I booked this place for a friend, and the overall experience was excellent. Xiao Hao was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, making all the arrangements in advance and responding promptly. The rooms were clean and tidy, with comfortable furnishings and a tranquil environment, perfect for relieving travel fatigue. The location is convenient, and the price is excellent. My friend was very satisfied throughout the stay and would definitely book again. I highly recommend it for any trip!

The price during the Chinese New Year is completely unimagined at a high premium. It may be because it is not a tourist city, but it is precisely because there are fewer bustling people. The living is very quiet and comfortable. The sanitation and cleaning are reassuring and comfortable. The environment is quiet and advanced. This price of living in orange crystal in the tourist city really dare not think, the hand-made coffee in the room, the warm lighting, the essential oil aroma on the bedside, all show the details of the brand. Snack gift bag was sent when checking out. The only thing that needs to be improved is that the type of breakfast can be increased. The heating is too sufficient, I have to open the window to sleep at night, haha 😃

Even with language barriers at times, they always tried their best to help me and made me feel genuinely welcome. The atmosphere felt very personal and authentic compared to many standard hotels. The owners and staff were warm, patient, and always smiling, which made the stay much more memorable. You can really feel that they care about their guests and put effort into creating a comfortable environment. I would absolutely stay here again and can highly recommend this place to anyone looking not only for a room, but also for genuinely friendly people and a local experience.

My stay at Ruimeihua was pleasant and hassle free. Rooms were spacious, clean and had a wide range of amenities. Be it front desk, kitchen, cleaning and all other staff were always attentive and helpful. Breakfast had multiple options to choose from. Recommended.

This stay truly exceeded all expectations. As foreigners visiting Citadines Baoding for the first time, the overall experience couldn’t have been better — it was absolutely top-notch 👍. The hotel also provides a complimentary fruit platter, which was a very nice and thoughtful touch. The room is well equipped with a capsule coffee machine, and there is even a washing machine inside the room, making the stay especially convenient for families and longer visits. Another major highlight is the room layout. In addition to the bedroom, there is a separate small living area. This design is a big plus — my husband can watch TV or work in the living space without disturbing my rest, which greatly enhances comfort and privacy. Overall, whether it was the attention to detail at the front desk, the comfort and quality of the accommodation, or the excellent food and beverage service, this hotel truly delivered on all fronts. It’s absolutely an ideal choice for business or families traveling with children, and we would highly recommend Citadines to anyone visiting Baoding.

The service did not reach the expectations. As the description said, we can leave the baggages with the hotel. And when we asked, she just said that we can just leave our bags by the couch, with the not-a-service mind. The second front person we encountered was just a tiny bit better. So we had to go outside and pay for the bag deposit. The cleanliness is another problem. The floor inside the room was so sticky, to the point that we needed to wear the slippers all the time. We didn’t want to bother the receptionist so we had to endure that issue. We also requested the non-smoking room but we got the one filled of smoking smell.

This stay experience is directly full, you must give full praise! From the beginning of the door, I was amazed by the elegant style of the lobby. The new Chinese decoration is elegant and charming. The details are full of care. The lighting is soft and not dazzling. The overall atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful when checking in.

I'm a business tourist from the USA, stayed at this hotel almost 2 weeks and they all made me feel at home. This hotel excels in customer service...and I don't say that lightly. I've stayed in almost 12 different hotels in my extensive travels across China and in general, hotel personnel attitudes tend to be cold, formal and impersonal. But staff at this hotel....from front desk, to restaurant and cleaning staff are very personable, warm and friendly. The ladies at the front desk are super sweet, kind, friendly and helpful. The lady that checked me in was very nice. Another front desk lady (she told me not to mention her name) went out of her way to spend hours on the phone and online to help me resolve some serious online order logistics issues because I don't speak Chinese. If I was looking for a Chinese wife, I woulda sly slid a wedding ring on her finger before she knows what hit her 😜😂 I sure 'nuff enjoyed my stay....and heck yeah I'll be back!!!
