuyi went to Shanxi Road Gaobei Store, the hotel environment is very beautiful, the room size is large, the supporting facilities are complete, the service is efficient and fast, the breakfast is rich, and the price is high. Hotel location is good to find, parking space is sufficient.

There is no price increase during the Qingming Festival. The room is large and the service is good. It is really very good. The location is very convenient for boating in Baiyangdian. The hotel has a swimming pool. There are not many hot spring pools, but the price is cheap and enough. The key is that there are not many people and parking is convenient. I gave my child breakfast, which was not bad.
