I had a really great stay at this hotel, but what made the experience special was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. Even with language barriers at times, they always tried their best to help me and made me feel genuinely welcome. The atmosphere felt very personal and authentic compared to many standard hotels. The owners and staff were warm, patient, and always smiling, which made the stay much more memorable. You can really feel that they care about their guests and put effort into creating a comfortable environment. I would absolutely stay here again and can highly recommend this place to anyone looking not only for a room, but also for genuinely friendly people and a local experience.

The hotel was amazing that's the reason I stayed for 3 days but 1 major issue the toilet and bathroom didn't had latch from inside so if I am solo it's fine I am couple it's again fine but what friends or business partner how will they manage that's the problem i saw apart from that everything was amazing and specially the staff were very very helpful Special Thanks to Mr. Guo zihan who was very helpful and always ready to serve whatever he can do inspite the language barrier they were really amazing people .

I recently had a great weekend at the hotel and I must say it was a great stay. Every aspect was satisfying to me from the welcome at the front desk to the details of the room. There are many restaurants near the hotel and the transportation is very convenient. It is very convenient whether it is a taxi or public transportation. And the room is spacious and comfortable, very suitable for my office, I like the pillow very much, suitable for my long time facing the computer's cervical spine. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. From the receptionist to the cleaner, everyone showed professionalism and enthusiasm. The breakfast buffet was very rich and varied, meeting the needs of different tastes. The food was fresh and delicious and looking forward to breakfast time every day. Overall, a recommended hotel. It is a good choice whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation. I have planned to come back next time and will recommend this place to my friends.

I believe my friends and I spent Christmas eve here. Being an exchange student from England, far from home, and my friends and classmates from Latvia and Cambodia, we needed somewhere homely and comfortable to stay. This place was exactly what we needed. We stayed here for one night in the middle of winter as part of our road trip from Beijing to Wutaishan, following the sections of the Great Wall. We turned up after dark, we were welcomed with a big smile and slept with ease after the long drive. In the morning I woke up early, found a spot in the courtyard garden and opened my Christmass cards. The owners dog immediately rolled over to be petted and for the next hour I had good company, drank tea and enjoyed the peace. The owners awoke to find me outside, probably thought I was a ****** and so, immediately lit their fire in the garden. They saw me drinking tea so got the iron kettle boiling over the heat of the flames. My mates awoke to this and joined me and the boss by the fire. The outside temperature was negative, but we were warm, happy and ready for the day ahead - exploring Baishishan. The boss also showed us his great tea collection. I want to thank the owners for a short but great stay and I highly recommend. I would like to come back in spring to see their courtyard in full bloom.

Hygiene: Exceptionally clean and excellent, highly recommended. Facilities: Newly renovated, perfect for families and couples. Environment: Located right next to the scenic spot, just a 10-minute walk straight ahead. You can even enjoy the view from your room in the morning; it's situated right at the foot of the mountain. My husband loved it and said it deserves a rave review. Highly recommended! Service: The owners are incredibly helpful! It's a husband-and-wife business! The first time we went, we took the wrong route and got off at Yeshanpo. The owners picked us up in the middle of the night and took us to Bailixia! So touching! The owner even personally picked us up! Truly highly recommended! Rest assured, you won't be disappointed! Service is the most crucial factor!

The room was clean and hygienic, the front desk service was good, the breakfast shop was downstairs, the air conditioning was great in summer, the windows were very soundproof, the door was covered with sponges, it was safe and soundproof, and the details were in place.

The bathroom was cleaned very clean, the cups were not water stains and floating hair, and the sanitary details were particularly in place. Smart facilities are very easy to use, Xiao Ai can control the lights, curtains and air conditioning, you can adjust to a comfortable state without getting out of bed, the negative ion hair dryer has a large air volume, and every configuration is poked at the demand point. The mattress is moderately firm, the air conditioner is not noisy, and the USB charging port at the bedside is also very practical. The staff is very good at serving and very enthusiastic. They also help us recommend where to be fun. The location is also very dominant. It is about 50 meters away from the Gulou Street. It is especially convenient to go anywhere.

I was in a rush and didn't have time to take any photos. Parking was convenient, and the front desk upgraded my room for free on the day of check-in. The room was very clean and hygienic, with complete facilities and amenities. The reception staff were patient and welcoming, so I stayed another night. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Baoding.

The guesthouse has a unique design and is a great spot for taking photos. It's near a reservoir, so you can have a barbecue. The overall experience was excellent, although the breakfast was a bit simple, so bring your own food if you don't want to eat there. I left my earphones behind when I left, and the guesthouse owner quickly arranged for a courier to send them back; I was very grateful.
