The room was excellent, quiet and comfortable. The front desk service was especially attentive. The washing machine washed and dried the clothes, so they were ready to wear right away. I have stayed at many Hanting Hotels across the country. The crew at this outlet is the best. Their patience, tone of voice, the questions they ask reflect the excellent training they have. Housekeeping is polite and helpful. The breakfast is adequate. There are many food places nearby. The room is modern with all the necessary amenities, including USB charging. Bathroom and laundry are perfect.

I believe my friends and I spent Christmas eve here. Being an exchange student from England, far from home, and my friends and classmates from Latvia and Cambodia, we needed somewhere homely and comfortable to stay. This place was exactly what we needed. We stayed here for one night in the middle of winter as part of our road trip from Beijing to Wutaishan, following the sections of the Great Wall. We turned up after dark, we were welcomed with a big smile and slept with ease after the long drive. In the morning I woke up early, found a spot in the courtyard garden and opened my Christmass cards. The owners dog immediately rolled over to be petted and for the next hour I had good company, drank tea and enjoyed the peace. The owners awoke to find me outside, probably thought I was a ****** and so, immediately lit their fire in the garden. They saw me drinking tea so got the iron kettle boiling over the heat of the flames. My mates awoke to this and joined me and the boss by the fire. The outside temperature was negative, but we were warm, happy and ready for the day ahead - exploring Baishishan. The boss also showed us his great tea collection. I want to thank the owners for a short but great stay and I highly recommend. I would like to come back in spring to see their courtyard in full bloom.

The room was clean and hygienic, the front desk service was good, the breakfast shop was downstairs, the air conditioning was great in summer, the windows were very soundproof, the door was covered with sponges, it was safe and soundproof, and the details were in place.

The overall experience was excellent, although the breakfast was a bit simple, so bring your own food if you don't want to eat there.
