This time I stayed at the Orange Crystal Hotel completely exceeded expectations. The check-in efficiency at the front desk was super high. The smiley face was greeted throughout the whole process. The hotel was warm and thoughtful. The hotel environment was quiet and suitable for vacation and leisure. It felt at home.
What is more poking is the service details. Every waiter who meets in the corridor will take the initiative to say hello, and the smile is sincere and warm. The breakfast is full of surprises, rich and varied Chinese and Western dishes, fresh fruits, snacks, and everything.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is simply one of the best places I have ever stayed! The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, always smiling and making you feel at home.
My room is spacious, bright and well decorated. The big bed is so comfortable and soft that you feel like you are in the clouds as soon as you lie down on it.
Overall, I am very satisfied with this hotel. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family and hope to have the opportunity to stay here again!

DDr LightningEverting is good ,1st time I came into China as a Muslim business man, I found this hotel have HALAL food options in a breakfast as well, location near to all my required factories.
One thing management need to focus on:
1- smoking is everywhere almost although they have displayed the sign ,”no smoking “ but no one care even hotel staff as well especially breakfast time staff also does smoking which gives me anxiety and sickness as a non smoker . In rooms people are smoking as well. It’s very good hotel but no following the rules non smoking . Next to the hotel is halal restaurant is available as well for lunch and dinner. Important thing they have prayer room as well.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the edge of the county. It is not far from Gulou Street by taxi. We came here for the indoor swimming pool because of our schedule, so we were not able to experience it. It is a pity that there are free coffee, tea, popsicles, rubber bands and other small welcome items in the hotel lobby. In the cabin, we booked a 1.35-inch twin bed, which can be moved, so it is family-friendly for second-born children. However, the quilt is a bit damp. There is an air purifier in the room, and the sound insulation is not particularly good. The breakfast is comprehensive, but we arrived at 8:30. We may arrive a little late, so please be careful to go early.

The hotel facilities were high-end decoration more than ten years ago. Now it seems that there is a very powerful hair dryer, which is easy to operate and has strong hot air! The front desk staff were enthusiastic and checked me in quickly and efficiently. The facilities were also comprehensive.

There are Chinese restaurants in other buildings. You can order food and the price is very reasonable. The breakfast is delicious, especially the fried dough sticks. The staff us very helpful and friendly. I stayed on the 23th floor with amazing view of a park. Breakfast is great with lots of choices. In the afternoon, there was a snack and fruit treat in the room.

GGuest UserEnvironment: Due to unexpected reasons, I chose to stay in Baoding for one night. Taopu Hotel was my wisest choice. The hotel is located in Baoding High-tech Zone, with a quiet surrounding environment, beautiful greenery, and a bright and transparent lobby.
Service: The service is excellent. The front desk staff are friendly and always answer questions with a smile. Seeing that we came from afar, they also upgraded our room considerately, especially before we left the hotel, they also gave us a small gift-mineral water. In the hot summer, it is nothing more than the best arrangement. The hotel lobby also provides guests with alcohol wipes, dental floss, iodine sticks, masks, clips and other daily necessities. There are also various teas, snacks, and candies for guests to taste while sitting.
Hygiene: The hygiene is very clean. Both the inside of the room and the surroundings of the hotel are very clean.
Facilities: The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, which is very considerate. But in the hot weather, the lobby still insists on waiting until after May Day to turn on the air conditioner, which is really unsatisfactory. So many guests who have just checked out or are checking in are being scorched in the lobby. The hotel should adjust the air conditioning time according to the weather. Moreover, the hotel staff are even more tired. They also need to wear uniforms to provide warm service in a hot environment. I hope the hotel can improve and truly consider the guests and hotel staff.

AAnonymous UserThe beautiful lady Yang Yifan at the front desk took the initiative to upgrade our elderly family from a room without a terrace to a room with a terrace. The elderly can sit on the wicker chairs on the terrace and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the forest. Thank you, very heartwarming!
The service in the hotel is very good, the breakfast is rich and the dinner is tastefully cooked. The surrounding night scenery is very beautiful, and it is very pleasant to take a walk in the evening.
