This hotel stay really exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. Check-in was super fast, and they thoughtfully recommended local eateries and sightseeing routes. The room's cleanliness was top-notch; the sheets and duvet were spotless and odor-free, and the sink and bathroom were immaculate. It also had great natural light, and opening the curtains revealed a wide-open street view. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept wonderfully at night, completely undisturbed by outside noise. When checking out, the staff even proactively helped me with my luggage. The attention to detail in their service was outstanding. Next time I'm in this city, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

The room was clean and in a great location, close to most of Baoding's attractions, all within walking distance. To get a taxi, you need to walk out of the hotel parking lot and wait on the roadside. The room is on a lower floor, so it was a bit noisy. A card is required to go upstairs, but security was okay. The room window was a little drafty, but thankfully the curtains were thick. Breakfast was satisfying. The front desk allowed a late check-out, thank you. Overall, good value for money.

The service did not reach the expectations. As the description said, we can leave the baggages with the hotel. And when we asked, she just said that we can just leave our bags by the couch, with the not-a-service mind. The second front person we encountered was just a tiny bit better. So we had to go outside and pay for the bag deposit.
The cleanliness is another problem. The floor inside the room was so sticky, to the point that we needed to wear the slippers all the time. We didn’t want to bother the receptionist so we had to endure that issue.
We also requested the non-smoking room but we got the one filled of smoking smell.

Great value for money! The price is affordable, but the quality isn't compromised. The room was clean, tidy, well-ventilated, and odor-free. The front desk staff were very helpful and tried their best to accommodate all requests, truly making us feel at home. Overall, a really good stay.

This hotel absolutely deserves a five-star rating! The environment is exceptionally nice, with soft, non-glaring lighting in the hallways. The rooms offer a fantastic view, and the windows are quite large. The facilities are comprehensive, including Wi-Fi, a laundry room, and a gym (though you need a card to enter). Cleanliness is also good; the tables are spotless, and the towels and bath towels are soft and reassuring. The service is incredibly attentive; the receptionist is super patient and always has a smile on her face – so comforting!

I arrived a little late, but the elder brother was still enthusiastic to receive me and help me check in. He was very enthusiastic and warm. The gentle elder brother was like a family member. The accommodation environment was also very good. I am usually too lazy to write reviews, but after staying here for one night, I really felt considerate and warm. Good review 👍!

This hotel is very close to Baoding Railway Station, with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It's near a main road, and the soundproofing of the windows is only so-so. The corridors are also poorly soundproofed. The hotel doesn't have many rooms, but it has many floors, and there's only one elevator, which gets very crowded during peak hours. It's about 1 kilometer from the Zhili General Administration Scenic Area. The front desk staff were pushing Huazhu Club VIP memberships and even tried to get me to cancel my Ctrip booking and rebook through the Huazhu Club app, which annoyed me. I sympathize with the front desk staff who are under pressure to push this service.

The lobby maintains its usual style, but it's shared by several hotels, and so are the elevators. Three elevators serve five hotels plus other offices, so you can imagine how crowded it gets during peak hours and how long the wait times are. The room cleanliness was decent, but the bathroom was small. In the family room, the beds were too close to the walls, making it inconvenient to get in and out. The laundry facilities were under maintenance, so we had to use those of another hotel. Overall, this Vienna Hotel is the worst I've stayed at, despite being the most expensive. Besides the nearly 300 yuan room rate, I also paid an additional 84 yuan for breakfast.

Enter the door and say hello, the communication is gentle and decent, and the cleaning is meticulous and serious. The room is well ventilated, there is no stuffy smell, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and all kinds of facilities operate smoothly. The service is just right, will not be overly disturbed, and will be on call when you need help. The environment is quiet and tidy, can relieve the fatigue of the journey, intimate and practical service, I really recommend everyone to stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel is tucked away in a residential building, with the entire floor dedicated to guest rooms. The atmosphere is incredibly warm and inviting, unlike the coldness of traditional hotels. The cleanliness was a pleasant surprise; every corner was spotless, absolutely impeccable! The rooms are decorated in a natural wood style, eco-friendly and refreshing, visually soothing. My child was excited and took photos everywhere as soon as we arrived. The white sheets and duvet covers were soft and comfortable against the skin, ensuring a great night's sleep. The facilities exceeded expectations, providing not only basic toiletries like disposable slippers, toothbrushes, shampoo, and shower gel, but also complimentary bottled water. Even more surprisingly, it has a washing machine, refrigerator, and air conditioning, making daily outings incredibly convenient. The best part was the XGIMI projector; the picture quality was clear and smooth, perfect for relaxing on the sofa and watching movies in the evening!
The location is also fantastic. There's a bus stop right outside, making it incredibly convenient to get to the Ancient Lotus Pond, the Zhili Governor's Office, and West Street. The Wanbo Plaza and food street are also nearby, offering a one-stop shop for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
Whether you're traveling with family or on a business trip, this hotel is perfect. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

GGuest UserIt's only a 5-minute walk from the station. The Jinjiang Star sign in the distance is very eye-catching. There is a bus stop at the door to the Zhili Governor's Palace. The hotel is clean and hygienic. I can't fault it.
