The hotel service is great, very good. The front desk lady is very enthusiastic and polite. She helped us with directions and introduced us to the vicinity of the hotel. She has a good attitude and greeted us when we entered and left. She answered all questions. There is tea in the lobby. Drinking a cup of coffee and listening to music is very romantic [Rose]
The hotel also has a washing machine, which is a dryer. You can wear clothes on the same day after washing. There is also an iron in the laundry room, and you can iron clothes. There are also laundry bags, which are very convenient and user-friendly. The most outstanding thing about this hotel is the service. Everyone I met was greeted with a smile, the service was in place, and they gave me a little surprise from time to time. They tried their best to meet all the needs they raised. Thumbs up 👍. The only thing was that the water in the bathtub was yellow, but after I raised the issue, the hotel's attitude was very correct, so it was over. The swimming pool will be opened tomorrow, and I missed it perfectly this time, which is a pity.

The room was very good. Clean and bright. The kids could do their homework, which was great. But what was not so pleasant was that the guests in the next room kept chatting until the early morning, which was so noisy that the kids woke up. I called the front desk and they helped coordinate. Although the effect was not good (the guests were not good, not the hotel's fault), the hotel's service attitude was good. They gave us a few bottles of water before we left. Although they were not valuable, they were thoughtful. I commend the foreman that night.

The room was very spacious, the service was very thoughtful, free breakfast was provided for the children, late check-out was given because the children were taking online classes, free parking, rich breakfast, and convenient dining nearby. The only downside was that there were no screens on the windows, and mosquitoes got in at night and bit me a lot. In addition, the sound insulation was not very good, and I was woken up by music played next door in the morning.

Okay, okay, okay, I forgot something at the hotel, and I asked if I would mail it or something. It was very considerate and I was very satisfied. Free fruit plate. All drinks in the room are free, which is great. Because I brought a lot of things, they moved them into the room for me and moved them down for me when I left. It was great👍🏻.
Because we ordered takeout, it was a smart robot that delivered it from downstairs to the door of the room. It was a great experience. The kids 👶🏻 liked it very much and will stay here again in the future. The quality of the disposables is also very good. Anyway. Just very satisfied, good, good, good. The hotel is located in a quiet location in the middle of the hustle and bustle, and the service is first-class, proactive and meticulous. I won't go into details inside the hotel. After checking out in the morning, I went to the parking lot and the security guard had cleaned the vehicle that had been traveling for a long time. I was very touched. The hotel has complete facilities. The swimming pool, gym and dining are all very comfortable. The rooms are clean and tidy. The welcome fruits, turn-down milk, etc. make you feel at home. They even offered commemorative gifts before leaving the hotel. It is cost-effective and I am very satisfied!

FFeiyaThe room price is cheap and the transportation is convenient. It takes about 15-20 minutes to go to surrounding attractions and restaurants. Children's breakfast is free and parking is free. Big thumbs up👍🏻. The only drawback is that the room is too small, the corridor is not soundproofed, and the charging station does not work.

MMichael & Nici Exploring China and BeyondWe selected a Business Suite, at the ”Zhongyin Hotel”, also know as the ”Jasper Hotel” in Baoding.
The front of house added me to her Wechat, when we checked in.
We were out for most of the day, as we had meetings to attend.
We returned later that evening, and the front of house night staff, were courteous enough, to show us to our suite.
”The room was preheated, and nice & warm, upon our arrival”.
This suite, was extremly spacious and elegant, and we both sincerely enjoyed it.
Living Room:
A lovely living room, with a comfortable sofa and ample space.
Bedroom:
The bed was comfortable, with high quality bedding.
Bathroom:
As for the bathroom, well it's very spacious with a walk in shower and a large bathtub.
We enjoyed panoramic views of the city, from the suite.
Buffet style breakfast was served, at the Horizon Restaurant on the 3rd floor.
”The selection was good, with both Chinese and Western Style dishes to enjoy”.
Overall the hotel has a classic and elegant feel to it, with quality finishes, which remain timeless.
The entire team of staff, ensured that we enjoyed our stay.
Special thanks to the front office's, YangQian for her superb service.
As well as the front office manager (Cindy), for her superb service, and for meeting our requests.
We can recommend this hotel for business or leisure, foreign or domestic guests, will enjoy a high quality stay here.

QQueenNatWooWe had a great time at the Holiday Inn Baoding. We arrived late in the evening. You know it’s a great trip when you have so much fun you forget to take photos. Checkin was a smooth process, there was a market store were you can get gifts, Lana is, drinks. Toiletries and etc. We received a free car wash that we used when we checked-out. It’s located on the property. The hot springs is located in another building that was a quick walk. This place is adult and kid friendly. Although you are in the middle of nowhere the city is just a quick drive. We did a little shopping at the shoe store. The room was comfortable and spacious. It’s great for families, our 13yr old son loved it.

DDr LightningEverting is good ,1st time I came into China as a Muslim business man, I found this hotel have HALAL food options in a breakfast as well, location near to all my required factories.
One thing management need to focus on:
1- smoking is everywhere almost although they have displayed the sign ,”no smoking “ but no one care even hotel staff as well especially breakfast time staff also does smoking which gives me anxiety and sickness as a non smoker . In rooms people are smoking as well. It’s very good hotel but no following the rules non smoking . Next to the hotel is halal restaurant is available as well for lunch and dinner. Important thing they have prayer room as well.

Wwander_sayoniMy preference of a hotel is a homely. Wouldn’t it wonderful if the hotel staff would treat their guests as a family? They missed on this aspect but kudos to all the staff who had tried their best to make us feel comfortable all throughout the stay. We all love the pool especially the heated one. I just think they’re too strict on wearing a swimming cap even if you’re just having a dip or hanging out in the heated pool. I’d totally understand it if it’s swimming but yeah it’s house rules I guess I just think it’s too much. Breakfast was great!

The location was about 5 minutes from the east entrance of Baishishan but it was a bit of a challenge to find a taxi to get to the entrance of the park. When I arrived at the room I saw a hot water bottle on the bed kindly remindijg me to be careful of the temperature differences between the daytime and the night time The breakfast was excellent with lots of nice little side dishes and fresh milk and tea. The room was spacious enough and had a heater and a comfortable bed so I do not really have any complaints. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel because of the value in the excellent service.

Then I said a disgusting thing. On the evening of the 17th, I went to the front desk to renew the rooms on the 18th and 19th. The front desk received 260 yuan/day. I turned back to the room and saw the price of 206 yuan on the 18th. I went downstairs to find the front desk and asked if I could book the 18th by myself. The 19th remains unchanged. The front desk delayed the operation of the computer for a long time. Then let me click in to see, my mobile phone interface is still stuck at 206 yuan, click in is not the price.
How to say it, it feels like eating a fly, because you can eat flies in the hotel, so there is no problem with the health of 1 star.

What needs to be complained is still the breakfast. Although it is included, there is nothing left when I went there at 8 o'clock. There are only a few pickles and two cold dishes, which are also the bottom, and there is no staple food. After everyone's strong reaction, some quick-frozen bean buns came up, which were all cold and not heated through, and they had to be snatched. And there were no basic eggs, at least one per person, and the waiter said we didn't have eggs.
The restaurant waiter said that there were too many people and the food couldn't be cooked, but how many people stayed every day and the front desk didn't communicate, don't they know how many people eat?
