GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at Xana Hotelle Baoding Wangdu. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, and the location was extremely convenient for my business needs. The amenities exceeded expectations with modern facilities and thoughtful touches throughout. While the service was generally good and staff were polite, there was minor room for improvement in responsiveness during peak hours. Overall, a highly comfortable and efficient stay—perfect for business travelers. Would definitely return!

HHenghenghahaFive stars is a must! The service was incredibly warm and welcoming. This new branch is conveniently located in the heart of Zhuozhou New City in Hexi, right next to a large shopping mall. The newly renovated environment is bright and airy, and the room layout is well-designed, especially the south-facing rooms, which are quiet and away from the road. The sun shines in, making the rooms warm and inviting. The only downsides are that the cleanliness could be a bit more thorough; there were still some food scraps in some nooks and crannies. The breakfast selection was also a bit limited, and a coffee machine would have been a welcome addition.

The location of the hotel is very conspicuous and easy to find. The service attitude at the front desk is very good, and the room attendants also help with washing and drying clothes. All facilities required in a guest room are available, and the area is relatively large and spacious. Takeaways can also be delivered directly to the room using a robot. The hot water shower and air conditioning are also very good, and the sound insulation effect is also good. It is recommended.

The national style furniture and smart Xiaomei are seamless and comfortable. The water pressure in the bathroom is not particularly sufficient. The restaurant environment is good and the staff is enthusiastic. There was an engagement banquet at lunch, and there were many people who smoked, polluting the surrounding environment and slightly reducing points.

The ambiance is elegant and grand, the room was clean and comfortable, and the bedding was soft. The soundproofing and natural light were excellent. The service was warm and attentive, from check-in to check-out, it was consistently thoughtful with great attention to detail. The location is convenient, making travel a breeze, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. I felt both safe and comfortable during my stay. I'll definitely choose this place again. Both the front desk staff and the manager were top-notch in terms of quality and service. Highly recommend!

The variety is very complete, combining Chinese and Western, hot dishes, cold dishes, staple foods, porridge, fruits, drinks are available, the freshly cooked noodle stall is very popular, the taste is online, the meal is timely, clean and hygienic. The dining environment is spacious and bright, the seats are not crowded, and the overall is quiet and comfortable. The sanitary standard is very high, the daily cleaning is thorough, the bedding is soft and comfortable. The front desk service is warm, efficient, and small snacks will be sent intimately. The price is close to the people, but the configuration is far more than many hotels at the same price, and the price is really super high.

What needs to be complained is still the breakfast. Although it is included, there is nothing left when I went there at 8 o'clock. There are only a few pickles and two cold dishes, which are also the bottom, and there is no staple food. After everyone's strong reaction, some quick-frozen bean buns came up, which were all cold and not heated through, and they had to be snatched. And there were no basic eggs, at least one per person, and the waiter said we didn't have eggs.
The restaurant waiter said that there were too many people and the food couldn't be cooked, but how many people stayed every day and the front desk didn't communicate, don't they know how many people eat?
Free bathing is not bad!
